Missing older calendar events in the Samsung Email app

If older calendar events are not appearing in the Samsung Email app, it might be due to the sync period being set to a brief duration, such as only displaying the last few days or months. To access older events, follow these steps:

Steps to view older calendar events

  1. Open the Samsung Email app.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

  3. Tap the Settings icon (it looks like a gear) in the far top right corner of the menu.

  4. Choose the account linked to your calendar under the "Accounts" section at the top of the screen.

  5. Tap Calendar sync period, and then extend the sync period to a longer duration.

    Note: The Calendar sync period feature may not be available, depending on your email provider.
  6. Tap the Back icon twice to save your changes. The app will automatically sync your calendar events.

 

After adjusting the sync period, your older calendar events should become visible.
