Unable to turn on Eye comfort shield on Samsung phone or tablet

If your Galaxy device has the Color adjustment or Color inversion options enabled in Accessibility settings, the Eye comfort shield or Blue light filter will be unavailable. To enable these features, you will need to disable Color adjustment and Color inversion.

Turn off Color inversion.

Tap Vision enhancements, and then tap the switch next to Color inversion to turn it off if needed.

Turn off the Color filter.

From the Vision Enhancements menu, tap Color filter, and then tap the switch at the top to disable the feature if it is turned on.

 

Note: Not all Galaxy devices have Color adjustment options.

Turn off the Color adjustment settings.

Tap Back, then tap Color adjustment or Color correction, and then tap the switch to disable it. Now, Eye comfort shield will be available.
