the battery worked great the first time I used it, I charged it and it lasted exactly 3 hours, allowing me to set it up and watch a movie😎 . I had a small problem with the smallest cable between the battery and the projector, but I replaced it with the long one.

Stopped working having been used only 2-3 times over a few years. Appalling product. Projector is great, but this battery failing so miserably has really dented my confidence in Samsung, particularly noting the other, similar reviews and the lack of support provided to the many people who have been let down by Samsung here. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Not recalled when it should have been. Samsung are hiding from the issue and hoping time will wash over the issue. It doesn't work like that, actually. Step up, or lose your customer base. Allowing reputation to fray at the edges leads to trust in a corporate entity unravelling.

I used the battery base, maybe once or twice, it's a year old device. I left it to charge overnight, with the bottom light flashing white, I take the projector and the battery today to use, only to find that it wont turn on or show any sign of life. Reading other reviews, it seems that this pack stops working after a year, it's like it's had some code programmed in to stop working after a certain time!??? Very disappointed that Samsung is not taking note of this issue by the looks of public reviews.

(Esta reseña se ha recibido a través de una promoción.) La batería del Samsung Freestyle no vale absolutamente nada. Solo pesa y decepciona. Ojalá funcionara al nivel de su peso, porque después de unos meses ya es imposible de recargar, incluso teniendo garantía. Y no soy el único: hay montones de usuarios con el mismo problema. Para colmo, el alimentador del Freestyle 2 terminó quemado, igual de malo que la batería. Samsung, una decepción total. No esperaba una calidad tan pobre en productos tan caros.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto il mese scorso. Da un punto di vista funzionale sono molto soddisfatto mentre dal punto di vista pratico devo dire che l'alloggio per il proiettore e il relativo incastro non è molto rapido. La gomma che serve da incastro per i due componenti risulta essere morbida ma troppo precisa. In sostanza l'assemblamento è meno veloce di come si potrebbe pensare. Tutto sommato, con un pò di pazienza va bene.

j'ai le freestyle 2 avec la batterie et le case circulaire. Je pense qu'il faille utiliser la batterie régulièrement pour avoir une bonne durée de vie. Pour ma part, je l'utilise avec mon vidéoprojecteur, en recharge de smartphones ou pour alimenter un écran externe via DEX. La longévité ne semble pas bouger. Cela fait une bonne réserve pour recharger ces appareils, montres, écouteurs en nomade. Pour ma part, très pratique

De battery case is mega handig als je de beamer mee wil nemen naar B.V. buiten in de tuin. Ik had verwacht dat hij de stroom pakt via een click-verbinding, maar je moet hem alsnog via een kabel aansluiten. Verder niet zo erg, maar wel een kabeltje wat je kwijt kan raken. Door de battery case is de projector voet ook iets zwaarder en hoger, wat voor mij ook voor thuis gebruik super handig uitkomt

Batterien kan IKKE medbringes på fly, hverken som håndbagage, eller i den checket ind bagage. Det skyldes den overskrider, hvad der ser ud til at være den gængse max værdi af 100wh (dette batteri har 111wh). Jeg havde det med i et par fly, men fik lige nu konfiskeret det i et fly i udlandet. Det er mig en gåde at Samsung ikke har sikret dette batteri ligger under grænsen på de 100wh!

I bought this just over a year ago, used 4 or 5 times and worked really well. Like most other people who have bought it, the battery eventually stops working and won’t charge after minimal use and Samsung aren’t interested. It has taken me a long time to buy anything Samsung after the last warranty issue I had with them and I think I have learned my lesson with them this time.

Die Qualität des Produkts ist sehr enttäuschend. Ich konnte das Batteriepack ein einziges Mal laden, danach nicht mehr. Nun wollte ich den Projektor endlich einmal auf die Reise mitnehmen und dann das. Der Projektor ist gerade ein Jahr alt. Sehr ärgerlich. Es scheint, dass es vielen so geht. Nach den Bewertungen bin ich mit meiner Trauer hier in guter Gesellschaft.

18 months old, used half a dozen times and the battery now refuses to charge! Called Samung support to get assistance but was told out of warranty. Absolutely shocked at Samsung's attitude towards customer satisfaction and even more appauled at Samsung's batteries life expectancy! Dzień dobry. Powerbank przestał działać po pierwszym testowym użyciu. Naładowałem go do pełna, podłączyłem na 15 minut. Po tygodniu od tego użycia jest wyładowany całkowicie (podłączone do niego urządzenie nie włącza się) oraz nie można go naładować (pomimo zostawienia go na noc do ładowania miga pojedyncza dioda z czterech).

Bereits nach nach wenigen Einsätzen und knapp 6 Monate nach Erhalt kaputt! 6 Monate und 3 Wochen nach dem ich den Akku erhalten habe lässt er sich nicht mehr aufladen ... und Austausch/Reparatur ist nicht mehr möglich, da die Garantie bereits nach 6 Monaten abgelaufen ist :-(

As with everyone else - it stopped working just out of warranty. I don't mind if a product is faulty - mistakes happen, but when a company ignores the voice of an large number of people who have the same issue - that's when it's time to leave that company completely.

Why is this product still on sale? First one lasted two charges. Retailer replaced it. Second one lasted three charges. Totally defective product. Luckily no reports of danger of fire or explosion - still there is a risk there for defective batteries

My battery has failed after only a few charges. I used the charging adapter supplied with the projector and the supplied cables. There are lots of other examples where these batteries have failed and SAMSUNG still sell this defective product.

Produkt fajny, robi dokładnie to co powinien. Problem w tym ze po 8 miesiacach (uzywany w tym czasie był raptem kilkukrotnie) przestał działać. Nie da się go naładować, nie reaguje na przycisk. Zgłoszony do reklamacji. Czekam na odpowiedź.

Only used it a few times and now it doesn't charge. Judging by the reviews here and elsewhere, this is a fundamental fault with the battery design and not just with mine. Samsung should recall this product - it does not work.

Julgava que era apenas eu que tinha tinha esse problema. Usei apenas uma vez desde que comprei o projector apenas para experimentar. Este verão quis experimentar fora de casa e a bateria simplesmente não carrega.

If i could give no stars, i would, I Bought this on the 11th September 2022, just out of warranty and now it won't charge, absolutely rubbish, useless piece of crxp, do not buy. Samsung get your act together.

Battery has developed a fault and is no longer charging. I have an extremely expensive paper weight due to a fault which seems extremely common and with no recognition from Samsung of this fault.

Hat echt gut funktioniert und ich war super begeistert von dem Akku in Verbindung mit dem Freestyle doch leider nach nur ca. 5- 10 Mal benutzen lässt sich der Akku nicht mehr aufladen .

Leider auch bei mir nach nur einem Einsatz kaputt. Nur einmal benutzt, sollte jetzt bei einem Camping Ausflug zum Einsatz kommen, aber lädt leider nicht mehr. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!

Similar to other reviewers my experience is that the battery stopped working after a couple of charges and due to the warranty expiry Samsung will not replace it. Very disappointing.

Batterie lädt nicht mehr nach paar wochen nicht inbetriebnahme. Echt schade is ne tolle idee der freestyle is super aber der akku scheint echt nicht lange zuhalten.
