Unable to connect when using one earbud with new mobile
To connect your IconX (2018) with a new Mobile Device, you will need the two earbuds together because IconX shares and syncs the pairing information between two paired earbuds and Mobile Device.
If any case that one of your earbud is not functioning properly, please visit our Samsung Service Centre with your device for further assistance.
Please note: For Mobile Device that was previously connected, the pairing information is already available and it does not require to use both earbuds for connection.
