Samsung Notes are not syncing after One UI 9 update

The file format of individual Samsung Notes has updated with the latest One UI 9 software release, and some former features are no longer supported. Notes that have those features may not be currently syncing with the newest app version. Read below for more details on unsupported features.

Samsung Notes are not syncing after One UI 9 update

Samsung Notes that contain the now unsupported features listed below cannot be synced with older versions of the app. 

  • Dotted pen
  • Masking tape feature
  • Images inside tables

 

However, a compatible sync version will be released. Make sure to keep checking for app updates so you have the newest version with all the latest features and support.
