Waste of money to get 8K .. most of the video content that is streamed is still in 1080 and the extreme pixelization of BLACKS , DARK COLORS, and the horrifi shadow of black behind WHITE things " such as a golf ball on the green" make this one not worth it. I have had it fixed TWICE already ... screen black spot , then the computer board went out. The TV SUCKS still compared to when i got it , not sure why but after two repairs i am going to live with it till i put a shoe thru it. Spend 1/4 the cash and a get a 4k TV!

I love the anti-glare as the TV we had tends to have glare from the lights when it turned ON or the sun from the windows during day time. However, this TV works great almost all the glare gone. I love the TV was very thin compare to the UHD TV. Also, the sound quality was awesome due to its speakers behind the TV. The internet is easy to use. One thing that I would love more is ability to have google assistant and google store would make it awesome TV. Overall, I love the TV and recommend people to have this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be able to have this TV. It is a nice upgrade from samsung crystal UHD TV. The product was shipped in a good care and the TV has screen protection. It is much heavier than crystal UHD TV even though it is thinner and have separate one connect box at about 51 kg due to having speakers built-in. It is hard to install with the wall mount at higher place like my house compare to crystal UHD TV. However, it is worth the effort for the great quality TV. The TV itself was easy to set up especially using a smartthings. When I used the crystal UHD TV, I can see the reflection of other subjects in the living room from my TV but this one is different. When the TV is off, I can see the reflection but when it is ON, I can literally see almost no reflection. That's how good is the TV. The sound also way better than the old TV that I has. Behind the TV, it has 10 speakers which has Dolby Atmos and object tracking sound+ feature. I love the quality of the 8k, it looks so real. When I use the internet, this TV is way easy to move the cursor. It is very userfriendly. The remote is also nicer compare to crystal UHD TV and easier to use. Everyone who come to my house love the TV and mention that it has way better quality compare to the previous TV that I has. I also love the camera feature and ability to have multi display which is very cool. I really recommend people to get this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QN800C by Samsung is a masterpiece. Taking the plunge for this TV is well worth it. My previous TV was a 4k LG OLED and the QN800C with its 8K Neo QLED blows away the OLED in every way imaginable. The QN800C is the brightest TV I have ever experienced, and this makes for outstanding viewing in my bright living room during the day. For me, quality of the picture is what I care about the most and the Samsung QN800C exceeds all expectations. The 8K content is already starting to become available and I put the QN800C through the paces to see if the 8K hype is really worth it, and I can tell you it really really is, especially the larger you go with panel size, the difference between 4K and 8K becomes more and more noticeable. More importantly, it upgrades 4K content to 8K content with its Neural Quantum Processor. This is my first Samsung TV, and the Quantum Matrix Pro with Mini LEDs coupled with the Neo Quantum HDR 8K make pictures look astounding. The frame of the Infinity One Design compliments the sleek and modern aesthetic I am going for in my home and the Slim One Connect box helps me keep all my cables tucked away and out of sight! This TV has some very cool speakers on the back panel and they support Dolby Atmos right out of the box. One thing I am excited to try out is pairing the QN800C with Samsung sound bars to unlock Q-Symphony 3.0 so the TV speakers can mesh with my sound bar for a synchronized sound experience. An issue I had with my LG OLED tv was that the bright living room would reflect off the TV. The Samsung QN800C has a Anti-Glare coating that is miles better than the OLED and makes the clarity and quality of the panel pop even more! To put it into perspective just how brilliant the images are, I took some photos of the TV playing a 8K YouTube video and have attached them below. It took me a while to make the plunge and spend the money on the Samsung QN800C. Now that I have experienced it, I am confident I went with the right call and would do it again! Seeing is believing and I am definitely a believer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV purchase. Being a Samsung connoisseur, TV, smartphone, laptop and watch, the decision of which brand to buy was easy. And wow did I hit a homerun. This TV exceeded my expectations. The picture is more beautiful than what I saw at the mall. The colors are bright and crisp and honestly I can't even imagine a better picture at any cost. Then there is the sound. Dolby Atmos sounds as good as any high end theater, but as with the picture, all enjoyed in the comfort of your home. I gave it a five star rating because there wasn't an option for a ten rating. Buy it, you'll be completely satisfied.

The quality of the product from the design to the function is honestly above and beyond what I expected. The clarity of the picture, the quickness of the frames, it makes watching sports and movies more enjoyable at home then actually attending the event. The slick design and color enhance the look of any room. The great part about this particular tv is the design and the overall performance exceed expectations. You expect a great product and those high standards are actually exceeded. For gaming it creates a unbelievable experience, and what was truly surprising is that when we connected the screen share to the television the quality was the best we have experience on any TV. It is very user friendly and makes navigating the Home Screen very easy. With step by step instructions it really makes understanding and navigating user friendly. I would highly recommend this particular television and to be completely honest I am not sure there is a better product on the market. The Samsung QN800C is an incredible product and if you are in the market for a TV this will no doubt check off any features you might need or want.

Did a lot of research and found Neo 8K to be logical for the price compared with high quality 4K tvs. Decided to get this TV mounted on the wall with the Samung low profile Bracket and I love how snug it sits to the wall given that it is a very thin TV. Love the Samsung One Connect feature and the single thin cable. Very happy with the size as I was debating 65 vs 75 inch. The connectivity was a breeze and the smart TV features are intuitive. The picture is bright and the darks are deep. The screen is glareless and I feel like I am in a premium movie experience in my living room. Overall the right solution for our space. And everyone in the family is happy.

I bought this TV and a Samsung samsung hw-q990c soundbar on a 2023 Black Friday sale. Great looking high Definition picture on this TV and the screen is bright too. I struggled with the purchase of This this TV or a 65" LG OLED. I decided to go with Samsung TV because I wanted to get the Samsung hw-q990c soundbar system. They pair well together and work seamlessly together and both work well with the Samsung Smart things App. You can't go wrong with this combo and the 8K TV upscales 4K singals to give a better quality picture.

But I fell in love with my tv there was no way I could send it back. The display quality is just amazing. This is my second Samsung tv previous one was also good at it's time. However this is beyond. 8k content is rare However you can now watch a true 4k content on a large scale tv like 75 inch and above! Sound is amazing. I am not using any additional sound systems. Tvs speakers are strong enough and so crisp I just love it! I did not mount to the wall so can not comment how practical it was but I assembled the legs myself. It's a heavy part that carries a big TV. So I won't deny it's not a female weight to handle. Get help if needed. Thankfully following the asmbly my friends helped to lift it up :)

This is my 4th Samsung TV. I bought this TV last year, and it broke down 2 days after my warranty expired. One connect box makes clicking noise and the screen won’t turn on. I went on call with Samsung rep, tried few troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. Now I’m just going in circles with Samsung customer reps, with them hanging up on me. Save yourself the trouble, and looking for other brands. Samsung is not what it used to be!!!

All the newest games I run in 8k on max settings don't usually go above 60 fps which is what the refresh rate tops out at in 8k mode, so it works out great for me. I honestly didn't think I would be able to tell a difference from 4k to 8k but it makes a HUGE difference now that I've gotten to know it. Never going back down 4k as long as I can.

I have had this TV for less than a year and already the LEDS in the screen have died causing a black line in the screen. Plus the upscaling to 8k is not that good. I have been a loyal Samsung owner for as long as I can remember but I should have gotten an LG OLED

The 65inch QN800c 8k Neo Qled is a very good tv for the price. With a free Samsung sound bar as part of the deal it was an incredible deal. The only thing I’d suggest you do is get the Samsung wall mount which you don’t get with the tv. Would definitely recommend

I have had this TV, the 75" QN800C, for two days now. I was skeptical, but the screen really is razor sharp and crystal clear. It's also exceptionally bright, for those who are concerned with daylight glare from windows. The "black" screen is actually black, not dark gray, faded black, etc. I'm using an Onkyo-6100 receiver for surround sound and the eARC & CEC work flawlessly right out of the box for the TV sound to be "off" and the tv remote controls the receiver's volume, so in other words, the integration between the two is seamless, even though they're different brands. The Samsung TV detected this and set it up automatically. The initial setup was a breeze using the app on my S23 phone. My only gripes would be the "elf-sized" remote because I have big hands, and the lack of internet connection speed when you look at the network status screen. It shows the IP address, and says "connected" but does not show at what speed, which seems stupid. I played back some 8k videos I recorded of my son's basketball game and the clarity is unreal. So I would give this tv a 10 out of 10 overall.

Boy oh boy was I wrong that's amazing specimen of flat black glass and tempered beautiful texture amazing quality fast paced love of my life. My wife is jealous of my TV anyway. When I plugged my PS5 into this monstrosity of goodness I 1st noticed the clarity, and perfect crisp refreshing oh so beautiful opening scene of My PS5 Meshing together running and synchrony never ever looking back again. Like a very advanced fine tuned machine these 2 created The ultimate man cave throwing color out the room blasting sound off the walls you can hear Perfect dialog perfect picture perfect TV. 8k Neo or bust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the NeoQled 8K tv last year. Unfortunately, the screen/video quality didn’t meet what to expect from an 8K tv. It is barely 4K and I tried all kind of videos through blue ray devices, YouTube, and even max shows. The quality is similar to any LCD. Though, I decided to get an alternative TV provider, An Oled screen that is a lot better and shows a real 4K (native 4K) quality. I think the Samsung OLED can compete with alternative provides but the NeoQLed. So, I’m just using the alternative OLed tv instead for the moment.

Always wanted a 8k tv and thought this was a good one to start with and see if I thought it was worth it. The colors are very vivid and and contrast is amazing. The stand is a bit wobbly for what it's holding up, but it works. I have a q990b soundbar paired with it but it disconnects often regardless of how its corded in. Probably going to go a different direction for surround sound but the tv is great. Maybe next, splurge for a nicer model.

When I first bought this TV, I loved it. The resolution, color and brightness were fantastic. If it had stayed as it was fresh out of the box, I would have sung its praises from mountaintops. However, less than two months of casual use it, it began falling apart. There are small clusters of dead pixels cropping up everywhere, discolored spots have shown up, and sound keeps cracking and cutting. I tried getting a replacement on warranty, but when I sent the customer service representative pictures as requested, they claimed that, while they did in fact see dead pixels and discoloration, the defects were not serious enough for a repair, replacement, exchange or refund. A TV this premium and expensive should not be dying two months after purchase, and the fact Samsung refuses to honor their warranty is absurd. Please, for your own sake, do not buy this TV.

*Update* I have to give credit where credit is due. Samsung did respond a few days after my original post and scheduled me for a new panel since my 8 months old tv had several dark spots on the screen. The service rep showed up exactly when they were scheduled and did a professional job replacing my screen with a brand new panel. I am now satisfied with my 8K purchase. Thank you Samsung for standing behind your product.

Well, we made it longer than many reviewers. After nearly 5 years the LEDs started to go out. Maybe it is just me, but I expect a TV in this price range to last at least 5 years. I checked the warranty and it is only 12 months. That seems crazy that a TV is only expected to make it 12 months. for the next one, I am going to shop around more thoughtfully. I mistakenly thought I could count on the Samsung brand.

I wish we could have one in every room of the house. It feels like being in a movie theater but but wit a smaller and smarter screen. Either wall mount or use the stand it comes with, either way this tv is great. However I only gave it four stars for how much heat this thing puts off. The Neo QLEDs have amazing pictures and features, but I won't buy another because they fail quickly and can't be serviced because the electronics are integrated with the display and can't be be replaced in a modular fashion. My first was a 75" that failed in about three years and had to be thrown out. I replaced it with this 65" model which failed a little after a year and also had to be tossed. The repair companies I talked to would even attempt to fix and all recommended Sony for reliability and servicing so that what I went with this time. The Sony top of the line OLED has more natural colors, but picture sharpness and features are not up to the Samsung. Most notably, the Sony's mounting points are not centered n the back of the TV so I had to move my TV mount and could no longer center the TV in the niche I had built for a 65" TV. Also, it has only one eARC HDMI port which creates some limitations in my setup.

I purchased this tv in November 2023. It was the best tv I have ever owned, until it wasn't. One year later, while watching,it shut off and I could not get it back on. A home repair ticket was issued. Two repair visits and over one month later I am still without a working tv. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that this has yet to be resolved.

Don't buy! Like all of the other reviews the tv stopped working. Sounds like mine lasted a little longer than others, standing at 2 1/2 years old now. Turned off while I was watching TV and never turned back on and now when I try to turn it on it keeps clicking and never turns on. Complete garbage.

2 stars because the TV image quality really is great, and the colours are amazing, but that's pretty much it. Make sure to check a demo of the image in a dark room, and with dark videos, because the ''bloom'' effect (or whatever you wanna call) is extremely distracting when trying to watch movies, specially at night. For some reason the audio stopped working every time I paused a video, it would take one second after hitting play to work again, so a lot of times I had to rewind a bit just to see what someone said. The Tizen system is pretty annoying, why can't I have both my PC and games HDMI in the same section? There is a ''media'' section (where the PC goes) and a gaming section (where the Nintendo Switch goes). Also, every time you start playing games the TV shows you the gaming menu for like 4 seconds, and then another thing for about 4 more seconds saying you can hold the play button for a few seconds to access said menu... every single time, come on now, I got it after the second time, please leave me alone.

With that being said, this is by far the best TV I've ever had. The picture quality is unbelievably good and so clear. When I turn up the brightness for things like really dark shows or horror movies, it doesn't interfere with the experience! The picture remains clear instead of getting foggy like other tvs that I've owned. The sound quality is about what you'd expect from a TV in this price range, so nothing special to comment on there. Durability, this TV is tougher than it looks. My 3 year old likes to throw things and he's why I have this TV now. I'm happy to say that this TV isn't going anywhere! We've had multiple things thrown at the TV ,but they bounce right off and don't even leave a scratch or dent. Finally, the Price. I think it's well worth the price, it fit just within my budget, and it fit all the requirements that I needed in a TV. I don't feel like I've paid too much for it, so I have no buyer's remorse.

The features I like best about this Smart TV are as follow... --BIG screen 65" --Ultra fine Contrast and the backlight dimming --Dynamic tone color and brightness so you can see the the movie or show your watching even better then before --I love the fact that even when I have my bedroom curtain and blinds open that there is little - no glare at all so I can still enjoy whatever I'm watching --Oh and let's not forget that it doesn't matter where in the room your at or the angle your watching it from you still get amazing view of whatever it is --The sound is also perfect. No static. Not too loud. Not too quiet. Just right for my room. I use this TV in my bedroom and I e joy streaming movies from like Netflix Hulu Amazon Pluto Discovery+ Disney+ and a few more. Late at night when my kids are in bed and asleeo I also really enjoy watching some adult things on this TV due to the quality of the sound the picture and everything else as well.
