What to do if Samsung Windows 8 ActiveX is not working?

1 The start screen of Internet Explorer complies with HTML5, a standard web protocol which doesn’t support ActiveX, while the Desktop Internet Explorer does support ActiveX
2 In order to use ActiveX, click the Start screen of IE browser, then click the Tool button on the bottom right of the screen and select View on the Desktop. The current webpage will be switched to the Desktop IE browser
