Samsung air purifier is not working

It shouldn't be too hard to turn your Samsung air purifier on and get it running. As long as it's plugged in and the filters are installed correctly, it should run.

Samsung air purifier is not working

Check that it's plugged in.

Make sure it's plugged into a working outlet and the power cord is inserted correctly.

Make sure the rear panel is closed properly.

You should hear a ding when you open and close the rear panel. If you have trouble closing it, make sure the filters are installed correctly.

If an error code appears, power cycle the air purifier.

If any error code is on the display, unplug the air purifier, wait 30 seconds, and then plug the air purifier back in.

Request service.

If the air purifier still won't run, visit our Support Center to request service.
