What to do when Samsung Gear S2 does not turn on?

Gear S2 will not turn on if the battery is completely discharged. Charge your Gear S2 using the wireless charging dock or connect to computer via USB cable.

Please note:
• Use Samsung-approved chargers, batteries and cables only. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause damages to Gear

• If the battery is completed discharged, the Gear cannot be turned on immediately when the charger is connected. Allow a depleted battery to charge for a few minutes before turning on the Gear

•  Before charging the battery, ensure the charging terminals of the Gear and wireless charging dock are free from foreign materials, such as sweat, liquid or dust. Clean the charging terminals with a soft dry cloth
