This machine has been the BIGGEST disappointment. I followed the manual for recommended detergent and use, regular drum cleans. I have mostly business wear and bedding, and this has ruined clothes with black deposits. First warranty claim technician stripped it and high pressure washed it after replacing parts. Told me NOT to use liquid detergent. Changed to powder, no fabric softer and 6 months later same problem is back. Repairers want to change more parts. I’m over it. Samsung wipe their hands. It’s a known fault - Google the magic lint cleaners and see how much they don’t work. They trap debris and put it over your washing. Crap! Wish I could paste the photos. ACCC here I come

I've been using the Samsung 12kg Top Load Washer with BubbleStorm for a month, and it's been an excellent experience. Worst thing I have ever bought. Scud and dirt left all over all my clothes. Woolleys Appliance Services who is Samsungs repair is in Samsungs back pocket. Technicians tell you to your face it is a design fault with the machine where the holes are not big enough to let the dirt out the drum but Samsungs will not admit it is an issue. Had mine taken in for a deep clean as well and 1 months later same problem returns. DO NOT BUY

Great machine for large loads however the magic filter is hopeless. Two times the filter has snapped off and has been replaced by Harvey Norman from the demo models. Now today I have phoned Samsung and told them it has happened again only to be told I would have to purchase new filters as they are classed as accessories! It is a filter, part of the washing machine...the machine is only 8 months old...really disappointing Samsung.

DO NOT BUY!! After owning a Samsung TV and Fridge that are still working perfectly after over 10years, I decided on a Samsung Top Loader washing machine. This has to be the most regrettable purchase I have ever made. Please listen to the other reviewers too. This machine does not work! Clothes come out covered in what appears to be a black sludgy gunky type deposit. The magic filters are such poor quality and get moldy very quickly despite regular cleaning. I tried to purchase replacement filters only to be told Samsung service no longer stock them. Was given the part number and told to buy on Amazon. Bought from Amazon and they don’t fit. They keep falling off. Water does drain from underneath the drum properly. I have had a service technician out and he said it’s normal. Samsung are so hard to deal with I have given up. Now I’m stuck with this expensive piece of junk.

I have bought this machine 2 months ago. Really a good machine and quite big too only downfall is when it finishes its circle then it lock itself and its not even the child lock, still can’t figured out how to unlock it after. I am just randomly turning on and off. Not even mention in manual. Thats the only bad this about it.

We bought this toploader washer two weeks ago because my wife has back problems and can't use a front loader. While we are still geting used to it, two problems have been encountered. 1 The washing powder dispenser is difficult to use as it does'nt come out sufficently and it it easily dilodged. 2 The delay finish timer is a bit confuing and the incriments of time changes are too big. On the plus side there are two lint filters and now our washing doesn't have the black specks on it.

have had the machine for 2 months and it is the worst machine i have owned. The machine washes poorly, has lots of lint even after cleaning the filters before and after washes, have done many tub cleans and still the same, some clothing have holes. only good thing is the size of the machine. Hoping i can exchange for a front loader which i previously had before needing to upgrade to a bigger machine.

I purchased this top loader on the 1st of October 2025, but because there was none at Bing Lee Taree 2430 NSW I had to wait for 8 weeks before I could use the machine as it had to come from overseas, the wait was worth it as I have now been using the machine for 3 weeks and I am very impressed with the easy settings and I can do large washing of blankets/doonas or small delicate washes.
I recommended this product.

Press start button, dial to the wash you want then begin. So easy to use. Lots of different functions, lid locks when it starts (unlock to add more by pressing pause button) double filters that are easy to clean. This machine can fit a huge load of washing in. Best machine I've ever bought.

I bought the washing machine about a week ago and I would say I like it but it's just too loud when spinning even when I put it on the very lowest. And it keeps stopping which is so annoying when I have lots to do.

Best washing machine I've ever bought. Clothes are comming out so much cleaner. Ive used Front Loaders for years. But so glad i changed.
