This has to be the 100% absolute worst case produced for protecting this phone. It won't even keep the dust out! If you drop your phone in this case, go ahead and plan for a replacement phone. Never take it out of the case once you've inserted it, because the bottom left of the case is so fragile, that the chances are pretty highly that it'll break on you also. I would have rated it a 0/5 ☆, but they do not allow a truthful rating of this product. TAKE THIS CASE OFF OF YOUR SITE AND STOP SELLING THIS CHEAP INFERIOR PRODUCT TO PEOPLE! I recently bought a new Samsung S26 Ultra and ordered this case to protect it. Unfortunately, the case cracked after just 3 days of normal use. It also looks like it doesn’t fit the phone properly — the edges don’t align and it feels loose. Very disappointed with the quality and durability. I would not recommend this case.

Its a beautiful case and it futs so well. I was in LOVE with it when I received it with my new S26 Ultra but that fondness died quickly when it failed to protect my very expensive phone. I have only had my phone for about 2 months and I accidentally dropped it 2 feet on a tile floor. Not only did the case not withstand the fall, it didn't protect my phone either. I chose a Samsung product to protect my investment and I am so let down. The phone did not suffer huge damage but it's still a ding on an expensive phone.

I’m really disappointed with this S26 Ultra case. It broke within the first week of normal use. The bottom left corner near the S Pen slot snapped off without any significant drop or impact. It has a nice feel and comfortable grip. But that is it. I was disappointed with the durability. I bought the Samsung Silicone Magnet Case for my Galaxy S26 Ultra and within just a few days the silicone cracked at the bottom of the case right next to the S-Pen opening. I did not drop the phone and the case has been used normally. The crack formed in the very thin strip of silicone between the S-Pen cutout and the edge of the case. That section of the case appears to be extremely thin, and it seems to flex whenever you take the case on or off the phone. After a few days of normal use, that area split and cracked. This is disappointing because the rest of the case feels good and fits the phone well, but the material around the S-Pen opening seems like a structural weak point. For an official Samsung case at this price, I expected better durability.

I have owned 2 of these. First one, broke at the corner where the S pen goes after just 8 days of use. At first, Samsung was hesitant with replacing it because the warranty period (7 days) had passed. I did receive a replacement. Total waste of money. This is an overpriced Samsung‑branded case that couldn’t even last a month. The case cracked under normal use with no major drops, specifically around the S‑Pen opening. Like many others users have reported, the case has cracked at the S Pen section due to poor manufacturing and testing. Case looks good, has a great fit and feel in hand, but the well documented design flaw renders it useless and if normal hand holding and sitting in a pocket breaks it, a drop would be fatal. AVOID

The case feels cheaply made and breaks easy. It's a very thin silicone coating over a piece of plastic. Around the ports the plastic gets very thin and can crack/break off easily. Probably had it less than a month and broke the top section by the screen off of the hole for the SPen

I usually go with a well-known competitor's phone cases when I upgrade to a new Samsung Galaxy phone, but this time I decided to go with the official case made by Samsung & I love it. It's fits perfectly, nice & snug. And while it's thin, it feels like it will protect my phone from any drops. I also like the way it adheres to my hand when I hold it, but I don't have to fight with it while putting it in or pulling it out of my pocket. That's a huge plus. Last, but not least, I like the way it looks. I chose the black one & I've gotten a couple of compliments about it & I've only had my phone for two days. I also like that it has the Samsung logo, because when it comes to electronics, Samsung is my brand.

I've been faithful to the Otterbox commuter case for 10 years, but decided to give this one a try since it's made by the actual phone manufacturer, so it must be decent, right? Nope. I had the same issue as everyone else. The area around the s pen broke in less than 2 weeks of gentle usage. I had dropped the phone zero times up to that point. First time I actually did drop my phone, the case popped right off, defeating the purpose of the case entirely. I immediately ordered my trusty Otterbox after that happened and have had zero problems sense. This case was useless.

Bought this with my new phone. TMOBILE put the phone in the case for me. Turns out it actually blocks the pen from working properly. To test this I take the phone out of the case and the corner by the pen snaps off. If it cannot handle that how is it gonna protect the phone from a fall? Its a joke and not worth the price, even half the price would be too much. I had a s22 before with a leather flip case and it was still in one piece 4 years later. Bring the leather case with the Window back.

Just like so many others, my case broke around the area where the pen is stored. My phone has never been dropped or handled roughly. I pulled it out of my pocket and the small piece broke off in my hand. The phone also flexes out of the case occasionally and needs to be pushed back in. The case just hugs the phone ever so slightly which lets it be a thinner case, but not enough of a lip on it to keep the phone from pushing a corner our side out from time to time.

The case is okay overall. It does what it's supposed to do for the most part. I only had the case on my phone for 3 days where after a 2 foot drop, the corner of the case where the S-pen is broke. I'm also not a fan that the camera lenses on the back do not get extra protection as the ridge around the lenses are flush and do not go past the lenses. Overall it's a good starter case, but I'll definitely be looking for something with more durability.

I dropped the phone and screen protector and the case cracked so I guess it did protect the phone but it also broke really quick I've only had this for about 3 weeks and maybe one of the 4 of 5 times I've dropped my phone. So I wouldn't say it's long lasting. I'm already buying a replacement. The magnet works well and allows the phone to charge just fine.

Case looks and feels good, however it is extremely flimsy. The Case cracked at the S-Pen corner within a week, and above the charging port. the edges of the Case seem to peel away, and it attracts lint like nobody's business. However, the texture of it is really good and easy to hold, but the quality really holds it back. I'd think I would get a much better experience from a Samsung-branded product, but I guess not.

I really wanted to like it, it feels and looks nice, but it's honestly a pretty garbage case. The part of the case that's thin in-between where the screen and the pen spot is, is already cracking and breaking off after not even a week of use. And the camera part is barley, if at all, higher than the camera. So I feel like I can't set my phone down on its back or I'm going to scratch my cameras.

I actually liked the case overall but there are a number of weak points on the case that cause it to fracture, predominantly at the narrow point where the S-Pen cut-out is. I foolishly believed that buying an OEM case, for a flagship model that costs this much, it would be worth the money and have a decent build quality. It wasn't. The phone has never had a fall but the case is weak.

There should be an option for you to give it a negative rating. I had this case used it for probably 3 weeks at the most and the bottom chipped (broke completely out), just like all of these others that they've showed. It should be (replaced) taking care of by the company. They are samsung products and you pay a good price for them.They should last longer than 3 weeks.

The sleek design and the magnetic properties are the only good parts about this case. Besides that, ths durability of the case is basically a one-time drop in on that part of the case before it begins deteriorating, itll absorb the shock of the fall but only one time for that spot on tbe case (if that makes sense). I noticed my camera lens also getting nicked and scratched from just normal use - but if the case covered the phone more it would absorb the wear and tear better. It also does cover the charging port at all (which I know can be annoying to some), however it just feels very exposed. The grip and overall feels light - doesn't add bulkiness or weight to the overall phone handling. However, I've found the feel to be similar to a "naked" phone or a phone without a case. Which some may like but for me, with big hands, I've found myself pressing the screen unintentionally when typing or watching something.

Case cracked directly above S Pen slot. Looks like this is a widespread issue. Also, the case does not slide in/out of pockets easily. The material causes it to cling to the liner of the pocket making it a struggle to insert it and remove it from your pocket every single time. Save your money!

The phone case is a week old and a others have stated the case cracks easily by the pen opening. I didn't realize it until it pinched my thumb.
