Este é o pior aparelho que eu já tive da Samsung. Uma decepção... desde o primeiro dia lento, nem parecia novo, demora para abrir os aplicativos. As vezes perco muito tempo tentando abrir um aplicativo pois simplesmente fica lá rodando e não abre. A conexão com Internet tbm não mantém na rede. Meu outro aparelho velho J6 com mais de 4 anos conecta no Wi-Fi e o A23 conecta na mesma rede com sinal fraco ou caindo a conexão toda hora. Péssimo... completei um ano de uso com raiva desse aparelho. E decepcionada com a Samsung vender um modelo que se dizia novo e com uma qualidade tão inferior aos modelos anteriores que eu já tive... lentavel. Prejuízo e perda de tempo além de ficar irritada durante o uso por ter de tentar as vezes mais de 5 vezes pra conseguir abrir um aplicativo... misericórdia... assim não dá.

O celular é muito bom, a bateria dura bastante a imagem é muito boa, mas depois de um tempo a câmera parou de deixar minhas fotos excelentes.

telefone com problemas quando abroi a camarar para tirar fotos fico parado vai abrir muito mais tarde quando tiro foto nao tira so passado muitos segundos quando faço uma chamada ele nao abre demora muito tempo ja fiz alguns processos para melhorar o desempenho e nada , instalei o good guardians melhora apos eu correr a app mas depois de entrar em espera e quando utilizo novamente tenho o mesmo problema. parece que o tlm tem paragens no sistema quando precisamos dele. pois ate o touch sreen nao reage de imediato quando o deslocamos. estou insatisfeito vou ter de comprar outro telemovel e voltar a instalar tudo de novo para inviar este para a garantia. estava ansioso por uma atualização para corrigir estes defeitos que pelo que li parece que não sou o unico.

Produto excelente , comprei em desconto menos de 300 euros, tenho a 1 mes, unica coisa que me suprendeu e que nao veio com carregador por isso uso do meu 21 s antigo aconselho a comprar a capa que samsung ja que este telemóvel e muito pouco conhecido no mercado e nao existem capas a vende dele. De resto não tenho nada para me queixar

Phone is sometimes slow and unresponsive, especially opening apps. Unlocking phone can take multiple attempts- would hate to be in an emergency. Camera is adequate. Memory is great!

I like the long lasting battery, the screen is good. I am disappointed that there is no Wireless charging, and the camera could be better. Performance is acceptable for a business phone. I do like the audio port.
