It was a tad hard to navigate everything at first but now it's awesome since we figured it out. I am able to use my phone as the remote as well as the actual remote and I love that. As soon as I'm in range of the TV it pops up at the top of my phone ready to use. It's incredibly clear and the colors are great. I have played my Xbox and Switch on it and I am beyond impressed with how much better the game looks now. The only con I have is that the sound could be better. It just takes a higher number to get it louder. We will probably get a soundbar for it. Buy this TV, you will love it!!

Loaded to Smart Things App and went through set up. Easy to login to all my streaming apps . Clarity of picture is impressive. Picture quality adjusts to light level in room. Sound quality is incredible but you can add option sound bar. There are various ports to add more devices. Remote can also control your tv and additional devices. Easy to navigate to all your content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV really surprised me. I have owned Samsung TVs in the past and currently own 2. I was blown away by the picture quality. The Dual LED makes the picture quality far surpass my expectations. There are many low light scenes in movies and shows, and the TV automatically adjusts to the scene so its viewable. The AI upscaling with 4k, along with color and contrast settings made everything seem life like. The Gaming Hub was a plus. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Several HDMI ports were available giving us the ability to add a soundbar and other devices directly to the TV. I would definitely recommend this TV.

For a 75inch TV, it is surprisingly light, I was able to mount it with the help of one more person. The picture quality during day and night is really good. The sound quality is top class. I don't see a need for additional sound system. Cons: Wifi connectivity is not great. It often disconnects and takes some time to connect after turning on the TV from time to time. Also, the OS at times is sluggish. Apps will randomly crash and restart. Doesn't happen often but happens. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance for the price point.

I love it. I was looking a replacement television and was looking high quality that would not put a large dent in my wallet. After a few days of research, I purchased this one. I love it. I especially like the backlit darks. Many movies I enjoy contain dark scenes, both in doors and out. I can nearly see whats going on half the time. This television fixes that problem in most movies and shows, I can see! I would purchase again.

Purchased almost a year ago. I’ve had Sony tvs for years this was my first Samsung. It is by far the best tv I have owned. Colours are vibrant and true. Picture is clear and true. I have been very happy from day one with this television. Thanks from a elderly nan who watches a lot of television.

Never had a TV this big (previous big one was 55” screen and this one makes that one look too small now ). So, it was good to finally go big and we are so far very pleased with the picture quality and the loading screens for the interface. Still need to finish settling in the new house and redesigning the room that has this TV (and hiding the wires in the wall), but it is the perfect addition to our new home and makes the den the perfect place for friends/family to gather around and watch the game/show. Love the purchase so far!

Terrible cloudy areas and ghosting in dark scenes, disorganized software that is confusing to set up, and I'm a tech guy. Background faces are blurred and chincky like it can't render them, as faces get larger theey seem to improve in layers. My 9-year-old Sony of the same size never had this problem. It seems related to AI or smart features as it seems to blur foreground faces even if they are large. Samsung promotes this model as handling motion better and having smart AI tech to help improve motion. Yet again, it's far worse at motion blur than my old Sony TV or my 12-year-old Visio. The color is decent after a lot of tweaking, and landscame scenes look great. It's also good at upscaling old movies and TV shows.

The last year of owning Samsung TVs has been a nightmare 8k tv messed up. 2025 neo Qled Q9 85in got cloudy and they replaced the screen multiple times where they just replaced the tv as awhole switched to Oled. My Q70 2025 tv that’s barely 5 months old is now cloudy idk what’s going on but these new models have a lot of issues. The Samsung tech told me to switch to Oled. Will be calling Samsung hopefully they will just switch it out with a Oled. Been using Samsung for 20 years and never had a problem till now. Picture below 2025 Q70

Once I hooked up the television and turned it on the colors and display blew me away. Everything seemed as if it was how you would dream a TV would look if you can imagine the best TV on the market being in your home. I not only use this TV to watch movies but it also use it to play video games everything is crisp and clear and never seems to be an issue doing anything that I want to do. I always look forward to trying to find the best movie to watch to have the best experience with this TV as the colors are so vibrant and crisp. If you're looking for a new TV I highly recommend this one. Never have I had a bad TV with Samsung which is the only company I purchase from.

Great sharpness, great color. I have long used Samsung products and all have performed very well. I even have a Samsung microwave oven that I purchased in 1990 that I use daily and still functions like new 35 years later. My 65" QLED TV has excellent picture quality. It replaced a smaller Samsung TV that I have had for several years that is now in another bedroom and still has excellent functioning. I am still learning all of the features it has. Alexa at times is great, but at times I need to reword my requests. The solar remote charges quickly when plugged into a wall circuit, holds the charge, but takes a little longer to fully charge using lights only.

I've been a lover of Samsung TVs for many years but this one is my favourite! I was so surprised to find I have Samsung TV Plus. I thought it was a mistake at first and I was getting channels I wasn't entitled to. When I found out it's a perk of my new TV I was thrilled. Operating this TV is a learning curve but, once you get the hang of it, it is an amazing TV. I love the solar powered remote, the sharp picture, the excellent sound (I rarely use my surround sound system anymore), and the simple way you can calibrate the TV using your mobile phone. You won't regret purchasing one of these, it's definitely worth it.

I was very unfortunate when I brought the TV as I unpacked it and it was faulty the same day, my advice is do not throw the box away as I did and couldn’t get it back safely to be swapped out. I then had to send it away which took a period of three weeks for a new screen to be installed which was frustrating. Overall though the TV is easy to use, has great sound and picture. I may have been just unlucky but just some advice to anyone out there who gets put in the same position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised that this tv didn't weigh a ton, so set up was easy to achieve. The ouputs on the back were a little annoying, as I think it would be easier to place inputs if outputs were facing the other direction. Also, some images definitely lose the richness and you can see pixels. However, with those few hiccups, this tv has changed everything! It's really nice not having to sit like 12 inches away from a small 25 inch tv screen. We can sit 6 ft away on the couch, and not lose visual clarity of what is on tv. It's interesting, as some of the media almost makes you feel like you are in it...quite amazing! It is great that the remote also worked for operating the Amazon firestick. You will have to open a Samsung Account to utilize the full capabilities of the tv however. Overall, I would highly recommend this.

The tv has horrible light bleed. When watching at night the tv has large white lines through the whole picture. I have tried every setting to try to make it less noticeable and have had zero luck. I worked with Samsung to try to come to a solution and long story short I am stuck with the tv. I won’t be purchasing Samsung again. In my opinion for the price this is one of the worst options.

Good upgrade from our older model Samsung that ran out of space for apps and started to randomly crash and freeze. There is ample space available on this model for many many apps. Excellent picture quality and definition with colors, sound balancing can be an issue between steaming services. Only issue is that it keeps your apps open when you go back to the main menu, there is no way to close them that I can tell and this sometimes leads to lagging and mild issues switching between various apps (YouTube, Hulu, Prime, HBO) and can slow them down. Usually a forced reser holding the power button down solves it. Also love being able to use my phone as a remote with SmartThings, love such a simple thing.

Using my Alexa account and being able to speak to my TV is very cool to see work so perfect. No glitches or technical issues what's so ever. Total setup time from opening the box to installing software updates was about 20 minutes total, including switching out prior TV from the brackets. Setup was fast and simple once we powered on the TV. You can choose whether to complete it using the included remote control or the Samsung SmartThings app. If you have other devices and would like to connect them to the TV, there are several HMDI ports to plug them into. I plugged my soundbar and it was plug and play during setup. I was blown away by the picture quality. The TV comes with Dual LED, which helps keep the picture quality realistic. It automatically adjusts to the content, even making low light scenes viewable. The color and contrast were excellent as well. The AI Upscaling with 4k definitely made a difference. The Gaming Hub was excellent as well. My kids love that you didn’t need the gaming console hooked up to be able to use it, and there were plenty of games you can play. There was no lag when they tried it out. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone if you’re looking to upgrade your TV.

I got this smart TV earlier this year. We had just moved and we have a space for the larger tv with modern technology. The picture is so much more vivid than our older smart tvs. I checked out other brands but kept coming back to this one to compare along side. Feature by feature and finally I bought this one as it went on sale. Sound quality is good but I added a sound bar to enhance experience further. I am definitely happy with the combination. Explore newer features as I go. When I am looking for new tv, I will definitely check new Samsung models.

very good picture, but a pain to use! the remote is too tiny for my hands, has zero detailed how to use instructions and takes too long to figure out. I wouldn't have bought this brand if I'd known this. No instruction on how to maneuver through the home screen, get new apps, etc. Keep having to change the sound source to my soundbar as it goes back to both the tv and soundbar both as the choice which, of course echos. Not a user friendly TV in any respect. Hence, the 3 stars. Oh, and at least print what instruction you give in BLACK letter and over a size 6 font!!!! I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read the darn things. I know it is the "new look" for the grey lettering, but not all of us are 18 with perfect vision.

No complaints - Software is comparatively smoother. - Audio is really good in amplify mode Cons: - Handling Dark / night scenes while streaming ( of course not a OLED ) - Watching sports can be better performs little less than other brands. I've had it for several months and al.ost immediately it was my go to TV for watching sports and racing. I'd also like to say it's durability is outstanding. I know this due to an error with mounting. It fell from 6 feet originally and not a scratch, line, blank spot, nothing. Works just fine I was super impressed as most appliances nowadays break if a fly lands wrong on them props to Samsung on this one

I brought this product several months ago. Unfortunately, I am not a happy owner. My main complaints are: the picture quality at my residence is no where near the quality in the store; the sound quality is horrible, I feel as if I should have been warned - for the best sound buy a sound bar; and finally, with Samsung the volume can't be controlled with remotes used with other devices. Bottom line, this is my last Samsung purchase!!

It took a minute to get use to the controls, however is familiar with the basics (still learning though). It often heats up and shuts off then when I turn it on again its heavily pixelated. Great product. No issues whatsoever. Very impressive packaging. Super easy install. The image is great. Our ONE frustration is the base. It’s in the center instead of one leg on each side which makes it really hard to put a soundbar on the console without sticking out. It’s fine, but would look a lot cleaner slid under the tv. If the tv is being mounted it wouldn’t be an issue at all.

After a few days the number of channels was about 35% of what I was receiving originally. glad I did not write this review the first few days as when I had all those Samsung channels and the excellent. guide it originally had I would have given the T.V. 5 stars.

I purchsed this TV no knowing about all of the many features it has and all of the capabilities. Unfortunately, it came with no instructions on what these capabilities do and how to access them. I have tried several things and no success. If you are going toi add so many features you need to infomr the customer what these fetures do and how to access them.

Long time Samsung customer, have finally upsized our viewing experience and couldn’t be happier. Even remodeling the old corner cabinet to fit the new tv was a breeze. And just as with all electronics and vehicles today the improvements in technology happen in leaps and bounds to keep the learning curve alive and our brain refreshed. ( well some of us).

My experience with Samsung on a purchase of a Samsung TV was absolutely horrible. I purchased a samsung smart TV. And the TV did not perform as expected, I asked to return the t. V and was declined after on 10 days. I have purchased a number of samsung products online.And was absolutely surprised when I asked to return to tv because of poor performance.

I decided to go for this upgrade to try out the 120hz for gaming and it feels like such a massive difference. It almost feels like you were the one filming when watching movies with the vivid detail it displays and how well it picks up the colors.

Picture is perfect. We’re older people. You NEED to include a user manual with the TV. THIS LOOKING EVERYTHING UP ON THE INTERNET IS FOR THE YOUNG!! Closed captioning appeared and we can’t get it off no matter what we try. Showed up as cursive, but after multiple tries was able to change it to block, but still can’t remove it. Very frustrating.

The se apps can be viewed straight from the TV as well. I also have a PS5 connected to it. The picture is awesome. Anyone in the market for a 65" TV should definitely consider this one, you won't be disappointed

Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a high quality image. The sound is much louder than most as well but it pairs perfectly with my sound bar and surround sound when we are watching movies.

The features are not too wow. Sometimes they do not work like signing in or using the remote with the voice assistance. That definitely needs work as far as the commands go.

Bought this to main my PS5; unfortunately it often fails to detect the PS5 which requires a soft reset. This appears to a very common issue only to be discovered by me post purchase. Knowing such would’ve steered me away from buying another Samsung (prior TV, different model didnt last 2 yrs).

Picture is excellent but sound system leaves a lot to be desired. So I purchased a Samsung Soundbar system to enhance the sound. Unfortunately the sub woofer can not detect the blue tooth connection. So that is a disappointment. I have watched several videos to no avail.. I will keep trying.

The right size for any room, bright clear picture, excellent sound quality, easy to navigate around menu’s, remote is small and light but quick and easy to navigate the multi-functional buttons once familiar. Overall worth the purchase for Samsung quality and features.

Samsung gave me a lemon manufactured during height of COVID in 2020. Lines appeared on TV after only 3 years it takes 5-10 minutes to turn on, then the screen dies. It’s like a cathode ray tube that has to warm up then needs a rest before it functions again.

Horrible sound. Had to buy a $ound bar just to make watching this TV bearable. Acceptable picture. Narrow viewing angle. I expected better from Samsung. My 20yr old non-smart Samsung LCD TV (which just died) had a much better picture and sound.
