Check the Bluetooth settings for the headset.

Navigate to and open Settings on your phone, and then tap Connection > Bluetooth. Tap the Settings icon (the gear) next to your Sony WH-1000XM6 headset. Make sure the switches next to both the Calls and Audio options are turned on. Now, test your Sony headset. If the issue persists, try turning off the switch for LE Audio, as this may resolve the issue.

Restart your phone.

Using two fingers, swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to expand the Quick panel. Tap the Power icon, then tap Restart. Confirm by tapping Restart again. Your phone will automatically restart.

Check for software updates.

Open Settings on your phone. Tap Software update, and then tap Check for new updates. Depending on the carriers, the option may appear as Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates. A patch is expected to address this issue.
