What is the Auto Lock Feature on Samsung Galaxy Gear?

With Auto Lock feature, your Mobile Device's pattern lock is automatically enabled when your Galaxy Gear is more than 5 feet away, ensuring no one else can access it. When your Galaxy Gear is detected within 5 feet, your device will unlock automatically.

1 From Gear Manager, select Settings
2 Select Auto lock
3 Select Continue
4 Set the pattern
