I recently purchased this samsung 11kg washing machine, and I'm impressed with its performance so far. The larger capacity is perfect for my household, as it handles bigger loads without any trouble. It’s much quieter than I expected, even on higher spin cycles, which makes laundry time less disruptive. Great washing machine and has met all expectations with all the functions Had problems when we initially set up as couldn't get the machine to start. Talked to the Samsung help desk and after taking me through the start process and other trouble shooting, they advised me that it must be a problem with the machine and needed to talk to the retailer (Harvey Norman) to get the machine replaced. Rang Harvey Norman and was advised that the machine is a 2-step start which he took me through. The manual, both the hard copy and online made no mention of this 2-step start process and was not mentioned when talking to the Samsung help desk You need to get your documentation updated...and staff trained

They make sure the build quality is exceptional. This washer does not dissapoint. It has AI smart system built in. It has a quick wash cycle. It can wash from your smallest clothes to large doonas. It uses minimal water. It has excellent energy stars. It is cheaper compared to similiar offerings from other brands. It has samsungs 2 year warranty. It is easy to install. Ive think we have ticked all rhe boxes now

This samsung washing machine is a good washer. It washes lots of clothes, however when its full capacity (11kg), i have noticed that it leaves dry laundry powder all over the clothes which is very annoying. So i have to only fill it 3/4 to make sure this does not happen. Other than that its a reliable machine with many washing options and is very quiet when its on. The steam wash is a addon feature, however i did not like it and prefer a traditional wash. It was very easy to setup in the laundry under our dryer and doesnt take up much space

Installed this machine, along with the 9kg Smart Heat Pump Dryer (DV90DGC4A0AE) and the laundry stacking kit, so the dryer sits nicely on top of the washing machine. So far, it's been great. Both the washer and dryer are part of Samsung's "SmartThings", so you can monitor the cycle from your phone (if you _really_ want to!) Good washing programme selection, including a steam cycle for stuff like dish towels. This replaces a cheaper-brand top-loader, and the family have all said that the clothers now smell fresher.

My wife is very picky when it comes to buying appliances. She doesnt want to spend alot , yet wants the latest and greatest in tech and function. So i went looking for something that has both and found this. Its a smart appliance that washes well, has a few washing cycles including a quick wash and added function of steam wash for sterilization. The smart function is added value which enhances the usefullness of the appliance. It also is great because it has a 11kg total capacity as we did want something large

We bought this a few months ago to replace an aging noisy expensive to run washing machine. The price was right compared to other competitors and we chose this model based on the multiple user reviews who highly recommended this. This washer is cheap to run for both water and electricity. We could see the difference in the bills too. It has multiple programs so we can wash all our clothes. Its 11kg so we only have to do one wash. Its a brilliant machine and we are so glad we chose it. Thanks samsung :)

I recently purchased this 11kg dryer, and I have to say, it has been an absolute game changer for my laundry routine. I bought this for the steam wash feature to use with my baby reusable nappies. I usually have to soak them in hot boiling water to kill all the germs. Since i bought this washer, it does the sterilising for me using the steam wash feature, and what a beauty as it does an excellent job at that. It is also very large 11kg so i can wash all the baby clothes together in one load. I am very happy with it i recommended to my friends with babies so hopefully they will buy and be satisfied too

I have used this washing machine for the last month. On the outside it is the same size as my old 7.5kg washing machine. The inside is big, but I was hoping it would easily wash a king-size quilt. It only just fits. The washing machine can connect to the internet and can program it with Smart things. But for some reason you can't start the wash from the app. So I'm not sure of the point. I thought being new, this washing machine would be quieter than my old one. Sadly it is not.

I purchased this washing machine, and it was just amazing. I loved that I could customise the wash and have more control of each load. I also loved that I could see everything on my phone, having a Samsung phone, Samsung fridge Family Hub, and other smart Samsung products. It really was the best machine I've had. I was super sad when I sold it; I wasn't able to go back to Samsung due to costs, but next time I upgrade, I'll be going back to this one, as nothing compares.

This is my second samsung washer after first one died after 10 faifthful years. I bought the same brand again because it did such a good job the first time and never let me down. I received the appliance a few days after I ordered it. The guys took my old one (due to samsung appliance trade in program) & installed the new one so I was stoked. It has so many options to choose from. It was easy to clean and quiet so we can use it while kids are taking a nap

11kg washer with steam clean. I bought this for the steam clean feature so i can sterilise my baby reusable nappies to kill all the germs. I can confirm that it does the job. Now i dont have to soak them in boiling water anymore because this washer does all the work for me. It also is a big washer, i can wash all my babies clothes together with no fuss. This is not your average washer as it has so much tech for the tech savvy person as you can connect to wifi and control certain aspects of the machine. It also not for the average home with its 11 kg capacity, so suited for large families. With such a large capacity, one wash a week is sufficient. It handles the clothes with gentle care and TLC. Water and power ratings are advertised as being efficent and can confirm this

Captain byte reporting here. I ordered this samsung washing machine online and was delivered within a few days, what a quick turnaround. Setting up and connecting to water drain was starightforward with the included accessories. Smart works perfectly as described. Washes clothes good with no detergent residue. Uses less water than our old washer. Sometimes i think i forgot to start the cycle as its very quiet.

I bought this Samsung’s washing machine for my mother for Christmas present because she is obsessed with the power of steam cleaning on killing germs. She loves it and also praises this washing machine. It is in excellent build and easy to operate. All the buttons are very responsive and have not noticed an lag at all. The steam wash feature is excellent and gives the clothes an awesome clean.

Wife is very happy with this samsung washing machine appliance i bought her. The old one broke down and it was a top loader. Because we like the enviroment, we decided to invest in a front loader because they are less harsh on water consumption. It is also very quiet and wahes allvout clothes and doesnt leave any dry washing powder. Its also very light and has good energy efficiency.

i was unsure what to expect when i decided to buy this washer. it was a feeling of uncertain as it was the first time i buy a samsung appliance. but i can tell you im not dissapointed. Its a nice looking sleek innovation with some features like steam wash and smart system built into the washer to determine best way to dry clothes. it has capacity of 11kg which is very good these days

Ive owned this for a month so far. All i can do is praise samsung. We are loving the steam wash feature as we can sterilise our clothes. Its also gentle on our clothes and keeps them crisp. Can handle multiple different types of clothes with no compromise. It has samsungs reputable warranty and support. It was also easy to install. We are going to enjoy using it for years to come

Really happy, Money well spent. Bought our new Samsung 11kg washing mashine in the black friday sales as well as the matching dryer. We had commercial type set up previously which was just too big and costly. The new machines are really good, smaller but still fit alot in and wash actually better i think than the commercial ones. They do look the part also . Stylish.

So far i have done a few washes with my new smart frontloader from regular clothes to washing doonas, towels and sheets. Every wash has been perfect. The machine is so quiet I have to go and check that I actually turned it on. There is an option of a short wash if you are in a rush and a delayed wash if you have to go and do something. I love those features.

This washing machine was really easy to install. Its super quiet and i can even control it from samsung smarthome which is amazing. It cleans our clothes very well and has many cycles options which i plan on trying them all eventually. I like the quick cycle - it cleans everything just as well as the cotton cycle.
