[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Samsung tv! It’s the perfect size, the picture is crystal clear & of course very easy hook up & registry. Samsung follows up to assure all is going well. 4 star review is because of the sound. I need to turn the volume almost all the way up to hear a regular show. My other Samsung tv’s do not have this issue, I have 3 other tvs, just purchased a Samsung refrigerator (also highly recommended), plus a convection/airfry stove and microwave. Have always had wonderful performance from Samsung - just this one tv has exceptionally poor sound. Still would recommend.

This TV is better than I had expected for the price I paid. I have used many Samsung TVs in the past and I have always found them to have good picture, and a usable system. But with this one, it is fast through the os, and a great picture quality that I'm very happy with. It has Samsung TV plus, which I often use and a very easy to use and ergonomic remote. 5 out of 5 stars would buy again!

Hi. We just bought this TV about three weeks ago and so far are quite happy with it. Picture is great and there's a lot of options that go along with it. My only complaint is the remote control . It is too small and it does not light up in the dark. That's a hassle and I will probably have to replace it with a generic one . Aside from that, we are very happy with the TV so far.

I have rewatched some of my favorite movies on the TV and was blown blown away by how awesome everything looked. I also bought this TV to connect my Bluetooth headphones so I can watch movies at night and not disturb my wife. A feature that works very well. My wife enjoys the offerings of the Samsung TV channels offered with the TV. I have also integrated all my streaming channels and my DVD player on the channel. This makes watching my UHD, Blueray and DVD's look fantastic. I would highly recommend this TV to others.

It is the largest screen I can comfortably use in the sunroom without blocking the view from our pool and all the flowers. It has an excellent picture and there is nothing more I would like to have that this does not have. I have been using Samsung TV for years, and this one is the reason why. The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Different mounting from last Samsung, had to get new hardware to mount. More difficult to set up with my satellite dish service than the last one. Start up is inconsistent, sometimes normal, sometimes have to use inputs to get satellite pic instead of Samsung pic - even though satellite audio is on, and I only use this tv for satellite input. Sometimes the picture blinks on and off while audio is constant; have to unplug for a minute and plug back in to get it to stop. Last Samsung stopped powering on after a routine power failure, I was hoping for simple mounting by sticking with same brand. Probably won't buy a Samsung product again.

On some shows, the picture is so crisp and clear it looks as if we are actually on the set while the shows were filming. The smart TV aspect is great as well, we don’t need to use any additional devices in order to stream our shows. The set-up was pretty simple. We just had to create a Samsung account to be able to get the apps we wanted. We have never used a Samsung smart TV before, so learning their platform has taken some time to adapt to. Overall, we love the high-quality picture and the sound quality.

I read a lot of reviews but never saw this mentioned. I thought those days were over. I also don’t care for the volume control adjuster on the remote. Rather than having buttons, it’s a small raised bar that has to be pushed/ pulled up or down & trying to lower the volume is not always easy for me. Quite often I accidentally push the bar in & that mutes the sound. I’d rather have 3 buttons than one for all 3 functions. When watching a show on a Samsung Plus station I have trouble with it buffering an abnormal amount. I don’t have this problem on any of the apps I use though. The tv is a good size and I can read the screen well. It has a good picture & sound, which are my main criteria as an average everyday viewer.

We were initially looking at a TLC with Roku because we've liked those in the past, but are really happy we went with a Samsung. The image is bright and clear and everything looks great, even older stuff. The remote is super responsive and the user interface is awesome. I love that I can use my Samsung Galaxy phone as an additional remote, which makes for a very convenient and comfortable experience. Plus, being a able to connect an Xbox controller to the TV via Bluetooth and play games without a dedicated console is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to others.

I bought this TV a couple of months ago to replace my old Samsung TV, which lasted almost 20 years! I’ve always found Samsung products to be very reliable, and most of the Samsung products I’ve owned have lasted well over 10 years, so I decided to stick with Samsung. I’m really happy with this TV. The picture quality is excellent, and I love having the Smart TV features. It also comes with a variety of Samsung channels with different programs to watch, which is a nice bonus. It was easy to set up and has been working great. I’m very happy with my purchase and, based on my past experience with Samsung, I’m hoping this TV will give me many years of use too!

Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven’t watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

It almost looks 3-D especially with nature shows or any programs with landscapes. Sound quality is clear and steady. I wish the controller that came with it was bigger for my old eyes and that the guide button was separate from from the channel button. I accidentally hit the guide a lot when I'm trying to change the channel. The same thing happens with the volume buttons. I accidentally hit the mute button when I'm trying to lower or raise the volume. But I can just get a differnt controller. Overall, my wife and eye are very happy with the purchase.

This Tv has very easy set up, he had this going within 10 minutes. The remote has a Netflix and Prime button. We are not very tech savvy but you don’t need to be with this. There are only two things with this tv; it does not come with the place to connect headphones, so I had to buy him wireless ones and pair them. The other thing is since it’s in another room and facing opposite wall (open concept) when I turn up or turn off one tv, sometimes it does the same to the other. It’s still an overall great tv and I’m happy he’s enjoying it.

While the picture is great and we like the features we have experienced off and on issues with sluggishness when using the remote and moving between options. We have Also had some issues with buffering in the app we use (YouTube TV, Prime,Paramount and Pluto). We also have a Roku device connected to the HDMI port with the same apps installed and have ZERO buffering issues when using the Roku device which leads me to believe it is related to either the TV memory or apps? Knowing this we will most likely not be automatically choosing Samsung for our next TV.

Setting up the TV is proving to be quite frustrating, even though I've been part of the Samsung ecosystem for almost 2 decades. I don't like the remote either; call me old fashioned, but I love remotes that still have numbers on them. Shipping was also confusing; thankfully got items on time, but shipping details did not match what was on Samsung website or app. I did appreciate that the TV was able to connect to my phone quickly; the Smart things aspect seems to be responsive as well.

The software on the television is a turtle in comparison to what I thought 2026 software would perform. Television offers many good games movies and applications but many can't perform under hardware specs , take multiple paid subscriptions, are not compatible but advertised, the controls feel manipulated beyond the basic haptics of a remote layout.. the television turns onto random things when powered on just depends on the day. Very strong internet connection but still choppy connection uncertain of issue Only one USB port and three HDMI ports. Give me more power and less waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents got the 65-inch one, so when i got my own place i knew which one too get, unfortunately my place is smaller I got the Samsung 43-inch Crystal UHD TV for uniformity sake. I got to say I was impressed. Most TVs dont have a heavy contrast look to them however this particular piece had a minimalist aesthetic and with its 4k display, it just looked amazing. I recently obtained this television, and the first good thing i noticed about it was its resolution and its upscaling, which is 4K. I believe this feature along with the PurColor technology makes this television's brightness stand out from other standard TVs. The 4K resolution really does make an impact- it feels quite Responsive sharp and clean.

This new TV replaced another Samsung that I had for about 15 years that I just loved. My only reason for not giving it five stars is the sound quality. If that could be improved I would give it a five. This TV is in my bedroom so it doesn’t need to be blasting loud and I sleep with the TV on (yes, including the one that lasted 15 years). Otherwise this is a great TV. I can’t totally figure out how to just stream without a cable box connection but that’s me not the TV.

Samsung requires the installation of an app (Smart Things) on one's smartphone and then linking that app to Alexa or another voice activated device in one's smart home. I found the process cumbersome and in actual fact never got it to work. So I am stuck using the onscreen keyboard and the remote to conduct searches, etc. I am thinking about re-installing my Firestick (from my old TV) and using the Firestick remote to reinstate voice functionality. Samsung can do better..

The picture quality is incredibly sharp, the colors are vivid without the picture having too much contrast, and there’s absolutely zero lag. But even before I was watching programming, I was already being wowed by the ease of set up. Basic setup was intuitive and a breeze. I dreaded reconnecting to Netflix, Prime and YouTube TV, but with the QR codes it couldn’t possibly have been easier! This television exceeds my expectations in every single way! (Oh…didn’t mention the sound. Two thumbs up, too! I’d heard that Samsung televisions have just mediocre sound quality. Well, not the case with this one! It’s crisp, clear and has far, far more distinctive volume than my apartment needs.)

Selection of Apps is easy to navigate and add. The issues I have with this system is the responsiveness of the TV and remote can be very sluggish at times as there is a delay between the time you press a button on the remote and the TV actually responding. Some apps can be slow to load and are buggy,not sure if it’s Samsung or the App itself. This is our third Samsung TV and we are still learning all of the options and choices.

Samsung TV's have been good products with our family so this was an incentive to stay with the same brand again this time around. I'm just not used to the remote and miss the voice command option. It took me several minutes to figure out how to turn up the volume. I'm currently searching for a Samsung remote with voice. A local WM did not have the Samsung remote with voice/microphone key. Otherwise very happy with the 2026 34" Samsung Smart Tv Purchase.

The sound quality is horrific I have tried all the recommendations I saw online. No matter what setting or modification I make there are certain times while watching movies tv shows the sound sounds like they’re talking into a fan. The sound vibrates and rattles sounds terrible and is super annoying. But after I already installed the tv and mounted it I’m stuck with it. A 50 inch that sounds terrible. I will be having to buy a seperate sound system just so watching tv is bearable.

I'm personally shocked this is considered and priced as a "budget" TV because it is simply amazing, and the low price makes it even that much more so. The picture is crisp and the 4K upscaling works and looks magnificent on anything I watch or stream. Being a SmartThings enabled set, you can control it with your smartphone or voice (or the old fashioned way, with the remote). It has a generous amount of HDMI and other inputs. This is the kind of quality I would expect out of a TV that is priced five times the cost of this one. Highly recommended.

I am SO happy with our choice. This tv has a great picture- we did mess with the brightness and saturation a little to get what we liked based on lighting in the room and that was easy to do. The navigation among streaming services and adding apps for services is super easy. The sound quality is also really good. Our previous tv needed a sound bar but it didn’t attach to this tv. We assumed we’d need to buy a new sound bar but we’ve been watching it a week now and the sound has been great with sports and movies. I highly recommend this tv. The price point makes it an easy choice and it’s definitely worth it!

For instance when you turn on the tv what happens, where does it go? You can’t change the home page to what suits you. Slow response to the remote actions. Do not care for the fast forwarding feature at all! Occasionally it seems to have a mind of its own. Settings are hard to navigate and understand. It does not tell you what episodes you have already seen on some channels. On the other hand the speakers are good and picture is good most of the time.

The picture quality is excellent, I can't say for sure if it is my vision or what but some of the newer movies do seem to have a 3-D quality when looking at the actors on the screen. All in all I am extremely pleased with this TV, the only thing I would have liked to see is a plug-in for RCA type connection for external speakers, other than that I'm very happy.

Loved the picture. But sadly no more. It has burnt out, and i am not pleased at all. I have had my 55 inch model just over 2 years. Not good enough ,frankly i will never buy a Samsung Tv ever again. Seems there is a massive issue re the setting for the picture WHICH Samsung don't warn you about. I actually thought my Tv was a Infra Red Heater as everytime i walked by it it was very warm . Then just under a week there was a burning plastic smell coming from the Tv. Could not find origionally where it was coming from. But then the Tv just started flickering and died. Looked online to see what could be the cause. Apparently Vivid or Dynamic setting causes more heat. So be warned. I never contacted Samsung , as no doubt they will just put the blame on myself.

I don't really like it when it makes my TV shows look fake, which they are, but sometimes it makes the shows look bad due to feeling like you're on the actual set. I do really love how well the colors pop on screen. Everything is so bright and colorful. The remote and navigating on the home screen has taken some time to get used to. Overall, the TV is great and we love watching movies on it.

For non-senior TV viewers I am sure this is all standard functionality easily managed but in the world we live in where you flip between cable and streaming I wish there was a simple single button (that he could see) available. Although the TV is fine, i am frustrated to find him regularly watching with no sound or a partially blacked out screen because he was 'changing channels'.

I found the remote however to be a challenge to use with buttons having multi-functions that you only become aware of while using. I have a major complaint however with the TV's manual, if you want to call it that. Virtually no information or help is given beyond the initial set tp of the TV. i have had issues with the channel watched when turned off the night before not being on the next morning when turned back on. Almost always switches programs back to Samsung TV programming and nothing in the "manual" says what to do about it. I would give the TV a solid "A" but the maual a more than solid "D" and that's being kind. Along standing company such as Samsung can be better than this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my mom had an adventure buying this TV and taking it home in a trunk that was just a few centimeters too long. But made it home safe and sound. It was easy to set up, felt super easy to customize, and now I can stream my favorite shows and play on my video games on the big screen. The color is amazing, and picks up the wifi extremely well so the video is always crisp and fast loading. It couldn't compare to some TVs i had in the past. Samsung had much stronger colors and a much better contrast compared to others. Much better sounds and with my Samsung phone being an extra controller made the set up easier, much easier than when I had my other smart tvs. I definitely feel like I have an upgrade getting the Crystal UHD 4K TV. It was definitely worth purchasing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Samsung 55" TV that I have had for years, and I was looking to go a little larger in prep for the World Cup and College Football, but the newer model did not deliver like the older model that I had. Sadly, the color saturation, the reflection of natural light, and the overall picture were underwhelming, and I decided to stay with my older 55". I will wait to upgrade when I can afford one of the more expensive models as I do like the Samsung product but this one just did not perform like I thought it would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my new Samsung TV now that it is setup but the process was not as simple as it could have been. Setting up the Wifi feed was a bit confusing as the instructions didn't state that the TV would automatically link with my wifi signal so I was looking to input my Wifi password at the beginning of the process. Also I understand wanting to get the user access to all the streaming channels easily but because I use the Amazon Firestick they are available there, already logged in and operable. Also for older owner, such as myself it can be a bit foreboding to navigate through all the streaming channels instead of simply adding the ones desired as I choose. Beyond that the TV performance is very good and controls are are great. I am very pleased with my new TV.

When I turn the tv on it has to wait for a bit before the actual picture comes on. Then it isn't what I was watching when I shut it off. I have to ush another button on the remote to get to a channel that I recognize. Also I hate having to have 2 remotes to control the tv. Everything is on the universal remote that I use but the sound is on the remote that came with the tv. Kind of a hassle. Otherwise it is a great produce!
