I've been using the Samsung 12kg Top Load Washer with BubbleStorm for a month, and it's been an excellent experience. The washing performance is outstanding—clothes come out clean in a short amount of time, making it incredibly efficient for busy households. One of the things I appreciate most is the user-friendly interface. The controls are intuitive and easy to understand, even for first-time users. The settings are thoughtfully designed and feel very human-centred, allowing for flexible adjustments depending on different laundry needs. Purchased from Farmers in Napier. The drain hose is inflexible and will not easily bend into the laundry tub. I have had to buy a fitting to allow the machine to drain. Also, the booklet mentions a NORMAL cycle on the control console to use the Speed Spray option, but there is NO cycle that says NORMAL. This is rubbish really and indicative of most things that say"easy to use" when the reverse is true. My old Samsung was simple to use and understand plus it had a FLEXIBLE drain hose.

I bought this machine 9 months ago and it is ending up with stretched clothes. It has been back at Samsung service center for a few weeks and they said nothing wrong with it but still doing the same. No one ready to look into it and does not believe even when their technician came to our house and checked himself. Worst service and worst product. Would not recommend anyone to buy any Samsung product's (at least washing machines).

have had the machine for 2 months and it is the worst machine i have owned. The machine washes poorly, has lots of lint even after cleaning the filters before and after washes, have done many tub cleans and still the same, some clothing have holes. only good thing is the size of the machine. Hoping i can exchange for a front loader which i previously had before needing to upgrade to a bigger machine.

I have bought this machine 2 months ago. Really a good machine and quite big too only downfall is when it finishes its circle then it lock itself and its not even the child lock, still can’t figured out how to unlock it after. I am just randomly turning on and off. Not even mention in manual. Thats the only bad this about it.

Press start button, dial to the wash you want then begin. So easy to use. Lots of different functions, lid locks when it starts (unlock to add more by pressing pause button) double filters that are easy to clean. This machine can fit a huge load of washing in. Best machine I've ever bought.

I brought this a few weeks ago and my wash loads have gone from 2 a day down to 1 every 3 days, saving me on time and stress. Can easily fit 2 queen size duvets and is incredibly quiet. You won't be disappointed with this washing machine and it's 12kg capacity, best choice I ever made

I bought the washing machine about a week ago and I would say I like it but it's just too loud when spinning even when I put it on the very lowest. And it keeps stopping which is so annoying when I have lots to do.

Failed after 18 months, Samsung repaired it, it came back even more broken, all of the gears and motor rusted out, Samsung issuing a refund but 2 months later still waiting on the refund.
