I got this washer Oct 24. It always puts brown bits all over the laundry. Service guy took out tub and cleaned it after 6mths. Blames me for using too much detergent. I cut down on detergent, clothes are not so clean. The bits of brown are back. I’ve never owned a washer that needs so much manual cleaning of filters and tub it’s annoying and it is the worst machine ever. Waste of money. I recommend by a different brand.

I bought 9 kg Samsung top load washing machine two weeks ago on line. One monstrous fault with the machine is that the drain hose drains from the left hand side of the wash machine only with no other alternative of which direction the drain hose drains. I have an allotted space for the machine to fit into so the drain hose is linked as it tries to drain the wash water. The machine does not and cannot sit flush in the area designed for that size wash machine so the wash machine now sits in the middle of the laundry. I rang Samsung directly to see if the drain hose could be adapted so the drain hose drained from the back of the machine the same way 99% of washing machines do. The Samsung woman who answered my complaint was so negative and so dumb she could not understand the problem that every other wash machine drains from the rear of the machine so that you have a choice as to which way the drain hose runs. I had a look myself to see if I could change the direction of the hose manually myself but the drain pump is jammed hard up against the left side of the machine and the bowl hose is tight to the top of the pump as well so there is no choice to redirect the drain hose manually myself. Luckily Samsung don’t build cars the steering wheel would be on the wrong side and they would refuse to give back your money. Samsung a wah machine designed by an idiot.

I bought this machine based on reviews. I have owned it for 9 months and can't stand it. A quick wash that is supposed to be 30 minutes takes over an hour. Clothes come out dirtier than what they went in. After cleaning filters and completing a tub clean clothes still come out with black smudge stuff all over them. Absolutely gross! Will NEVER buy another Samsung again as this machine is just RUBBISH.

I bought this a couple of months ago on the recommendation of my daughter and am loving it - particularly love the filter. Only criticism would be the design fault that has the waste water going out the side rather than the back of the machine. It meant we had to modify our laundry cabinet to make it fit. This extra allowance was not included on the specs provided

Wish I had of bought another front loader. This machine tries to be a combination of front loader with the. ‘It chooses the water level’ and no central agitator but falls short as it constantly under fills which then creates a tangle of clothes as they can’t move freely. Also the lint filters may as well not even be there for all the good the do.

Its been a year since I bought this, and the washing has been awesome. I have 2 cats (one short hair, and one long hair) and the dual magic filters do an amazing job. I also like the quick wash cycle which cuts down the washing time considerably, so I don't have to wait ages before putting in a second load if I need to.
I recommended this product.

I braught this washer when my old one that was also a samsung top loader washing machine started to have some leakage issue after soo soo many years of service. I was a fan of samsung washer and again wanted to buy the same. So, I bought this one and so far happy with it and its easy to use and does great washing!

I bought this today and not working and did a trade off with my old machine so now i dont have anything to wash the clothes. Samsung pwople will send a tech to check and then will decide whether i screwed it and charge if so.. litwrally new one plugged in and not working very bad service .. pulling out of samsung

Upgraded from a much smaller machine and glad we did. Delivery was super prompt to regional NSW, the delivery people were absolutely first class. For the first time in my life will be enthusiastic about doing the washing. Appliances Online are very professional and good to deal with.

This machine is a bit smaller than our last Samsung, however we are very happy with performance, good selection of various wash cycles etc, lint filters work well. We did select the black colour of course this does show dust and finger prints so just requires a wipe.
