Empty the dustbin.

The Jet Stick may overheat if you operate it with a full dustbin.

Turn the Jet Stick off and check for any obstructions or clogs.

Only use the Extension Crevice Tool for short periods.

The Jet Stick may overheat if the Extension Crevice Tool is used for an extended period of time.

Wait up to 30 minutes and then try the Jet Stick again.

This time may vary depending on how warm or cold the room is.
