Last week, Samsung held a consumer carnival, S7 Delights, at VivoCity Central Court A and B to celebrate the launch of the Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ in Singapore, which attracted close to 23,000 consumers.

At the event, attendees had a chance to try out the newly launched devices, and experience a connected Galaxy ecosystem at the various themed experiential zones. Consumers were also able to get their Samsung Galaxy devices checked out for a clean bill of mobile health, and witness behind-the-scenes demonstrations of how repairs are typically performed.

In addition, consumers were able to check out some of the exclusive offerings of Samsung Concierge and meet-and-greet with MediaCorp celebrities including YaHui and Desmond Tan. Over 1,100 consumers also participated in the #ownthenightsg photo contest where they stood a chance to win a Galaxy S7 edge 4G+ hourly. The Gear VR Gunjack™ challenge which attracted over 1,000 participants saw consumers challenging each other in the arcade shooter game for the highest scores.
