COVID-19 updates for Samsung Singapore community

We hope you are keeping well as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. At Samsung, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues, partners and the communities within which we operate is a top priority. We have since made adjustments to our operations to ensure that we continue to serve you to the best of our ability.

 

Update on operations at Westgate
Our Samsung Service Centre and Samsung Experience Store at Westgate will be closed from 23 May to 5 June. All our colleagues supporting the operations at these two outlets have taken the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.

We are reaching out to assist customers affected by the two-week Westgate closure.

In the meantime, our other Samsung Service Centres and Samsung Experience Stores are operating as usual.

 

Samsung Customer Service
Our Samsung Service Centres are continuing to operate. You can find a centre near you here: https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/where-to-find-samsung-service-centre-in-singapore/. The centres are operating in adherence to safe distancing guidelines during the following hours:

Monday – Saturday: 11am to 7pm
Sunday and public holiday: 11am to 5pm

 

Samsung Experience Store

Samsung Experience Stores are operating daily between 11am and 9pm, in adherence to safe distancing guidelines. All Samsung Experience Stores have received the SG Clean quality mark and you can find a store near you here: https://www.samsung.com/sg/samsung-experience-store/locations/.
