My new Samsung Bespoke Washing Machine has leaked water (every time it is washing clothes) since it was delivered and installed by the Samsung supplier. Communicating with Samsung 'off shore call centre'? told me the serial number was on the front of the Washer. Mine is on the back and they expect me (an 81 year old) to lift off the Bespoke Dryer, move out the washer and find the serial number. I was told the Service team would not come out without knowing the serial number. They also wanted me to sign an In-Home Repair form with multiple clauses/topics which I refused to sign, as far as I am concerned if the machine requires internal repairs, I WANT IT REPLACED WITH A NEW MACHINE.

I bought this machine two months and ago and it has been a pleasure. I’m normally the type to rely on reviews but there aren’t really any for such a new machine. I love its preloaded cycles and also the customisation you can program eg more soaking, changing intensity, water levels, etc. It’s a very solid but extremely quiet machine and I’m very glad I bought it. Handy app for reminding you when it’s needs a clean, yto send a custom cycle if you like or simply tell you when it’s done (helpful as a busy mum). I would absolutely recommend for any larger families and those who wash daily.

I bought the bespoke washer, 12 KG bubble wash and the 9KG bespoke dryer three months ago. I have done over 162 loads already, and it has changed our lives, no longer tied to the laundry. It has remote control. Everything is washed and dried. No more waiting for days or even a week for things to dry before you can wear them. We can do a whole weeks worth of washing and drying several loads in less than a day it’s fantastic. Everything comes up fluffy and bouncy as good as new and I’m amazed at how white our whites are with the bubble wash. Just tell it what you are washing & the AI technology takes care of the rest. I can definitely recommend these two products for anyone wishing to “sea change” their daily humdrum laundry routines.

Was a bit disappointed with the product and customer service as well. I started contacting last May because the washing machine has an annoying buzzing noise inside the detergent drawer, after reporting the issue a couple of times they sent a techinician saying that i need to pay $450 for the replacement of the motor. The washer is only 1yr old. I paid almost 1,600 for this unit. Its just a waste of money, time and effort to report the issue and i will ended up paying a huge amount for some replacement parts?

This machine is actually more beautiful in person then the photos show. There’s nothing like it on the market. The automatic dispenser is the best feature! One less step actually makes quite a difference. The app is pretty useful, you can personalise your wash cycle to what you need and it alerts when the cycle is complete. You can also check the washing process. Washing clothes wonderfully. All round great machine and very happy with my purchase. Samsung! You’ve done it again!

The price of this item is what sold it for me personally. Form the quality build and brand name I have always trusted. I did not hesitate to pre-order this washer. I am very excited for the delivery to our new home. To be honest, we are decking out our new place with as much Samsung products as possible. The interoperability of the tech, being user friendly and easy access to my phone with app's. It all makes me feel up to date and breath just a little bit easier.

One week ago I took delivery of this beautiful washer, so I’ll start there. Unpacking & installation was left to us, which was disappointing & could be an issue for many customers. However the operating directions were easy to follow, but downloading the App & linking the machine details took some persistence due to errors on the App. The machine laundry results are 10 out of 10, though I can’t easily change between detergent dispenser compartments 1& 2.

Auto dispenser stopped working within 8 months. Considering this was why I bought it I’m pretty angry! Leaks from door often and randomly, even when I check it’s shut properly. Should have stuck with previous brand that never failed! Never been happy with the quality of the wash. Have tried so many cycles. I bought a 12kg washer because I obviously have a lot of washing and this machine has been such a disappointment. Will not buy Samsung again.

Pathetic washing mashine. Started using it and after washing my all the branded clothes were seen having holes within it and while spinning huge banging sound and also after few months water start getting leaked from the door and the rubber door seal came out and samsung not even fixing this as the product is within warranty. Worst product i have ever experienced. Never buy this product. Hardware is all plastic and of cheap quality.

This machine is a great size and has many great features. Once you learn how to use the settings it is super easy to use and it remembers your most used cycle. It is quiet whilst in use and washes the clothes to a high standard of clean. It is very large so if you only have a small space go for the smaller size down. Remember to read the manual as it is confusing as to which section takes the wash liquid vs the softener.

This is more of a review on Samsung than anything, there was a massive dint in the machine, and they have to 'assess' it, and then maybe offer me a replacement. Just ridiculous.

I have had this machine for 6 months and it has performed very well. I love the jingle that ends each cycle. The mobile app is excellent so I can be anywhere and check how much time is left. The cycle options available are also excellent with washing clean and fresh. Also the liquid dispenser has saved a large amount of detergent. Very quiet while working.

not even 18 months old and leaks water everywhere, sound has gone and something in the back snapped some time ago. Support are absolutely hopeless, they are based in the Philippines and you will get transferred to many people who all ask the same questions and support goes nowhere. this alone would make me not buy Samsung again.

A washing machine that does the job. It is intelligent, where it will keep working and ensuring no damage happens. Simple put a load in, select a cycle and leave it up to the machine to finish. The quick cycles does a very very good job, so you can only imagine how the specific cycle will run.

So far it's been working like a treat. The Samsung AI washing machine optimizes wash cycles based on load size and fabric type and we think it helps with efficient cleaning and conserving energy. The 12kg capacity is great for large loads, and overall it is easy to use.

Bought this 3 nonths ago. Love so many things about it specially that I can control and view from app, auto dispensing of detergent and softner, surprisingly quite for a washing machine and on 1400 rpm spin the close comes out almost dry.

Do not buy this wachine machine. Waste of money. It’s auto dispense and it doesn’t intake softener at all and just a small amount of detergent in each wash cycle.
