Samsung Notes is not syncing to Microsoft OneNote

The feature for syncing Samsung Notes with Microsoft OneNote is no longer available. This isn't an issue with our app or device. Instead, you can opt to sync your Samsung Notes with Samsung Cloud. Read below for more details.

Sync with Samsung Cloud

Sync with OneNote is not available on devices with One UI 9 software. However, you can sync your notes with Samsung Cloud instead. 

 

To do this:

  1. Open the Samsung Notes app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon on the left. It looks like three horizontal lines.
  3. Tap the Settings icon in the upper corner of the newly displayed menu.
  4. At the top, tap the switch next to Sync with Samsung Cloud.
