[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put off getting a Vacuum Robot for quite some time, then I was at relative's who had more than one, and it occured to me needed at least 3 or 4 for my split level home (I was fine with that as long as they could run when I was not around). I have a whole house air filtration and room air filters in most rooms. I'd been concerned that robot vacuums moved around more dust than they picked up. But now the latest robots have decent filters and dust controls. But, more importantly that you don't need to empty the robot everytime it runs. With filtered dust bins you might only need to empty the bin every couple months. Now we're on to something convenient, having to empty tiny bin's on robots defeats the purpose of programming them to run when your not around. The other major change in today's newest robot vacuums is they are getting more quite and more smart. One of the first robots I got "wandered" around randomly, not ideal if you want to get all the floor area. Since then one of the features I look for is decent room mapping. This is a very important feature. This Samsung uses something called Lidar, which is a laser that can measure distance (something I've worked with it before in my profession). So like I said I live in a split level house, one set of stairs that separates my kitchen, dining, living room from my family room, guest bed/bath and laundry. All other bedrooms and baths are upstairs (no robots available today can negociate stairs). Maybe when the learn to fly like a drone this will become possible (seems unlikely given what they weigh). The other big change is robot vacuums is they keep getting more quite, and they are getting longer battery life. The first one lasted about 30m, the new ones last 60-90m. Also the wheels have improved, they climb up and down rugs with ease. I call this Samsung "Whisker", because it only has a spinning brush on one side, I have an earlier version I call "Whiskers" because it has 2 spinning brushes. Since I've watched this one move around, I don't think it matters, as this one turns and moves into corners to put it's whisker to greater use. When you first use this robot, you have to determine it you want it to map your room(s) first, or clean and map at the same time. I tried both methods, and I think it moves more efficiently if it has a map to begin with. The map that it builds seems to be accurate within about 2". Once it has mapped out a room, it then negotiates around the boundaries of the room. This ends up being close to the way it will clean, except if you block it from entering a room it will, skip to another room and try to finish room by room, kind of like you might. It does a excellent job on dense pile rugs, covering every single inch. On hard floors it's not quite as efficient, but still pretty good, in kitchens the toe kick areas are fine if 4" or higher, less than that it won't get underneath. Where I had rugs in my kitchen which went under toe kicks the robot could not fit, but it did not try, so it did not get stuck (like an older robot did). It tries very hard to get under chairs, and does a pretty good job. I am quite impressed by the emptying system, it comes with and extra filter and "Whisker", the Samsung continues to improve, it get more detailed and offers better mapping options now and the ability spot clean, and the ability to draw areas on the map that you may want to exclude (a brilliant feature). One function still missing is auto Avoid Cords. You still must make sure you don't have any notebook power packs/cords on the floor. And make sure you don't have any power cords under furniture, if the robot can get there, the cord will cause problems. Seriously, take care about this. I think this is my 6th vacuum robot, and it's one of only two I'd buy again (both auto empty).

The software has gotten worse. I've been using it for a little over a year. It worked fine for the first few months, but I now have to do manual vacuum work and stopped using it. It comes to the dock almost immediately without cleaning the whole area. I picked up any obstacles every time before I started the vacuum. I've been using a Roborock for 4-5 years on the other story, and it works perfectly! I am a Samsung fan, but I gotta be honest. Please update the software so that my vacuum makes the perfect journey.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. We live in an apartment with a mix of laminate, carpet and lino flooring. Having a cat in the house means there's a bit of pet hair! The robot is really easy to setup and get going, the Smart Things app is intuitive setting things like no-go zones are a breeze. Initially while mapping I thought it would probably nose-dive down the stairs but it's been fine. The results are really good too the rotary 'fingers' being particularly good. It's scheduled for a clean just as we leave the house in the morning, there's something quite satisfying sitting at your work desk watching it do the cleaning via the app. Copes surprisingly well with changes to flooring and it's interesting to hear how it changes vacuum as floors and dirt levels change and leaves Wimbledon stripes in the rug too. I don't want to go back to a regular vacuum now! Looks cool and is really quiet

Пилосос був бажаною річчю. Плюсів, на мій погляд, більше ніж мінусів (знайшли лише 3 мінуси). З плюсів: Розмір дає вдало розташувати в квартирі; Не заважає шумом; Дуже зручно вранці включити доки збираєшся на роботу аби він прибрав; Акумулятор тримає чудово; Добре орієнтується в квартирі; Декілька днів прибирав на звичайному режимі - килим залишався не ідеально чистий, перейшли на максимум - все чудово зібрав; Набагато легше стало по обовʼязкам вдома, адже мінус місія тягати пилосос; В будь яким момент, навіть коли не вдома можна навести порядок на підлозі. З мінусів: Може рухати малопомытні речі (у нас собака, поїлка якої стоїть на підлозі - робот постійно розливає воду якщо не прибрати поїлку); Буває таке що заїжджає в незручні місця, і не може виїхати; Останній, і на мою думку найбільш важливий мінус: немає підтримки української мови в озвучці робота! Україна є одним з найбільших та дуже важливим ринком для Samsung, але досі немає підтримки української. Звичайно є місця в яких робот не може повністю прибрати. Але раз на тиждень прибрати ті місця малим зручним пилососом не проблема, в той час як робот може підтримувати порядок кожен день.

no matter how many times the floor layout is retrained or the base station is moved to different locations, it consistently skips huge areas of rooms or gets lost and can't return home. it seems to find invisible walls in the middle of bare floors. sent it in for service and was told nothing was wrong. have had for almost a year now. customer service was less than helpful. also, other than having a constant service charge and maybe being slightly better at not spreading dust when you remove it, what is the point of having bags in the base station in 2022?

When the weather is bad out sometimes we get false alarms and this can patrol the house as it cleans, it is the best security guard every! On the cleaning end it’s amazing works better then any other robot vacuum I have ever used. This is the first one I have ever owned that has the cleaning bin attached and it a great feature that allows you to vacuum more between cleaning the Vacuum out. If your on the fence go for it the Samsung Bot Vacuum is amazing.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. Taking it out of the box I was impressed at how compact it was and using the QR codes on the leaflet made it fairly easy to put the waste bag and filter in. Once synced to the app I liked the fact that the robot scanned the rooms that it was going to clean and created a map of the rooms on the ground floor. A map of the rooms then comes up on the app so that you can select which rooms you would like it to clean. Amazing! We have ceramic tiles in most of our ground floor rooms which the robot could travel over successfully but I found the suction was not as powerful on a hard surface. However once it began cleaning on carpet that was a completely different story. It went around the room well and cleaned the carpets in the living room and office brilliantly which saved me a job. I have found that the robot works superbly on carpet but not as effective on hard surfaces and so would need to have two hoovers to complete my cleaning. It is a great hoover if you have carpeted floors throughout your home and I will admit would save you alot og time to do other jobs around the house. I also like the fact that you can control it from the app so can set the robot hoover to clean whenever you need it to which is great if you are expecting guests and need to do a quick spruce up clean while getting other things ready. All in all I think it is a great little cleaner on carpet and would be a great time saver if you have a fully carpeted home.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. I've never really considered owning a robotic vacuum before - both because I thought the setup might be an involved process and that I would need another vacuum to do the stairs. Well, having a decent sized home with fairly large rooms, each with either solid wood or hard vinyl installed, the JetBot changed my mind quite quickly! The room scanning with the LiDAR is superb. You can see a plan of your room appear on the Smart things app I'm seconds, and the whole of your house start to take shape before your eyes. Very impressed. I have a black labrador with sheds a good number of hairs around the house and being black against lighter coloured flooring the floor looks clean for about ten minutes after vacuuming usually. With the jet bot you can just select the room to clean from the app and hey presto, your room is clean and hair free with zero effort! You can also drag a square on your phone screen to cover an area of your home to spot clean and the JetBot obliges immediately. There are many options to tailor the cleaning process to your liking, and I especially like the self emptying process when the JetBot returns to its base. You can also control the JetBot from out and about - I tested through the Smart Things app with my phone WiFi disabled and it worked over mobile data. I was also very impressed with the JetBots ability to clean surfaces that are raised off the floor. I have freestanding speakers and kitchen stools that both have bases that are up off the floor. The JetBot lifts itself up and cleans those areas perfectly as well! I am completely convinced of the benefits of owning a robotic vacuum now - yes you'll still have to do the stairs with another vacuum, but that is all you will have to do. We will be purchasing one as we will miss it!

I also received this product at a discounted price in order to give my honest review and this is my honest review the Samsung jet bot vacuum is great. It is a lot bigger than what I initially thought which is wonderful. I like it better than the Roomba vacuum. And it is wonderful because it does not fall down the steps it actually stops. It has so many functions to it it goes from wood floors to rugs with no problem. I love the way it goes back to the cleaning station and cleans itself out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a big house or even a small one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had the chance to use and review the Samsung Jet™ Bot Vacuum (VR30T80313W/AA). Wow! I love this vacuum. It exceeded my expectations. I’ve used robotic vacuums in the past, but this is the most thorough cleaning, I’ve ever experienced. It went over and over the floor, mapping it out. There wasn’t a speck of anything left when it finished. And while there is a slight hum, it’s not very loud. It didn’t really scare the cats, just got their attention. But it thoroughly cleaned under and around all the cabinets and furniture. I’m very impressed and will continue to recommend this vacuum to everyone I meet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this vacuum is to set up and how it 'talks' to you and lets you know what it is doing. It does very well with picking up crumbs and pet hair and does not get hung up on thresholds. It is a bit tall and unable to get under some furniture that my other robotic vacuums could do. The app was also easy to set up. I deducted 2 stars because the rubber on the brush is already fraying after only one month of use. A cool feature of this vacuum is that it intuitively adjusts the suction power based on the type of flooring and amount of dirt that it senses. You can also map out your house in the app and choose areas you want it to avoid like where your pet food station is. I cannot give it more than 3 stars since it is already falling apart after only a month. It also has no problem finding its way back home to charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was looking to reduce the twice a week vacuuming to manage pet hair on my floors. the sweeping path that the samsung jet bot in not very wide. it will take longer to see the floor cleaning complete. battery life is around 90 minutes. spin brush works to move hair and larger dirt towards the roller brush. suction is substantially better. the roller brush is self-cleaning! no more cutting massive hair balls off the roller. it has exceeded expectation in hair management. i love the ability to hit the run command on my app from work. i can see this becoming a well loved and used appliance in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is amazing, the best I have utilized so far. I love the mapping feature that allows you to edit places you don't want to be bothered. It lasts for a long time, 90 minutes to be exact and the self-cleaning brush makes it easier to maintain. The suction power is great it picks up everything. The 99% filtration and the clean station had attracted me the most to buy this vacuum, and then I found out there is more such as the No-Go Zone in settings, that allow controlling where the Bot can go. It's very impressive, I am amazed at how the bot can identify what suction power to use when on the carpet or the hardwood floor. It is definitely a great buy and won't regret it at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very skeptical of bot type vacuums so prior to this I held off on getting one. This is what initial impressions I have gotten. This vacuum came in a large box. It is already mostly assembled and close to ready to go. I downloaded the app and watched the Samsung video noted on the instructions. Everything was very easy for me, a first timer with a robot vacuum. It cleaned very well on my hardwood floors and some random rugs. I like that it can be scheduled to clean and that I can see how it maps my floors online. The two best features are the Lidar and the clean station. Both make this way better than a normal bot vac. The only downside is the clean station only came with 2 bags. A few more would have been nice. I am currently in the process of moving into a new home and I will update my review once I see how this works on the tile floors in my new home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I have to say is wow! This but our past robot to a shame, it goes from hard surface to carpet effortlessly and does a fantastic job. I am the guy that does the vacuuming but I don’t always move the furniture to get the vacuum under it. This one does all of the work for me maybe better than me. We downloaded the SmartThings app and it makes it super easy to block areas where a certain red poodle likes to unstuff his toys and leaves the fluff everywhere, the vacuum actually discovered his lair. And actual did a great job getting all of it sucked up but then I had to crawl under the king bed to grab the vacuum because something was stuck in its brush. It actually got all of the fuzz but I don’t want to have to rescue it that deep. So I use the app an make a no go area. It is easy to use and I can see all of the areas that have been completed. Pretty nice feature. I like it enough to buy one for our other house. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup is easy; there is a QR code on the Vacuum that directs to videos on how to do it. The app can use more updates but overall it works well. The bot starts by mapping out the house and figuring out on how to clean. The Vacuum talks to let us know if something is needed or what it’s about to do, impressive. It scans the room to know where to vacuum and using the strips included, we got it from going near cables. The No-Go Zone is a plus do not have to worry about areas we do not want it to go to. The Vacuum cleans well on both the hardwood floors and the area rugs and when coming back home it is easy to empty the small container. Cleaning the brushes on the vacuum is also very easy, just take them off and clean. Using the Bot is much easier than vacuuming ourselves since it can do it while nobody is home. Live cleaning report is also another good feature, lets us know what is doing or what it did. We really like the Samsung smart Bot.

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ It was reasonably straightforward to set up but struggled to find it's base to start with. It couldn't vacuum under the sofa despite plenty of headroom and couldn't get into corners or around some doorframes properly. You would need a separate vacuum to clean all the areas missed. You obviously cannot use it on the stairs so it is impractical for anything other than a small flat or single room. I would not recommend for a good sized family house. It had some novel features such as the camera and self-cleaning however on that note, when we received it to test, whoever had used it previously must have cleaned the filter with water and not allowed enough time to dry it before reassembly. The machine absolutely stank of damp dog when in use and made the house smell terrible. You MUST ensure you clean and dry the filter thoroughly to avoid this! It is a very expensive novelty and would not suit the average family house.

We had tried different vacuum bots previously and most of the time major issue I face was the machine getting stuck in the furniture. The new bot is efficient enough to detect the furniture and avoided it altogether. It mapped the whole home in less than 30 minutes and it was very accurate. The bot has a voice system build into it which is amazing. The app is well made and helps me integrate with my Samsung TV and refrigerator. Out of all the cool things this could do, I liked the scheduler feature where you can schedule a time to clean a particular room. this feature allows me to take care of the cleaning when I'm not in the room/home. The cleaning is really good. One issue I see is that this vacuum needs to be constantly cleaned. This is because of the small dustbin. The mopping feature is okay. Overall this is a well-thought product and does the job necessary. I would highly recommend this vacuum to everyone who wants to have their room cleaned the smart way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time that we own a robot vacuum, I'm actually very pleased with this very well built robot vacuum from Samsung, the Jet Bot VR30T80. On the first run it'll map out the entire house and goes around the house twice, you can view it with the Samsung SmartThings app on your smart phone or tablet, it shows you where exactly the vacuum is going on the app, afterward I opened up the dustbin and notice that it picks up lots of small particles and the floor feels really clean, the only thing I am concern about is that the dustbin being too small, you might want to empty the dustbin after 3 or 4 times of use. We have a little over 1 cm height area rug and it goes up onto the thick carpet and squeeze in tight corners without any problem. The motor noise is not that loud and the Jet Bot itself is not that heavy and it has that clean look to it which I really like it. It's very easy to connect to your smart phone device, just use the Samsung SmartThing app and following the instruction and you'll be connected to the Jet Bot in no time.

The Bot+ is a general upgrade over the previous models. It has better objection and collision recognition and seems to operate quieter than my Samsung Powerbot 7065. If you are in the market for the Bot+ I highly recommend going for the one that comes with the Clean Station. The convenience of emptying out the dust bin and also minimizing dust particles is a huge plus for me. The SmartThings app has seen small improvements as well. You can get no go zones and change the patterns in which the vacuum cleans a room. You also have the ability to change how much suction you want the vacuum to use. Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase, I don't have a huge house but I never once had an issue with the battery life. I have verified that it does have 90 minutes of run time when I switch the vacuum to run in repeat mode. I recommend this to anyone in the market for a Robot/Dustbin combo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I am really impressed with this samsung jet bot vacuum. The Unboxing and Setup was very simple. In the box you will receive the Samsung Jet Bot AI+, Clean Station, 2 Dust collection bags and 2 Filters, and powercords. The Jet Bot is compatible with Samsung SmartThings app and the setup process it was so simple. As soon as I opened up the Samsung SmartThings app, it automatically detected the Jet Bot and started the installation process. The setup process took less than 2 minutes and it was ready to map my home. The first time you use the jet bot it will vacuum and will map you home, so in the future you want to use it in a specific room the jet bot will have a map already. Once it finishes its so nice how it empties into the container in the charging station. You can set up a timer or just start it manually. The height is perfect to go under couches and beds. Its height is under 4". To change the filter you push the botton to open and you slide up and remove the bag and replace with a new one. Its truly a very nice and modern vacuum. Samsung has done it one more time. Really impressed.

The Bot comes with easy-to-understand instructions and it's easy to set up, just plug the station where you want it and let the bot charge. Once fully charge the setup on the Smartthings app is easy you can proceed to map the area you want the bot to clean. The Smarttings app itself provides you with a wide range of information from the time it took to clean as well the area it covered, on the app you can also set the suction level and setup no go zones. I love the fact the bot tells you what it will do before it takes off, also that it comes back by itself to the station to emptied itself or to charge. The cleaning is wonderful keeps my carpet clean and does a great transitioning between my hardwood floors and carpeted areas both end up pretty clean afterward. The vacuuming sound is pretty low on the bot itself but, the cleaning station suction is a bit louder when suctioning the dirt from the bot into the bag on the station. Overall I love the Samsung Jet Bot+ I will definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jet Bot AI+ with Clean Station is a smart, quiet, security robot vacuum and it's simply fantastic! I've had other robot vacuums and this one by far is the most quiet and easiest to clean! The battery lasts a long time (enough for a full clean without charging from start to finish)! The self clean saves so much time and keeps the floor significantly more clean than the others I've had. The Smartthings app is where I can't give this product 5 stars. While I use Smartthings for lighting and security already, the app is VERY clunky when it comes to operating this robot vacuum....so much so that it's truly difficult to access the AMAZING security aspects of the Jet Bot AI+. Did I mention that you can use this vacuum to manually and automatically view your house when you aren't home?! If it were easy to do, I would have mentioned it earlier. Instead you have to dig into the vacuum settings and click the camera icon to even get into the scheduling menu. If the app were easier to use for scheduling and security, I'd give this product 5 stars for sure. Regardless, this is a great product with awesome potential!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was blown away when I saw the Samsung jet bot in action.When I took it out of the box, I was very impressed with how attractive it was. I plugged in the cleaning station and charged the jet bot for about two hours, turned it on, and was able to set it up with my SmartThings app without any issues. It began to map and clean my floors, and wow, it’s so powerful and quiet, and the navigation is so precise in cleaning every corner. The sensors work great. It can sense everything that’s around it. The transition from hard wood floors to area rugs works flawlessly. The intelligent power control is incredible. When the vacuum senses the area rug, the suction power would increase then decrease when on the wood floor, I didn’t need to set the power on high. It works great on smart power. I love that you don’t need to get your hands dirty when emptying the bag in the cleaning station. You just remove the bag when it’s full and replace it with a new one, and you're done. The station will let you know when it’s time to empty the bag. The dustbin and filter are washable and easy to remove for cleaning.My floors have never been so clean. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone that wants their floors clean without the hassle.

I also run a family owned business on the side, so every bit of help that I can get with cleaning makes a huge difference. I am absolutely in love with this jet bot vacuum with the self cleaning station. It literally does everything for me. The vacuum works with the smartthings app for ease of use. The app allows you to track the cleaning cycle, process, and it keeps you up-to-date with everything that you may need to know about your vacuum. I set it on an automatic schedule to vacuum my house daily, and once complete it returns to the clean station to empty itself and recharge. The battery life last well, and if it does get low while it’s cleaning, it returns itself to the charging station and will go back to cleaning after fully charged. This vacuum really does take care of itself. It does a wonderful job cleaning all of the wood flooring in my home, even the corners. It has great section strength and completes a thorough cleaning. It effectively gets every nook and cranny. We have two dogs, so the fact that we can walk on the floor barefoot after it is done vacuuming and not feel any hair or dirt is amazing. I highly recommend the jet pot vacuum cleaner. You will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung bot vacuum has officially been named Nigel. He is our butler who cleans our floors nightly. We have about 500 square feet of LVP and 3 small dogs. Nigel is deployed and vacuums the entire downstairs in about an hour. We love how he gets under the table and chairs, coffee table and easily navigates other furniture. The self emptying bin is amazing and is often full of dog hair that is easily sucked into the bag and we just have to throw it out. It's pretty neat the way maps out the cleaning area so you can see where it cleaned. It's not too large and is pretty inconspicuous in our living room. Why didn't we get one sooner!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jet Bot Robot Vacuum from Samsung is so cool and intelligent. Right out of the box it looks elegant and of high quality. There is a video by scanning the QR code on it that shows what to do, you can also read the instructions but I like the visual instructions instead. It shows you also how to look for the app and how to sync it. The Jet Bot utilizes the Wi-Fi to connect and this enables communication to me even if I am not in or around the house. The app can use more options or easier to control but it does the job well, it enables where to clean and when to clean, we like this because we do not need to be home for it to work. No more loud vacuuming when at home, it can do it when nobody is home. We have both hardwood floor and area rugs and it cleans both. And the No Go Zone is convenient since we do not want it to clean the area where the cables are, so it does not. The LIDAR sensors also help it to get around and it does well. The Jet Bot talks, so it sounds cool when it lets you know what it is doing or what it needs like the filter needs to be changed. I wished I had this for some time, saved us time to clean the floors. The reservoir is easy to take out and clean and I am glad it picks up almost everything just like a regular vacuum, it has picked up the dogs hair that is very small and gets all over the place. We are enjoying it. every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the jet bot came in a decent sized box and was well packed. set-up was extremely easy and the app was easily understandable. the presentation is great and it even comes with an extra brush. i am impressed by the smart things app. if i want my bot to start cleaning at night, i can control it from my phone and it goes over porcelain tile floors with no problem. if something gets stuck in the roller brush or the bin is full, then the bot advises you with an auditory message. two dogs equals constant shedding and this vacuum really lightens the load. i am overly impressed by the maneuvering capabilities of the jet bot. it is very thorough and moves very smoothly. i believe the lidar feature really makes a difference for mapping purposes.

I have tried a couple of bot vacuums in the past, but they weren't worth the money spent. I read a lot about this vacuum, and an opportunity came up to get one. does not disappoint! It is extremely quiet, and unless you see it go by, you could almost forget it is running. the set up was easy, and the app is user friendly. The technology behind the mapping ability is very streamlined- it feels like a set it and forget it aspect. If the battery gets low during its cycle, it hooks up at the station, and then goes back to finish the job! It has a self-cleaning brush, and even empties itself. Talk about wonderful! Jetsons anyone?

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. I'd never considered a robot vacuum cleaner before, not having a very big house and not being too fussy about a bit of mess on the floor. This Samsung Jet Bot has definitely changed my mind, easy to set up, does a very good job of cleaning and with loads of extra features. Basic use is easy, plug it in, press 'go' on the vacuum and it'll do it's stuff until it needs to recharge, it's full, or you press the stop button when it will redock. Using the Samsung Smart Things app though opens up a lot of new possibilities, room learn for a quicker and more consistent clean, motion sensing camera, live video feed of the vacuum cleaning, partial clean if the Bot works out you've 2 rooms etc. Cleaning is quieter than our normal Henry and it appears to do a better job. The Bot will find it's way into every gap it can physically go in. Dust etc. is stored in the Bot until it docks when it's transferred to an easily removable bag. There are some negatives. The base station has to sit in the room to be cleaned and unless you want the Bot to relearn the room every time it can't be moved. It's not overly obtrusive but you can't hide it under the stairs. Also, unless I'm missing something, you can't split 1 room up into smaller areas via the Smart Things if for example you just wanted to clean under a particularly messy child. Overall I'm very pleased it and will definitely be considering a purchase.

It's sleek, hugging corners, cabinets, walls and couches. It didn't seem like it was going to clean everything, but it didn't miss an inch. It is very thorough. I went over the floor again with a broom to see if it missed anything and it didn't miss a thing. It isn't very loud, so you could still have a conversation or watch tv while it's running. I really like this vacuum and looking forward to seeing all it can do. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is very powerful! It cleans wonderfully! I have a beagle/healer who sheds constantly and now you wouldn't know it! I use the Smart things wizzard by Samsung and I get a report after each cleaning. I have my Vacuum set to clean until the battery gets low. It is able to thoroughly clean the house and the run time is averaging 1 hour and 20 minutes. I clean the dust bin before each use because each time it fills it up. It picks up fine dust, fur and pet dander along with everything else. I am amazed with the object recognition. It doesn't bump into walls or furniture but gets everything under and around the furniture! I have my vacuum set to do the edges last and it gets right up to the edges of the baseboards without running into them. The other day I had errands to run, so I cleaned the house and started the vacuum before we left. It was so nice to come home to clean floors. We have tile in the common areas with entry rugs and carpeted bedrooms. This vacuum senses the different floor areas and has no trouble going from tile to carpet and back to tile. Each time I get a cleaning report in the Smart things app. Even if I'm not home when the vacuum is finished I get a cleaning report on my phone. It automatically returns to the charging station when the battery gets low and sets itself on the charger so it will be ready for the next time. It's so nice to have something that cleans on its own, while I do other chores and errands. What a Time saver. The Smart things app even alerts me when maintenance is needed. Setting up was so easy because the vacuum actually talks to you and guides you through the process! My honest opinion is it's a great product that I cannot live without! This is my first time owning a robotic vacuum but I have seen others in action that weren't made by Samsung and I can tell you the Samsung product does a far superior job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there is nothing more precious than time. i now have my time back with the samsung jet bot vacuum. i set it up to run once a week to pick up the dust around the apartment and it's wonderful. this jet boy is very quiet compared to my old vacuum. i vaccumed at 1130pm the other night and other than a low hum, it was barely noticeable. my apartment is partially carpeted and the jet bot easily goes from my bare wooden floors to my rugs with no problem i really appreciate the simplicity of being able to take out the filter and rollers in case something gets tangled - it takes just a few seconds to pop out the roller to untangle what ever is in there. i am super thrilled to put the jet bot to great use and to be able to take this chore off my list forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Samsung Jet Bot+ robot vacuum for about a month now and it has freed up so much of my time. I have an Australian Shepherd that constantly sheds his undercoat. If I go 3 days without vacuuming, I would have little tumbleweeds of his fur rolling around the house. This robot vacuum has eliminated my need to do touch up vacuuming sessions. Now I set the robot to vacuum whenever I'm not home, and I come home to clean floors each and every time. The set up was very straight forward. I downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app and scanned the QR code on the robot. Five minutes later, the little guy was scanning my house with its LIDAR and creating a map of my home. I then divided up the floor plan to "rooms" that can be set to be cleaned at different times, and plotted restricted zones that the robot should not clean - like where my dog's water bowl is, and where there are wires that can be easily tangled. Once everything was all set up, I can control the vacuum from my phone to clean the specific rooms and areas that I want. I can also set it to do a "spot clean" which is an area that needs extra attention. The top floor of my house is about 1000 sq ft and it takes the robot about 90 minutes to finish the job. Once the vacuuming is complete, I get a notification on my phone with a report on how long the job took and the routes that the robot took to complete the job. Once the robot is full of dust and fur, it returns to the cleaning station where all the dirt is sucked up into the cleaning station. This means that I don't have to empty out the dust bin every time the robot is full. Once the cleaning station is full, I get a notification to empty out the container from the top of the station. The cleaning station also acts as a charging port for the robot and that's where it sits when it's not in action. Overall, this vacuum robot has been amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I can't wait to buy a second one for my downstairs as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the simple and sleek design of the Jet Bot AI+ and the clean station. The top of the robot looks the same as the back my white Galaxy S21 which is really cool and the the whole setup is smaller that I thought. The Jet Bot Ai+ is very quiet, at first I thought the suction power was lacking on max but the bag at the end on my first cleaning job proved otherwise and I had made sure to run my upright vacuum before it’s first run. I absolutely love the cleaning station, not having to empty out the robot like my last 2 models is amazing. I have had to change the bag once maybe 2 weeks after it arrived and it’s super easy to change just pull the bag frame toward you and lift out. A couple thoughtful design choices on the clean station I love are the cord wrap recessed in the back of the unit and the clear access port on the bottom so if you do get a clog in the station not only will you be able to see it but easily remove it as well. Runtime is great, I have about 1500 square feet of living space and it doesn’t have an issue with one pass and edge cleaning on a full charge. From fully charged to dead (10% reserve to get back to the cleaning station) using max suction the average is 1 hour and 2 minutes total runtime. From dead (8-9% left on reserve)to fully charged it takes on average 2 hours and 15 minutes. The real superstars on the Jet Bot AI+ are the lidar sensor and the mapping. On the first clean and map run the robot did bump around a bit but in every run after it hasn’t bumped anything as far as I know. The incredibly accurate mapping, customizable room creation and no go zones really make this vacuum shine. I absolutely love that I can divide and combine rooms in the app as my home has an open layout with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. No need to set out magnet strips or virtual barriers around the rooms I don’t want it to enter, it’s as simple as selecting the rooms you do and don’t want to vacuum after room customization and it does a fantastic job at staying out of those rooms. I would definitely recommend the Jet Bot AI+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for the perfect robot vacuum for my home. When the Samsung JetBot AI+ came along I just had to try it. This is an amazing little machine. Took it out of the box set it all up and let it charge. This little robot is so sleek looking and blends with all my decor. I absolutely love the way they designed it and all the filters are easily accessible to be able to clean them or replace them. As well as taking the roller out to clean too. That is the best part for me-being able to get easy access inside the vacuum to replace parts or clean filters. While it was charging I added the vacuum to my SmartThings app (which was extremely easy). Once it was fully charged I turned it on and let it map my whole house (that was kind of fun to watch especially when it would add it to the app when it was done). It cleans our floors really well. Our 2,300 sq ft home cannot last on one charge so it has to go back to the base to charge and then when it is completely charged it will go back and continues where it left off. I love the fact that you can control it from the app and you can watch from the camera that is built into the vacuum. While it is cleaning if it comes across an object in it's way it will add a little safety cone to the map. It detects something is there and takes a picture of it and tries to identify it. Sometimes it is correct and other times it is not. I just wish there was a way we could give our feedback to what the actual item is that was in the path of the vacuum. If it is correct we mark yes, if not correct then maybe we could change it, so the vacuum could learn from us as well. I love that it talks as well. Just to let me know what it is going to do, but when I am at one end of my house and the vacuum is at the other end I can't understand it. I wish I could get a notification on my phone of what it says. Also, once the vacuum is done cleaning and goes back to the dock to empty, it actually gets very loud (sounds like those vacuums you use at the car wash). But this little JetBot vacuum is so worth it, it gives me a piece of mind that I don't have to worry about my floors anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a proud owner of the Samsung Jet™ Bot AI+ Vacuum (model # VR50T95735W/AA) for more than three weeks now and at this point I can say that this is one the best robotic vacuums Samsung has designed so far. I have been pretty impressed with this vacuum and its suction power as well as outstanding smart features. I have a number of other brands of robotic vacs and this Samsung shines! Let's start with its futuristic design, I think it looks pretty cool and definitely attracts attention of your guests. This particular model is a bit taller than you would expect so it may not fit under certain couches or furniture however that does not compare with its abilities to do a ton of things for you. I have set my home automations with SmartThings to clean certain rooms on certain days and I can always start the vacuum any time from anywhere. With its Jet Live Monitoring feature I can check on my home at any time as well and see what's going on (you can get notifications as well if it detects any motion). I would highly recommend exploring the SmartThings app that you will initially use to set up the vacuum. There are a number of cool features to play with like setting up No Go zones in certain rooms or areas, a very handy feature! I must say that its 3D Object recognition and LiDAR are amazing! Before you start cleaning, your vac will create maps for each of your rooms and I was really impressed by its precision! It detected all kinds of furniture and reported if there were any obstacles on the floor which it avoided flawlessly! It runs quietly and efficiently too. The supplied Clean Station is a must and a joy to have! When the Jet Bot is done with its job, it returns to its station to recharge and the cleaning station sucks up all the stuff into a bag which is preinstalled (there is a spare one provided as well). I like to clean my vacuum after each session and it is easy to wash the dust bin and the filters. I am really happy with this vacuum and I think it is one of the smartest and best cleaning options your house may have. I hope Samsung will continue to support and update the firmware of this vacuum and make it even better as the years go by.

When we come home, we are extremely tired and tend of procrastinate when comes time to cleaning the house. Then on the weekends it is a chore where we find spending a lot of time cleaning. We needed help with the daily cleaning. With so many robot vacuums in the market today how do you know you have made the decision? Well, when you have a brand name like Samsung and supported with technology- LiDAR you know you have made the perfect decision. To give an honest opinion for the Jet Bot+ Robot Vacuum with Clean Station I have to break it down into few categories. 1.Looks: This Samsung robot is beautifully designed. It has a washable dust bin. It also includes a charge station (more in detail below for charge station). 2.App- Samsung Smart things app is very easy to use. The first time the robot with its LiDAR technology precisely scanned the entire place. This robot is so smart- it was able to divide the various rooms within the house. The app allows you to schedule your cleaning. It was various sound modes (voice, sound effects, or no sound), different languages with volume levels and even a downtime mode. The best part is that you can choose “SPOT” mode- which allows you choose area you want to clean. It also sends you an alert when the cleaning is completed- and notifies you that it is going to go charge itself!!!! Simply amazing. 3.Cleaning-- Top notch laser mapping. Its intelligent navigation found debris that we found have never found on our own. The brush is located on the right side and – it is a self-cleaning brush. We have been using it for the past few weeks and its bristles have been successfully removing the hairs. In short there is not entanglement of loose hairs around the brushes. Suction power is perfect. We have mostly hard floor with few carpets throughout our home. When this robot would start cleaning on the carpet you can hear its suction power increase. 4.Charge station- I must state that besides the vacuum robot the next best innovation has been the robot’s ability to empty its own dustbin and charge itself. Esthetically well designed. This Samsung vacuum robot is awesome- never complains and is never tired.

I loved the LIDAR mapping in memory to speed up cleaning. The suction power of this Jet Bot is amazing. I look forward to using this vacuum in the future. I love the Samsung products for cleaning. I just realized that you can create a No/Go zone on the app and keep the vacuum out of the area. Also if there are different surface types then the Jet Bot will adjust the suction power up to 5w. The floor is clean after the Vacuum releases clean air while using a 5-layer HEPA filtration process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Jet™ Bot+ Vacuum with Clean Station VR30T85513W/AA I was so excited to receive my Samsung Jet Bot with Cleaning Station. All I wanted was to reduce the twice a week vacuuming to manage pet hair on my floors. Getting it out of the box, downloading the APP and all set up was a 5 in difficulty on a scale of 1 to 10. I mistakenly thought it would arrive ready to go but it took around 10 minutes to figure it out. Then I panicked when thought I had unattached parts. Samsung supplies you with an extra dust bag for the cleaning station, extra air filter and a sweeping brush attachment. Nice touch and appreciated. Charging did not take long and then I was ready to go. The actual sweeping path that the Samsung Jet Bot in not very wide. It will take longer to see the floor cleaning complete. Luckily the battery life is around 90 minutes. The spin brush works to move hair and larger dirt towards the roller brush. Suction is substantially better than previous robotic vacuums I’ve owned. The roller brush is self-cleaning! No more cutting massive hair balls off the roller and throwing error codes when the brush and vacuum path are completely blocked by hair. So far it has exceeded expectation in hair management. The cleaning path of the Samsung Jet Bot is a little more direct and sensible than previous robotic vacuums. It will create cleaning zones of your floor plans when it maps out the path. It is a little taller compared to other Samsung vacuum models so its ability to get under some furniture is hindered. It ran for 30 minutes before returning to the cleaning station and emptying the dirt it had collected. Once that process completed, it resumed its cleaning duties where it left off. It ran for over an hour cleaning 2 rooms before returning to the docking station to empty the dirt and recharge. I love the ability to hit the run command on my App from work and cleaning is complete when I receive notification on my phone. Its not as quiet as you would expect but balance that with better suction and its worth it. Besides, with a tap on your phone you can run it while you’re not home. The Samsung Jet Bot will clear area rugs and normal room thresholds with no problem. It transitions from hardwood floors to carpet with ease. It got stuck on a cord and sent a notice to my phone asking for assistance. Got to love that! I can see this becoming a well loved and used appliance in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum is the most technological advancement in robot cleaning. I am blown away by the amount of technology built into this unit. Lets first start off by saying that this unit is quiet. I was a little skeptical of it being so quiet, i thought the louder it would be the harder it would suck. My older Samsung Jetbot is loud like an airplane. But boy was I surprised when I opened the dust bin to see how much dust, dirt and dog hair was in it on the first clean. One of the best and probably most overlooked features is the "Self Cleaning Brush" The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum has three "blades" across the opening where the brush rotates. This cuts the long hair, (fro my wife and daughters) and the dogs hair that gets sucked up into the vacuum. No more untangling and cutting hair off of the brush everytime I use the unit. The Smart features of the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum and second to none. Upon inital set up, you have to "Map" your house. The older Jet bot, literally took about 2 hours to "Map" my whole house by driving every square foot of the house. But with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum, the unit drove to the middle of each room and used the Lidar detector to map out the house. It was amazing to see my house being digitally mapped on my phone in real time, even showing the couches, entertainment centers, tables and ottomans. Also, to top it all off, it only took about 20 Mins! One of my favorite "Smart Features" is the object detection and avoidance. The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum is intelligent. I threw, shoes, shocks, and phone chargers on the ground to see if it would avoid them. It indeed did, and did it flawlessly. Even speaking to me letting me know that it was "Avoiding and obstacle". On top of that, on the app it shows you the obstacle it avoided on the map and tells you exactly what they were. . . . .sock, electrical cable, etc. But then it will ask you if you removed the obstacle and it will go back and clean the location! All in all, I've had this unit for about 3 weeks now and I have still yet to empty the "Self Cleaning Station". . . .Mind you I run the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum at least once a day. The self cleaning is a game changer for sure. All in all, if you are looking for the most top of the line robot vacuum, the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum is the unit for you. It will be hard for Samsung or any other manufacturer to top this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this vacuum robot , his name will be roddy the robot and I will refer to my vacuum as he lol. We have a Rosie in another part of the house . Exciting to compare. Upon opening I really liked the sleek design. It was very easy to set up and the app recognized it right away. I placed it into a bedroom on the upper floor and started it up. Super easy , I had placed the magnetic tape by the stairs but it didn’t seem to want to read the magnet. I will continue learning about the tape. He took off right away and said he was going to map out the area. He did not go off of the steps (I was there to catch him) but he got a little hung up on the edge. Like I said he’s learning he did better the 2nd time. It is the perfect height for going under the furniture, he did ask for help under the king size bed. It repeats until you help it. It asked me to remove items from its brush, so I got under the bed and discovered the place my 3 yr old poodle likes to gut his toys. White fluff everywhere…. It was just a little tangled in the outer brush , the roller brush seems to be self cleaning which is awesome. It was easy to fix and I gathered the fluff and let him finish. I used it again today and it remember the places it had issues and it stayed away which I am happy about because the electric cords for the power bed are deep under and this time it was like it was being careful right there. Today when I started him up he said I ham going to do the edges and baseboard first then zigzag . This dust bin was very easy to empty and I was very surprised at how much dirt and dust was in there! I’m sure Finn the dog had something do do with that, and he gets pretty worried about the vacuum going to his hiding place. I can really hear the suction on this vacuum more so than my other robot. I’m looking forward to setting it up and trying it on the other floors in the house it really goes from wood to carpet with ease and the brush is really making good contact with the carpet. Really looks like it’s freshly vacuumed. So far I am very pleased with its performance and ease of use , I vacuum at least 1x a week with the big vacuum but not under the bed. With all of the dirt from 2 runs around I may just let him do more of the work. The battery really lasts a long time too. I have a few houses I am working on and I will be recommending this guy for sure. I haven’t experimented with the camera function yet I will report on that later.

My family had the privilege to test out the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ in our home and I can honestly say that this is by far the best robot vacuum cleaner we have ever had. So, let’s go over some of the features, Pros and Cons of the new Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Unboxing and Setup: So, in the box you will receive the Samsung Jet Bot AI+, Clean Station, 2 Dust collection bags and 2 Filters, along with the wires needed to set everything for operation. The setup process for the Jet Bot was super simple. Like most Samsung products they all work together in the smart things app and the Jet Bot is no different. As soon as I opened up the Samsung SmartThings app, it automatically detected the Jet Bot and started the installation process. The setup process took less than 2 minutes and it was ready to map my home. Mapping using Lidar and 3D Sensors: The Jet Bot uses Lidar and 3D sensors to map and navigate around the house. The Jet Bot did an amazing job mapping the house in just under 10 minutes and that is unheard of. It usually takes other robot vacuum cleaners a full run to map everything before they are ready to get to work, but not Jet Bot. once it was done mapping it started to clean our home and did an amazing job at that. Cleaning, Suction and Clean Station: The Jet Bot offers three different cleaning modes along with three suction modes. The first is it cleans the entire area first, and finishes with the walls, capturing debris trapped in corners and edges. The second cleaning mode is the opposite of the first, it cleans around the walls first and then does the entire area for everyday cleaning and lastly, it moves around the entire area including the walls in a zigzag pattern for a quick clean. As far as suction goes, you have normal, automatic and max suction. I prefer the max suction, because it does a better job picking everything up, I don’t mind that it needs to recharge and comeback to finish the job. The Samsung Jet Bot clean station is an amazing accessory to the Jet Bot. Once your Jet Bot is done cleaning your home, it returns to recharge and empty out its dust bin at the clean station. The powerful suction from the clean station pulls out all of the dust and debris from the jet bot into its dust collection bin capturing 99.99 percent of micro dust

It does a great job mapping the landscape but does even a better job of not getting stuck. When its cleaning, it does a very good job cleaning around. I find that If I run this on a schedule and do spot cleaning when needed, I rarely have to clean the entire house. Overall I am very pleased with the suction power and how well it performs on hard surfaces and various types of carpet;.

I had the privilege to test out the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ in my home and I can honestly say that this is by far the best robot vacuum cleaner that Samsung has created. So, let’s go over some of the features, Pros and Cons of the new Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Unboxing and Setup: So, in the box you will receive the Samsung Jet Bot AI+, Clean Station, 2 Dust collection bags and 2 Filters, along with the wires needed to set everything for operation. The Jet Bot works with the Samsung SmartThings app and the setup process could not get any simpler. As soon as I opened up the Samsung SmartThings app, it automatically detected the Jet Bot and started the installation process. The setup process took less than 2 minutes and it was ready to map my home. The Jet Bot will talk to through the setup process and speak to you when it needs anything done, instead of just beeping and you trying to figure out what those beeps mean. There are also multiple language selection options if you need. Mapping and Navigating using Lidar and 3D Sensors: Before any smart robot vacuum cleaner is truly ready to use, it needs to map out your home or the area that it will be cleaning, and usually mapping process takes anywhere from and hour to sometimes multiple runs for the vacuum to learn the space. Well, that was not the case with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+. The Jet Bot in my case, took literally about 10 minutes to map out my entire first floor and it was ready to get cleaning. Samsung Jet Bot AI+ uses Lidar Sensors, 3D Sensors and cameras to map and navigate your home. To map my home, the Jet Bot did its initial run around my house and while doing so, it used it Lidar and 3D sensors to map out the walls and the furniture in the area and this whole process took about 10 minutes, I was impressed. So, this is an AI or Artificial intelligence learning robot vacuum cleaner, meaning the more it works the more it learns about places, objects and furniture in your home. In my home for example, the Jet Bot was able to pick up my appliances, TV, and the furniture on its own. After the mapping is complete, you can add, delete, change or even add No-Go areas for the robot in the Samsung SmartThings app. This robot does such a great job avoiding obstacles that I have not had to get involved in its operations. Cleaning, Suction and Clean Station: The Jet Bot offers three different cleaning modes. The first is it cleans the entire area first, and finishes with the walls, capturing debris trapped in corners and edges. The second cleaning mode is the opposite of the first, it cleans around the walls first and then does the entire area for everyday cleaning and lastly, it moves around the entire area including the walls in a zigzag pattern for a quick clean. The Jet Bot also offers three different suction modes. You have your normal mode, where the robot cleans with low suction to minimize energy consumption to clean the entire area without needing to go to recharge. The smart suction option, cleans with normal suction power until it gets to a carpeted area or until it detects large amount of dust is when it switches to max suction. Lastly, as you may have guessed, then there is a max suction option. This is where it uses its maximum suction power to clean the entire area, but due to it using its maximum suction it needs to recharge in between cleanings. The Samsung Jet Bot clean station is an amazing accessory to the Jet Bot. Once your Jet Bot is done cleaning your home, it returns to recharge and empty out its dust bin at the clean station. The powerful suction from the clean station pulls out all of the dust and debris from the jet bot into its dust collection bin capturing 99.99 percent of micro dust. The dust bags are large enough to capture almost two months of debris. I have been using my vacuum for a month now and it still has plenty room left in it. Even on maximum suction the Samsung Jet Bot is a lot quieter than its competition and does an amazing job cleaning everything up. Roving Security Camera: This is my personal favorite feature of the Jet Bot. like I had mentioned earlier; the Jet Bot also serves as a roving security camera. The Jet bot has camera built-in that is uses for navigation but can also be used for keeping an eye on your pets or just as a home monitor when your away. So, in the Samsung SmartThings app, you can actually setup a home monitoring schedule to monitor your home or certain areas of your home and how frequently you would like the robot to make those runs. The Jet Bot can also be controlled manually to any area of the floor you would to check up on. The Jet bot can also notify you when it detects motion and also show you a video of what it detected. PROs- Suction – It does a great job picking up everyday dust and debris. (I prefer the maximum suction mode) Cleaning – Does a great job cleaning wall to wall, making sure all the area is covered. Navigating – Does a great job avoiding obstacles and getting stuck places compared to my other robot vacuum cleaner. Roving Security Camera Run-Time – So the run time on robot vacuum cleaner varies on how much an area it has to clean and how much suction power is being used. Since I have mine setup on maximum suction, it does about 75% of the entire area before returning to recharge. Self-Cleaning Brush Head Mapping time Large capacity dust collection bags Excellent obstacle avoidance CONs – Clean station noise – Even though the clean station does an amazing job getting all the debris and dust of the Jet Bot, it is a bit loud. Recharge and Go – So, like other robot vacuum cleaner, when the vacuum runs out of a charge it goes back and charges itself enough to finish cleaning and then returns to fully charge to minimize the cleaning time, the Samsung Jet Bot, once it starts running low on battery in between cleanings, it returns to the charging station to fully recharge before going back out again, taking much longer to finish the job. Unable to Clean under furniture – So personally this was not a big issue, but the due to its size, the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ is unable to get underneath certain furniture, which may be a turn off for some. Overall, I have been using the Jet Bot AI+ in my home for a month now and I have say this is probably the most hands off robot vacuum cleaner yet, it hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere like my other robot vacuum cleaner, its able to tell me what it needs instead of just beeping, and the cleaning station just cleans everything out the robot vacuum so you don’t need to empty out the bin every day. By far this is the best robot vacuum cleaner I have owned and this is what the future of robot vacuum cleaners should be.

Ive written another review of this where the cliff sensor was not working every time it went over a certain black and white carpet which made it literally inoperable as it would just stop every night. This carpet is under our kitchen table. They just told me to clean the sensor which i did but that didnt stop the issue. Fast forward another 2 months - my LIDAR sensor stopped working. It is simply sitting in the corner as a heavy, expensive paperweight now. Thankfully it is still under warranty (i only bought it in feb, so 8 months ago) so lets see how the warranty process goes. Funny part is most of the 5 star reviews I have read say - incentivized review. Wonder why!

I had to wait for full charge. It stared up right after and I was amazed. It set a floor plan and worked around furniture. The cleaning is precise. It moves slowly and picks up all particles. I did have issues with it docking properly on several occasions. Overall I thinks this is another great product from Samsung.

He goes over everything and even has the vacuum lines on the rug. I do not care for the fact that it runs over everything including my feet. It will also push things that are bigger. I added the no zones and it stays away from the areas I need it to but I can not make the no zones as small as I need. I also have some issues with the app. I love that Sam tells me when it needs something like cleaning the filter or the brush and it is so easy to do. I only wish it could mop for me as well. I highly recommend this vacuum because it is easy and it works!

Ineffective, Overpriced. This vacuum is really expensive and can't handle simple pet hair on hardwood floors. it just pushes it around in piles and leaves it all over my home. The filter sensor gets tripped and requires cleaning on a weekly basis. This vacuum is way more hassle than the convenience it's suppose to deliver. I previously had a 10 year old Roomba, and that ancient Roomba worked 100X better than this brand new Power Bot

The section is great and the power that the vacuum has is unmatched. However, there are times that it has trouble getting back into the clean station itself to empty the bin. It has had so much trouble to the point that it is actually left marks on the floor from continuously going back-and-forth trying to get it self up onto the clean station. Other than that one small issue, I highly recommend the Jet Bot Vacuum. It is very nice to be able to schedule a cleaning even when you’re not home, and then come home to a floor that has been well cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned 2 robotic vacuums prior to this one so I have a benchmark to compare. I do love how this one maps out your house and 'talks' to you to let you know what it is going to do next. It handles thresholds well--better than my other two. Where it falls short is it still only makes it back to its charging station about 75% of the time and it gets very hung up on the edges of small area rugs. It also is loud and clunky and sounds like it's on a terror. It does pick up cat hair very well and it is always so satisfying to empty the full dust bin. It is also much better at not eating cords and cables although occasionally it still does get twisted in them and pulls them out of the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to integrate another Samsung device in my house since I already have the fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV, phones, etc. But this device has given us nothing but headache. Whether you use no go zones or not, it often gets confused and focuses one area so much that it kills the battery. One day we were not home it did this and drained the battery so much that it will no longer charge. We should have to babysit a smart vacuum. The replacemnt battery cost more than the unit is worth and I guess we will have to finally add some other brand appliance to out smart home.

The problem with this vacuum is the same as the problem with my powerbot- I have rugs with black patterns on them and the cliff sensors jet on the bottom of the jet but think that the black patterns on my rug are cliffs or the top of a set of stairs. It won't clean them- It just stops. I guess I'll have to do the same thing I did with the power bot and put black tape over the cliff sensors so it cleans my rugs with the black patterns. Unfortunately this machine shows five cliff sensors. So am I gonna have to cover all five in order for it to clean my rugs Question mark the cliff sensors think that the black patterns on my rugs the top of us our cliffs our cliffs. it won't clean them It just gets to the black spot and stop and stops. I solved this issue on my power bot But by putting black tape over the cliff sensors. There are five cliff sensors on this on this jet bot so do I have to cover all of them with black tape to headed to clean my rugs and map my house 'cause it won't do either.

Bought it 2023 March, and after 18 months of usage, one of the wheel started making loud grinding noise and wheel wont move. Nothing struck in the wheel well, but makes really loud grinding noise. Contacted Samsung, Samsung said too bad out of warranty, you can create a repair ticket.

Actual robot and base are nice piece of hardware but mapping and ability to navigate house are really bad it constantly misses areas and rooms. Our house is open plan with pretty minimal furniture yet still it cant clean a room with anything more then a chair in it. This is one of the better runs! often it skips rooms all together. if you look at the attached image it missed all of room3 (despite crossing it multiple times) most of room9 , half of room 2 and big piece of room 6. there is nothing blocking or comlex about any of these areas and my old roborock managed all with ease

overall the vacuum seems to work well and is much quieter than the vac it replaced and it's nice having the automatic debris removal. not sure if it picks up as much cat hair and dirt as the previous vac though. another main issue was that the vacuum is fairly tall and it kept getting stuck under the kitchen island. it got so stuck one morning i was shocked to see that it literally tore through a small section of my thick cushioned kitchen mat- see photo. i can't believe it didn't turn off but instead chewed through the mat. i ended up having to block out the section in front of the island on the map so that it wouldn't get stuck there any more. pretty expensive mishap on top of the cost of the vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy/girl is amazing. Does a fantastic job on our tile floors and carpet as well. Hits all the open spots and smaller spots it can fit in. Also great at going under furniture like chairs and tables. Does not hit anything, it is very smart, great area awareness. One you set up the map, you can select and deselect rooms if you only want it to clean certain areas. We have two dogs and a cat, this picks up pet hair wonderfully. So far no clogs or issues after several runs. You can actually hear the suction change according to how much debris is in that area, ours is usually right inside the back door, track in more from the back yard. It does let you know if it has run into a problem and what it is through your phone and speaks to you. Easy to empty and replace filter. I have not noticed any odors coming from it when it is running. With my traditional vacuum we could always smell "pet" odors coming from it when running. Fun and intuitive to set up and let it build the floor map. I just cannot say enough good this about this vacuum.

i got the jetbot + with clean station. it took me 3 hours to connect to smart things with a rep on call as the bot was not registering. after connecting to smartthings, i started a home layout and clean, it was not able to map everything and later during cleaning , i kept getting notifications that the vaccum was not able to move freely (we have tiled floor) and no obstructions and clean wheels. the bot also kep hitting to the wall in a loop and was not moving even though there were no obstacles. again its not able to climb onto the clean station and tries in a loop. there are no clear troubleshooting to fix this on samsung manual or forums.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't really use a vacuum a lot but the new Samsung Jet™ Bot+ Vacuum with Clean Station has really come in handy. My wife absolutely loves it and swears everyone needs one. I like using this when I make a mess that I need to clean up asap with minimal effort this vacuum is pretty good at cleaning things up and even vacuuming larger rooms. It may not get everything but for its tiny size it cleans a nice amount. The greatest feature has to be the cleaning station since our other bot did not come with that option. I really like the upgraded features and prefer the white color on this unit so it doesn't show dust as much. The cleaning station is great and is definitely the best feature. When the vacuum returns to its base its sucks everything up into the cleaning station that has its own bag that can be emptied easily. Samsung really did great with this vacuum although suction could be improved. The smart things app disconnects from the vacuum often and doesn't have the option to control the vacuum yourself anymore which I don't care for but overall I like the vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this vacuum is awesome! We have been using the Samsung Jetbot AI+ for a little over a month now and I'm super impressed. We have owned a couple robot vacuums before we purchased this one and I can say without a doubt the Jetbot Ai+ is the smartest I've seen. The robot itself is beautiful and the clean station looks great as well, a very premium look and feel. The suction power is great and very quiet at max setting. The brush roll does an awesome job at grabbing nearly everything in it's path and is also very easy to remove and clean. The clean station is very convenient and changing the bag and filter couldn't be any easier. The mapping and app controls are my favorite. The Jetbot AI+ mapping is incredibly accurate which makes editing the map for no go zones very easy! The camera feature is really cool, though I don't really have a use for it I can certainly see how others will. Overall I would say Samsung hit a home run with the Jetbot AI+, with great build quality, a lidar sensor, incredibly accurate mapping, a clean station and some cool app features I can't think of much else to ask for.

Then once I ran it the first time I noticed what a great job it did on my carpets in comparison to my previous robot vacuum. Setup everything through the SmartThings app and sent it on its way. It mapped everything out on its own and then emptied itself into the container. I’m never going to have to vacuum again. Can’t stress how much easier this will make anyone’s life if they get this vacuum. And the quality speaks for itself once you see it work in person. To give you another comparison the suction on my New Samsung is way better than my Dyson vacuum. I can’t stress enough that this vacuum is a game changer. I’m only using this vacuum going forward.

I purchased this product April 24, 2022. I just had to send it in for its second repair. The first time I sent it in, there was an error saying the filter was clogged. That repair was covered under warranty. This time I sent the product in because there was a LiDAR issue. This repair cost 225.00 plus the cost of the shipping materials. I purchased this product because I figured you get what you pay for, but not in this case. I had my iRobot for 6 years and never had an issue. This expensive product, works excellent when it’s fully operational, but having to send it in for repair twice already in just over a year is disappointing to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum about 2 months ago, and it has been amazing at cleaning my apartment. A once a day vacuuming schedule is pretty good at keeping on top of my dog's shedding. It's able to traverse my apartment and avoids certain obstacles that would jam my other robot vacuums. It has an RC mode for manual controls (great for snooping around the house while outside). It also has a Find My Pet feature for the robot vacuum to wander around the house until the camera catches sight of the dog. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit tall and cannot vacuum under a couple of my furniture pieces, but even then, it's not much of an issue.

The book is not sleek compared to the other ones that I used. The bot started mapping the whole floor and provided me a notification on the phone once done. The mapping was detailed and was able to identify the stuff that was obstructing it(Like chairs and center table). I invited my friend's pet to see how a good jet bot can clean pet hair. It was the best in cleaning the floor. It outperformed all my previous bots. frankly, I didn't get a chance to test out the mopping feature but I hardly mop on my floor. The smart things app was well made and registering the device was simple. The bot has voice commands and was following my instructions clearly. After the cleaning it announces that it is automatically heading back to charging station and that is a cool feature. It has many sensors on it that can tell if I'm picking up the device or moving it. Overall it is a very good device and worth the money spent. The only improvement I can observe is the trash bin is very small and needs to be changed every couple of times a week. A bigger trash bin would make the cleaning task simpler.

As, it moves into the rooms with carpet it has no issues making the transition between the two. The suction power stays consistent no matter what surface it is cleaning. I love the convenience of running the vacuum right from the app on my phone. I However had a very difficult time connecting the Jet Bot to the app. I am not sure if it was because I was replacing an existing vacuum or another issue. I finally did get it to work properly it mapped out my home. Everything can be done with the app. I can schedule my cleaning, set the mode of the vacuum, I can clean certain areas. Change the suction power of the Samsung Jet Bot. Max; Cleaning power with maximum suction power , Smart; Cleans with normal suction power, but when carpet or a large amount of dust is detected, it will clean with maximum suction power, and Normal; cleans with low suction power minimizing energy consumption. There are times that the bot does not make it back to the charger before it runs out of battery, but for the most part it makes it back. The bot is quite compared to my stick vacuum and stand up models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I am pretty impressed with the Samsung Jet™ Bot AI+ Vacuum with Clean Station VR50T95735W/AA. It is well designed and is very intuitive when it cleans. It comes with a Clean Station which is a huge plus as well. SmartThings app is a great asset to the cleaning process as it adds so much more functionality to the vacuuming process. You will also need the app to set up this smart robotic vacuum. When you first start the vacuum, you are prompted to have it map your entire house and it does it amazingly accurate thanks to its LiDAR. You get to edit the map and name the rooms to your liking as well as set up No Go zones (where you don't want your robot to go cleaning). I like quality of its 3D camera, as you can literally view the cleaning process as it goes around. There is also a Home Guard function so you can check up on your pets and family when you are away. Now the cleaning is very quiet and it picks up stuff very well. The battery life is excellent too and if it runs out of juice it returns to its station recharges and gets back to work. Simply amazing! I am very glad we purchased this vacuum and even though it is a bit pricey, wait for a deal and get yourself one when you can, as Samsung Jet™ Bot AI+ Vacuum with Clean Station is absolutely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of owning the Jet Bot AI Vacuum, we have really come to rely on it for weekly cleaning. The app that comes with the device is very easy to understand and use. For the first use, the vacuum maps out all of the area it can (for us this was the 2nd floor). The app will try to label "rooms", but you can divide the rooms further, or group rooms together (such as a bedroom and a bathroom to make a suite). Then, with future use, you can select which rooms you want the vacuum to clean. For us, vacuum day is Tuesday. Start with the kids rooms, then a quick charge and emptying of the bag and it's off to the office, main bedroom and hallway. Yes, it would be "faster" to vacuum ourselves, but it's so nice to be able to set it and forget it. Plus, with the clean station, we don't have to worry about it filling up and needing to be emptied (like our previous vacuum). If the battery is low, or the bag is getting full, the vacuum takes itself to the station, empties/charges, then gets back to what it was doing. We've been impressed with the suction power, and ability to both avoid kids' toys but get larger food items (like cheerios and goldfish). Overall, very happy with our Sasmung Jet Bot Vacuum! I received this product at a reduced price for my honest feedback and opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing more precious than time. I now have my time back with the Samsung Jet Bot vacuum. I set it up to run once a week to pick up the dust around the apartment and it's wonderful. Prior to getting this smart vacuum, I had to haul out the old upright corded vacuum and it took me a good 45 minutes each week to do the apartment including under the dressers and shelving. This Jet Boy is very quiet compared to my old vacuum. I vaccumed at 1130pm the other night and other than a low hum, it was barely noticeable. The vacuum comes with magnetic strips to place in areas where you don't want the vacuum to go such as near a fireplace or near a small drop/steps. My apartment is partially carpeted and the Jet Bot easily goes from my bare wooden floors to my rugs with no problem. The app is interesting and I think it can be improved upon. I had a little problem with the app finding the vacuum but once I set it up, all went well. I was able to watch the Jet Bot map oit my entire apartment systematically. I really appreciate the simplicity of being able to take out the filter and rollers in case something gets tangled - it takes just a few seconds to pop out the roller to untangle what ever is in there. I am super thrilled to put the Jet Bot to great use and to be able to take this chore off my list forever!

I also really like the features in the SmartThings app. A few issues - it gets caught on the throw rugs on top of my carpet, so the have to be moved before vacuuming. When cleaning behind doors, the bot sometimes closes the door and traps itself in a room. The battery has died away from the base station, so I have to hunt the vacuum down in order to get it to charge. Not major issues, but for the price, I would hope these get addressed in system updates.

Instead of repairing my last broken R7040, I decided to try this newer version, and I am glad I did! Here are the improvements: 1. Accurate mapping of all the rooms 2. Finds its way back to the charging base 98% of the time 3. The new brush doesn't require as much maintenance for it doesn't get hair tangled in the roller. 4. It picks up virtually everything: small hair clips, ribbons, tiny toys. I can usually separate the toys and hair clips quickly when emptying the bin. The only complaint I have is the bin could be larger.

The system of this machine and its features are simultaneously intricate while also simple for the user to set up. The bot learned and mapped my house within 2 sessions and had a successful cleaning session more than 90 percent of the time. It's small but so efficient that I was surprised when it came to cleaning out the dirt bin. It managed to pick up so much dirt that I wasn't even aware that was present. This is and has become one of the best tools for my household when it comes to cleaning.

Well, with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ you won't have to worry about those items being sucked up into the vacuum and getting stuck. Samsung has worked with Intel to provide a programing algorithm to avoid these obstacles while cleaning. It will also notify you with the smart things app that it is avoiding an obstacle. In turn, this gives you a chance to pick up the items and the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ will remember where the obstacle was and go back and clean that area once it is removed. That to me is very impressive. Also, this unit is extremely quiet. Compared to my older Samsung POWERbot, you can actually still watch TV as the unit is cleaning and not have to turn the volume up drastically. The self cleaning brush probably has to be one of my favorite features. Living with 2 dogs and my daughter we constantly have hair on the ground, witch easily clogged up my older vacuum and constantly wrapped the brush. Not with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+, it has blades built into the unit near the brush to cut them down to manageable pieces to get sucked up into the vacuum and not clog the system. I have had this unit for well over a month now and have yet to empty out the main bin. I know that his unit is pricey, but in my honest opinion it is worth every penny.

this is my first robot vacuum and after comparing and reading hundreds of reviews, samsung jet bot seemed like the best choice. and, since i had never used one before, it sat unopened for a week before i decided it was time to try it. and wow...it set up easily, it charged rather quickly, it vacuumed over half of our 2,000 square foot 1st floor before returning to recharge and then finished the job after recharging. i could not believe the thorough coverage and the fine dust it picked up on both our hardwood and carpet floors. i would definitely recommend without hesitation. it is well worth it...it is a very cost effective way to keep your floors clean!

I bought this and the s23+ together a couple of months ago. Overall the product is good but oh my God, the cliff sensor issue drives me nuts. If you have a black rug with a white design on it, this product is useless as it gives you a cliff sensor error. It thinks the robot is about to fall off a cliff and it stops working. It's pretty much useless at that point. However if I avoid that area, which is my kitchen table) it works fine. However the area I wanted this for wad the kitchen table area so it's pretty much a loss at this point.

So, not only unable to source replacement bags, now the machine's AI function has failed so it moves a metre from the base station and then stops. Followed instructions "turn off and on" and contacted the service chat. Unable to talk to a person and forced through electronic chat system. Frustrating. Samsung say they will send out an engineer. I here nothing. I contact engineer service who say that they do not fix this machine and keep returning the referral back to samsung. Argghh. Cannot contact Samsung by phone for smart things. The Samsung chat as they are too busy. Frustrating machine and frustrating support from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Samsung robot vacuum, and it was good, but required constant maintenance as we have dogs that shed a lot. Repeatedly had to empty and also clean the roller. The JET BOT AI+ is maintenance free and the redesigned roller never clogs! The AI+ empties itself when the bin is full and cleans our whole floor (@1600sqft) and multiple surfaces on one charge. Did I mention how quiet it is?? Wow! I work at home at it can be running in the background without disruption. Overall, the Jet Bot AI+ cleans great on all surfaces and collections all the dog hair (and dirt/dust) that collects along the baseboards overnight.

although this vacuum is quiet, it doesn't work as it should. for example it will not go on rugs, even low pile. it never went under my coffee table, or sofas even though there was plenty of room. the auto resume never worked. it did pretty good picking up dog hair, but the microfine filter clogged up within 30 minutes of it starting. i would have to pause the vacuum empty it and take a tooth brush the the filter. that was very annoying. after speaking with customer care and never hearing back from them i returned the vacuum. i ended up purchasing another bot vacuum different company that does everything this one was supposed to do, for a whole whole lot less.

It creates a map of where it is cleaning and the areas that must be cleaned. It is easy to be located from the phone app and it even sends a sound when it gets lost. It goes to its station if needs to recharge in the middle of a cleaning routine by itself and the. It resumes cleaning the areas needed from before. The machine works smoothly and quietly. The design is beautiful. It is way more quiet than other brands and the voice it uses is smooth and pleasant. It takes so much dirt and dust every time even after the cleaning is done. It lost a small screw and it has been really hard to find so we are currently trying to fix it. Other than that it is an amazing robot.

This robot vacuum has been a major disappointment. Instead of simplifying my cleaning routine, it's added frustration and wasted time. The core issue lies with the software, which is clearly buggy and unreliable. Mapping the floor has been a nightmare, with the device repeatedly failing in its attempts. Even when it does manage to create a map, the cleaning performance is abysmal. The vacuum frequently cuts its cleaning cycle short, declaring the job done prematurely and returning to its charging station, leaving much of the floor untouched. This erratic behavior makes it completely ineffective at actually cleaning. Frankly, my seven-year-old stick vacuum does a far superior job. Save your money and avoid this product. It's simply not worth the hassle.

This machine has the same problems that my powerbot did. There were two edge sensors on the powerbot and it and every time I tried to clean black rugs, it thought it was coming to an edge. I have rugs with black patterns on them and it looks to me like the jet bot is doing the same thing.. the problem with this machine is there are five edge sensors underneath. When I did on the power bot was cover up the edge sensors with black tape then it worked fine. so I guess I have to cover up all all five edge sensors on this jet bot with black tape or it's not gonna clean my pattern rugs and it's not going to map my house correctly.
