We bought this washer in November 2024 and it worked well at first. However less than 6 months later the rubber door seal has failed causing the machine to leak - there is a large hole in the seal that goes inside the machine so we don't want to use it in case it causes further damage aside from just leaking on the floor. We raised a support ticket and the Samsung agent promised to book in a service technician to inspect and repair the washer, however it has now been almost 2 weeks with no follow-up.

I researched a lot before buying this front loader, other friends and family complained about their front loaders taking 3+ hours to wash and I simply do not have time for that. This machine is great, the daily wash cycle is about an hour and the cotton cycle can go longer up to 2 hours depending on the load. The song when it finishes is long but I appreciate that so you don’t miss it!
