Guide to Navigating Samsung Members

One of the best parts of the Samsung Members app is the new, easy to navigate user interface. Consider this your road map to exploring the app. Learn what you can expect to find in each section and get the support you need.


There's tons of content to explore in Samsung Members, from articles to news stories to quick video tutorials. Open Samsung Members and touch the Explore tab. Swipe to and touch View More next to Recommended. You can sort by Trending or Browse, or use the Search icon at the top right to find content. Each category contains articles and videos to help you master your device, from navigating basic setup to finding hidden features. Learn what content each category contains below.

  • Solution: Get Answers to all your burning questions about your device. Search by topic, including Power & Battery, Ports and Connections, Connectivity, and get troubleshooting guides. After you select a troubleshooting section, touch a topic to view a troubleshooting guide. You can use these steps to get a quick fix for your device before you contact Samsung Support for help. Solution content is also available in Get Help tab.  

  • Getting Started: Get to know your new Samsung device with instructional articles. You’ll find comparisons between different devices and models and steps for enabling key features on your device.

  • Skills: Check out a series of articles or videos centered on a particular skill. Each course contains integrative content to help you master a specific feature on your device.

  • Tips: Watch short videos to get quick answers about using your device. Need a quick tutorial on adding apps to your TV? You got it!

  • Do More: Learn tricks to “do more” with your device. From diving deeper into settings and features to learning secret tricks that’ll impress your friends, this section is for more advanced device users.

  • Featured: Learn about current Samsung products and services. You’ll get a heads-up about exciting Samsung events coming to a city near you, and learn about upcoming product launches.

  • Life Hack: Get tricks that help you simplify your life with your Samsung device. After all, it’s more than just a device; it’s part of your lifestyle. Improve your everyday life with these simple hacks.

  • Community Buzz: Be social! Ask questions and share solutions with other Samsung owners in the community forums.

Explore Samsung Members


Not only do you get personalized content and live support for your device, you have a whole community of Samsung users to turn to! To get started, touch the Explore tab, and then touch View More next to Community. Here, you can swipe through a list of forum topics. Touch a topic to view the thread - if you'd like to post a reply, touch Reply, enter a message and/or image, and then touch POST.

If you’re looking for a particular answer, you can search for it using the Search icon at the top right, and sort through topics by touching the Sort icon (next to Search) and then selecting a Sort by option.

Touch the Pencil icon to post a new topic. Touch the + icon next to Board, and then select a board to post to. Next, enter a Title and Message for your post. You can also insert an image. When you're done, touch NEXT.
