With the smart things app the tv was incredibly easy to set up with my cable boxes and other devices. The detail in both the darkest and brightest scenes with Quantum Matrix Technology is game changing because those dark movies are now easy to view. I like how even the standard definition channels look high def with the AI upscaling. The picture is crystal clear and seems like I am watching what ever is happening in person. The smart features and remote make this one of the best on the market. The sound and picture quality was simply amazing, one of the best tv's on the market. Art mode is awesome. Picture clarity was good as well as the dynamics and motion when watching sports such as basketball and football! My family uses the smart functions for streaming Netflix, Disney and Prime videos. The remote is solar and can be charged like you do with your phone. Integration with other streaming apps are seamless. I’m very happy with this TV. It was an upgrade from our old one which we bought just a few years back. We received this TV at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review.

again i say the color is great! i must say at times the picture gets pixelated, so trying to fix that!. i do like the gamebar for when im gaming, shows the games great. we’ve only had it for a couple of days so far but we’re loving it! i also made the switch from a vizio tv.

The picture quality of new TV far exceeded our expectations!!! The remote is very easy to get familiar with, and there are many easy options to make from Home Screen (i.e., change brightness of picture, add/delete captions). Having solar remote is a good feature, but remote should have some sort of "low charge remaining" warning, as charge went completely out once and can only turn TV on/off until remote was slightly charged. It does charge very quickly with proper light/sunlight. Very happy with this TV and forward to many years of service.

The TV software allows us to quickly switch from watching Netflix, to watching something on cable, to playing video games. One of my favorite features is the art mode as it allows to fit better in the room when not in use rather than having a giant black rectangle on the wall. Lately we have been rewatching Breaking Bad and finally watching Yellowstone! It has been a great multi-purpose TV for streaming shows, watching cable, and playing video games.

waste of money just got my qe85qn85aatxxu a week ago and after assessing all its features i can say i’m really disappointed with it. comparing it with my 2019 qe65q85ratxxu, the qn85a is all but worse. black colours aren’t black enough, while i could watch my q85r with all windows open, qn85a’s anti-glare is absolutely non existent and my living room needs to be full dark so i can see the screen. not to mention the crappy earc that freezes all tv capabilities when changing the audio source to my samsung soundbar. if you like to throw money away, this tv is for you.

Upgrading from Samsung UA48J6200AW to this one the sound tracking technology has improved and I have noticed that the Anti Glare tech and wide viewing angle has topped it all. No matter where you are viewing there is no reflection of your sofa anymore! I also love NeoSlim design, super thin, and designed to blend in seamlessly. I also am very impressed with ambient mode and the remote control for all. All these features are absolutely top notch, reasons I am staying with Samsung. Welldone Samsung! Very pleased to have this.

the picture is fantastic and the overall features are really nice. my problems with the tv has to do with the remote. first of all i hate the small little remote it came with and the fact that it has no numbers keypad. hopefully i can find a different one to use. second, there is a problem with the remote working properly with my bose sound system. i can change the volume up and down but it will not power on or off my bose system. then out of the blue even the volume control stopped working. i had to reset the tv and go thru the initial setup to get it work again. really annoying. i hope it doesn't happen again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a Samsung 55" 4k TV from 2016 which was already a great TV, so expectations were high for this model in 75" Having used it for over 3 months for a full range of uses including Free to Air TV, almost all streaming services, and console gaming, I can tell you this TV rarely fails to deliver content exceptionally. The only thing to note is that some legacy lower quality shows such as Frasier for example, do suffer scaling up to such large screen and resolution. Products such as this are optimised for high quality modern content. It's a minor criticism of what is a must-buy TV everyone will love.

so to try and keep this short this tv will not be good for anyone who wants to get the tv out put it on a setting and go especially those who like to put it in dynamic mode. you cannot set this tv like a normal qled/led. it does take some playing around with an setting it differently then what you're used to but once you get it the tv is actually beautiful. there is some blooming but it's mainly in off axis viewing. the only 1 hdmi 2.1 is a bummer. but they came change that. stay in movie or filmmaker mode. but it does look great once you get it. they did over advertise this tv in some ways. not good on samsungs part

good picture and general capabilities with one exception. have an audio receiver that supports earc connection through hdmi. unfortunately, audio drops intermittently. after a ridiculous process to get support for this issue on the samsung site, i find a posting that its a firmware issue with no target date to release a fix. and that closed my ticket. when i went to post this review on samsung site, and selected 3 stars, the ui gave me a message, "from your rating we've let you down, let us know how", with a chat button that appeared. chat button didn't work. decent product, but service behind it is lacking.

The replacement modem arrived on the same day as the Victorian Government announced that Victoria was going into lockdown. I set up the TV and soundbar on Saturday and we have been hooked on the quality of the picture and sound. Complete series have been binged and old series are being re visited and it's as if we had not previously watched them due to the picture and sound quality. Navigation of the menu is also straight forward. I cannot recommend our Samsung products more highly.

So far the picture clarity is outstanding, even while watching older steamed shows filmed on older formats. Vivid color and default speaker sound is good. Only issue is despite setting the default audio to my home audio system. It keeps automatically switching back to the speakers. Tried everything to no avail. Other than that it's a great TV that offers Google Assistant I don't use it often as I have another device in t he room. Would definitely recommend this model if you are willing to pay a bit of a premium. Only reason not five stars is the annoying audio issue.

How ridiculous that you pay a fortune for this TV and Samsung uses a solar/chargeable remote and they don't even provide the charger device to for it, how cheap and disgusting. That is like buying a cell phone and not providing the charger. By the Way the remote is horrible, not user friendly at all, there isn't a rewind button and no numbers to key in a channel by number you have to press up and down. Had I known about the charger, I wouldn't have bought this TV. Samsung, you need to do something about the charger. I am so dissatisfied, and other reviews mention your horrible remote as well.

My Samsung tv is not even a year old and has a pixel stuck in it. Of course the warranty has expired and it wasn't even a full year. Very angry I have to sit here and take my time because an expensive tv already malfunction not even a year later. I'm going to have to spends all this time to get it fixed and I'm sure I will have to pay for it too. Ugh!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For streaming of video content, the picture is the best I have ever seen. Very vivid colors and the motion update rate is fantastic. I also use the monitor with my Dish receiver. It still provides a quality image but because the video quality out of the Dish box is not truly 4K, the overall performance is not as good as streaming 4K video. That is the fault of the satellite box, not the receiver. Overall, I am very satisfied. The micro LED performance of the Neo version is significantly better than my older 75" Samsung. You notice this especially when there is a gradient black background. The older set displayed "bands" of color whereas this monitor is very smooth in representing the gradient.

The TV was thin and the base was solid. The remote control is solar and can be charged via USB. That is a great feature. When I turned on the TV, Samsung made it very user friendly. It integrated everything in the set up like adding applications that I frequently use like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc.... The intelligent feature seems to adjust as you keep watching your shows. The picture adjusted and became clearer after placing it in intelligent mode. I also like that Samsung offers their own programs for FREE! I love that!!! Another great feature is the Ambient Mode. Really great pictures that is calming as well as decorative. It’s like having a living picture frame in your TV. So far it is living up to my expectations..... this is truly a Smart TV. It has performed beyond what I have experienced from any other Smart TV’s and I am excited to learn more what it can do for me and my family.

I've had this TV for over a year, and it isn't bad when it works. I use it for UHD films and game on it with the Xbox Series X. It has weird issues of the screen glitching out when it changes between "Gaming" mode and video content. The TV shuts off randomly and readjusts which is fine, but it does quite a bit then sometimes not at all. Sometimes the TV will stay black but be turned on, so I have to manually turn it off and back on to hope the image returns. I do enjoy "Filmmaker" mode for watching 4K movies, so I appreciate that. My last Samsung TV had issues with the separate "Connection" box where certain ports stopped working. This will likely be my last Samsung TV and will test the market next time.

Our only concerns - when we put the TV together it has small plastic hooks at the back to latch the stand into the TV - one of these snapped off while we were assembling - we don't think it has affected the TV at all, but definitely made us nervous while we were putting it together. Apart from this the TV has awesome features, a great picture and sits perfectly in our small living space. The slim remote is great and easy to use - respect that it is environmentally friendly and doesn't have batteries.

We have used it with everything you want to watch with Hockey, Baseball and Motorsports especially with their broadcast enhancements with picture and sound clarity. When watching 4K broadcasts with Netflix the picture is amazing from an upgrade from a non 4K TV. The surround system is easy for the TV to find and gaming systems.. It might be time to upgrade the other TVs to the Neo technology because we are having a bit of TV war on who gets to watch what on the TV vs the other TVs in the house..

Spent some time comparing various models and screen sizes and kept coming back to Samsung. Our last Sony tv was probably 13 yrs old but still felt that the picture was pretty good. Until I compared it to the Samsung. The clarity and color on the Samsung was superior. The thinner frame of the Samsung was also a huge selling point. We bought a 55” screen because we thought 65” would overpower the living room. We were wrong. We will be purchasing a 65” Samsung and moving the 55” model to another room.

The TV was incredible for one year and three months. Three months after the warranty expired the supposably "burn free" screen has image retention. I left my TV for about 30 minutes to take a shower and came back with an image burned into the screen.

Have to say, this is one of the best purchases i've done, really satisfied with the image quality, looks impressive, great clarity and next level when you are watching 4k movies. If you own one or planning to buy one of these, you have to get the Q-Symphony soundbars which pairs with the TV and plays sound on the soundbar and the TV together, the surround effect is surreal. This is a perfect TV to hang on the wall couple with the Ambience mode, it turns into a majestic piece of art.

It’s thin and fits perfectly in my entertainment center. It also has an option to hang on wall. The only thing that is an issue is that sometimes it overrides the fire stick remote and sound bar remote. Which wouldn’t be a problem except that my fire stick remote has an option I can’t reach with the tv remote. I have to reset everything when this happens. The TV had a discoloration defect on the screen from day 1 that appears as a permanent yellow spot about the diameter of a quarter. It is only visible on a white background.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I absolutely love the 65"Q85AA Samsung Neo QLED 4k Smart TV. I primarily utilize it for gaming, and there is no noticeable input lag and the picture quality and HDR looks amazing. My wife primarily uses it to stream shows and the 4k is stunning. The black/dark colors have great depth and the color really pops. Our favorite feature is the Samsung built in software. It works great to quickly switch between apps and the navigation is intuitive. I'd highly recommend this TV if you are looking for an excellent TV that will work in a variety of situations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Television has Amazing features at a good price: Full- Array Backlighting, Local Dimming, Samsung's new Quantum technology- Neo Quantum Processor, Quantum Matrix Technology & Quantum HDR 24x, Anti-Glare, Built in Alexa, 120hz., etc. You should notice the difference immediately, especially if you are upgrading from a model without Full - Array Backlighting/Local Dimming & all of the other outstanding features that make the Picture (and whole experience) really Amazing. I would highly recommend it. In fact, I am buying another Bigger version for another room.

We had purchased the television to replace an OLED 65" television which had been lost last year in a California wildfire. The Samsung was comparably priced but we believe a better value. The set-up was quick, intuitive and we were streaming in no time. We have built in access to all the streaming services we use and do not need any additional hardware to watch AppleTV, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or Disney+. I particularly like the remote -- it is much simpler than other remotes and even has a solar recharging cell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Family watches movies and shows from online sources. We also play video games couch co-op. The quality of the picture is amazing. The only gripe I have is when I was playing video games with my daughter, we tried the motion 240 for gaming and we both thought the picture started to flicker a little. As soon as I turned it off the flickering stopped. I don’t know if it actually needs that feature or if there’s something else I could’ve done in the settings. Seeing as I just got the TV and I have yet to read the manual I can give that a pass. Overall it is the best picture of any tv I have ever owned. At 85” it has an amazing picture quality and the 70w speaker system is loud enough that I have yet to hook up my surround sound.

First is the PC on tv which allows you to escape your workstation if you work from home like me. Other features like the smart things app which allows you to control your TV from your phone is amazing. The sharing from your phone is beyond quick and easy compared to other brands. Picture quality is astonishing compared to TV’s within the same price range. It can also process things really quickly like web searches and loading apps. Mounting this TV on the wall would make your living room stand out

Things that could be improved: a: Needs to make the optical out always on. You have a choice of TV speakers or remote amp. Previous models did not have that issue. b: The screen is very reflective. In the dark areas of a movie, it can be seen sligtly. c: the brightnees needs to have a little more upper control (brighter) Dynamic works fine but again, in low light movies or TV, it could use more brightness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our 85" Samsung QLED 6-Series 4K TV and this is our first amazing TV. The diffrent colors are so vibrant and pure. The streaming of video games, movies, TV-series, apps and menu's are so easy to access. The 4K QLED is a big difference from the LED models that it almost looks like you can be a part of the movie itself. Setting up the TV Wifi and loading apps is too easy and assistance is available if need be. TV can be moved by two people. This 85" Samsung TV was the right choice for us. Thank you Samsung for a wonderful product yet once again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd straight Samsung Television... I got a 65 inch in 2016, HDR in 2018 I got another 65 inch, but this one had HDR10. I thought I would be moving to another brand, but as luck would have it, I stuck with Samsung. BEST TV DECISION EVER! This television is absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous, in any light! I have not compared a NEO QLED next to an OLED side by side, but with the fact that the QLED are so much brighter, I cannot see how an OLED would be any better. The smoothness of the action is phenomenal (Although the true test will be when my KC Chiefs start the 21-22 season!) The only want I would have, would be if they licensed Dolby Vision, other than that, I think this is as close to perfect as we are going to get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased this tv with high expectations considering that i've been comparing this to oleds, which are the industry standard for picture quality. let me just say that i've been blow by the picture quality. the thing that i needed was screen brightness. this neo qled tv provided a bright screen for my bright room, but also i gets comfortably dim at night when i'm watching movies. i am happy with the purchase. oh, also, its so cool that the remote can be charged by the built in light/solar panels, so you never have to buy batteries for the remote!

overall i bought this tv as reviews say the image is great and it is. i have loved the image quality overall. the sound is even good for built in speakers. the only reason i gave this a 3 instead of a 5 is becuase the software is a terrible. the built in media player doesnt have dts support yet their sound bars and sound system supports dts. thats pretty stupid to do samsung. cheap tv's even have dts support. the other issue is the tizen os itself. its just terrible. support just doesnt exist for apps. your better off gettign the 85" sony as its got google tv and costs less for better software. if samsung will release a google tv os for this tv that we can install i would absolutely give it a 5 as the google tv is light years ahead of tizen

It is limited on the files it can read from the USB port. It seems to never get the get the judder just right. I do like the internet channels it has. I am not a fan of how it keeps turning on devices I have connected that I am not trying to use. The user interface is better than I thought it would be. I do have problems with the Dolby Atmos. I am pretty technically savvy but I can never get things just right. Overall it is a good tv but not great.

Deep blacks. Vibrant picture and a very helpful game bar when playing console or PC games that helps you keep track of vital info about your graphical performance. This unit is also fantastic for watching movies. With the directional sound, it really gives you a truer sense of immersion into whatever you are watching. I would highly recommend this television to complete your home entertainment center.

All the features imaginable for a smart tv already exist as part of the TV. There is little requirement to purchase other products. It can also be used for zoom meetings and as a second display screen when applying different software applications. Perfect for working from home and using for conferences. The gaming picture quality is also amazing and puts you into another world. It also has a movie picture quality I have not seen before.

Tv looks great, but compared to my 2015 curved tv watching YouTube, Netflix, Prime has only about 50% difference. end of 2 weeks, I have a tennis ball sized black spot on tv which is dead zone. After 8 of complaining to Samsung, repairer visited for 5 mins to reconfirm what was assessed previously. Now waiting to see a resolution from Samsung. For a 3 week tv the quality is questionable. If anything Samsung should clearly replace this with a next version and not repair. Other few features I miss from 2015 tv is the pointer remote, and one connect box. I do not know what Samsung was thinking when the tv is getting thinner and most wall mounted, how do one access the ports behind the tv.

The 4K downloads from Netflix, Amazon and various channels on Roku are outstanding. Didn't pay much attention to the tv speakers due to the fact we hooked it up to 7.1 surround system. Love the fact I can stream right from the TV. Also enjoy being able to easily stream our granddaughter's softball games from Facebook on my phone. Thought it might be a little over kill from the 65" but very happy with the Samsung Neo 4K 75".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love that this TV offers a tuner for terrestrial broadcasts, many streaming channels, Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, SiriusXM, and more. The picture is great, but not as much of an improvement as our last TV was over its predecessor. It seems impossible to sync the audio to the HW-Q800T 3.1.2ch Soundbar over HDMI or optical cable (and keep it synced across sources). Occasionally apps such as Netflix, YouTube, and SiriusXM malfunction, requiring a power cycle (and unplugging) to correct. All in all, we have no regrets with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that this isn't even the top of the line from Samsung, but I could not have dreamed of having a higher quality TV in my life. Upon setting the tv up, I was instantly dazzled by a spectacular light show that really let me know what this tv could do. The sound and picture seem flawless to me. It's actually a little hard to get used to. Everything feels like it's right in my face, like I am actually there. If 4K is this amazing, I can't imagine what 8K looks like. The brightness adjusts to the rooms lighting, and they have different picture and audio modes such as ambient for a pretty background image or a mode that's similar to picture and picture. They even include a free Samsung TV app with its own live channels and movies. There is a learning curve to figuring out how to work and navigate the TV, but there is a built in users manual. You can never lose it, and it's always there if you want to look something up. Apps are conveniently lined up in a row, and they have almost every app I could want. It is easy to cast videos to the TV from my phone or laptop. It has enough ports for all of my devices. It even recognizes and adapts to work with any smart devices. It recognizes my cable box and even lets me control it with the TV remote. Speaking of the remote, I am impressed that it is solar powered. The Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons are convenient. I almost wish I could have extra buttons I could program. The remote is very thin and small. It does all that I could hope for, but I do miss having number buttons for some apps. My only real issue with the TV is that it is difficult to put together. You need a table to place it on or else it is difficult to get the base attached. We had to get creative with the box and some wooden blocks. Overall, this is a great TV. It's full of so many features and is amazing quality. Don't hesitate to get it.

sowe bought this 65 inch television to replace our other samsung smart tv because it ran out of memory and was not able to use a flash drive for extra memory. the new television is great. easy setup, easy login for nearly every app. the screen glare is really rough though. the screen is a very high sheen so every bit of light glares of it very badly. also the memory is not nearly as large as it should be. i'm not sure if i can add memory or not because i just got it yesterday, but i certainly hope it is. that's a deal breaker.

I recently bought the Samsung 65 Inch Neo QLED 4K TV, and I’m blown away by the picture quality! The colors are vivid, blacks are deep, and the 4K resolution offers stunning detail. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying this TV so far. It has a great picture, very bright, lots of contrast. One issue I'm having is with sound. I've attached a Sonos Arc soundbar to the ARC channel, and for some reason the sound is slightly delayed. I've tried tuning the audio delay on both the TV and the Sonos, but have only been able to make the delay worse - I can't seem to affect the delay in order to reduce it. Fortunately, I also use an AppleTV, which has an automatic delay configuration method, and that solved the issue, though only for the AppleTV.

i will be really honest . pros-: premium packaging really nice user manual , smart and energy efficient remote like other samsung tv premium built quality picture quality is really good , in my prev samsung tv screen was not visible in sun glare from my window but with this that issue is resolved viewing angle is great lot of modes and optimizations cons-: this is very big one , i cant believe to see add popping for a high price tv . my mind is blown . there is no point of adding lot of apps and not giving users an option to delete them . no options to move apps from homescreen , now if you press down in homescreen it goes to samsung tv+ ,really annoying . i opted out from the add ,but still seeing them , i doubt privacy is not there in samsung .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is so good that it takes a minute to get used to coming from an older HD tv. After using it for about a week, I can already tell its got more features that I'll need or take full advantage of; just like my phone. Only complaint so far is setting up an external audio device, that is not the same brand, is more difficult than it should be. Trying to use the LG sound bar from my previous tv makes me want to replace it with a Samsung one just to make connectivity and integration easier. . . Good job Samsung lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the picture and color is super impressive and great. Very happy with overall performance! Only issue that I have noticed so far is that the SmartTV capabilities seem to struggle with running YouTube TV consistently. When I load up YouTube TV, and start scrolling through the guide, if I select a program, the load long symbol appears and screen goes blank. This has happened multiple times with no solution. I have to exit out of the app and restart it, and it sometimes temporarily solves the issue. Very frustrating. I have looked this issue up online and apparently it’s a common issue with Samsung SmartTVs. I would expect a manufacturer resolution to this provided via system update to come out soon based on the amount of times it must happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung TV. I purchased this TV because we cancelled cable. I have a small very inexpensive antenna, but the Picture shows beautiful. This sound is great and the ease of using my sling TV app is very comfortable. I also have a soundbar, but that's just because I always have hair one so with my new TVI wanted a new soundbar. PS allow me to say the main reason for purchasing this Samsung TV is because I have 2 smaller Samsung T v's. I don't have cable. I used to smalle wire sticking out the back to pick up antenna service. My daughter sit in my bed shaking her head saying, dang that picture is so clear. Beautiful simply beautiful. I was concerned about going between the sling app and antenna TV, but while it is not seamless, its not difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV about a month now and continue to be blown away by the awesome picture clarity. Even the sound from the inbuilt speakers is better than expected given the small size they'd have to be to fit in. We didn't need to get the Samsung soundbar but glad we did. That's a whole new level again. The inbuilt apps on this TV are good fun - we've found a few pleasant surprises in there! Still getting used to the simplicity of the remote control (the kids are doing better though). An awesome telly all 'round.

It’s beyond anything I have seen before. The interface is flawless, it is so simple and logical to use and setting the TV up was a dream. The AI and voice commands are simple to use. Sound is brilliant, smart features are very practical and make watching the TV easy and a pleasure. Overall, an outstanding TV and well worth the money. I will never by any other brand of tv again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 15 year old Plasma tv started to intermittenly fail. This failure prompted my search for a new TV. I was never really impressed with earlier LED TVs . I thought they had too many limitations. Then I started looking at the new generation of LED technology . All I can say is WOW!!!. The picture on the QLED is crisp . The sound is clear . The Smart TV interface is easy to use . I currently only use an attic antenna for local tv . This gives me all the various major network sub channels . I also have an internet connection where I’m able to stream all the major services. Jumping between these options live tv , streaming is very easy and fast. I would highly recommend this tv to all friends and family . Can’t wait to watch some football with a large family get together.!

The HD & 4K are on par with my previous 5 year old Samsung TV but no obvious improvement and i have to say the SD reproduction (normal TV channels) is worse and very grainy picture. I have spent several days playing with various settings without success. Just when i think i have hit on a settings compromise i change channel and have to think again. Next week i will be watching football and will see how it handles fast moving images, for now my expectations are not too high …….

For us Samsung is the only brand for household electronics. The quality of image is awesome. Sound is also really nice. The way it auto adjusts the volume is the best. We love that its not necessary to have cable any longer. The best is that we can use apps on it and use our phones to control the TV. Late at night when I am up and my husband is sleeping I use my headset and he is happy resting peacefully.

for streaming, we wanted to use the tv with our existing roku device plus apps from the samsung app store. this enables the tv's multi-view feature to simultaneously display two streams from the same streaming service. for example, two football games on different channels on youtube tv. unfortunately, we couldn't find a way to configure the samsung remote to control the roku streaming stick. unfortunately, the tv doesn't properly recognize our bose lifestyle 535 home theater, even when it's manually configured through samsung's universal remote feature. this prevents the samsung remote control from controlling the bose volume. ultimately the way that we resolved the issue was to abandon the hdmi connection from the bose to the tv and just use the optical audio interface only.

I was in the market for the best TV I could afford...I broke down and bought the LG CX and was extremely disappointedin the picture...I returned it and bought the new Samsung Neo Qled and couldn't be happier! The picture is much brighter and way more vibrant. I use this tv in a fairly dark room and is this tv for everything.... gaming, streaming, movies, sorts... it excels at it all...I love the new gaming features as well!! The AI is impressive too!

With the resent shut down and restrictions we came through the 85 inch gives me my own personal movie theater. At first I though the wife was going to kill me for the size , but when I turned it on an she saw how clear and sharp every detail was made me a hero. The sound quality is great and again the picture is perfect. I do steaming as well as an outside antenna and the TV responds great with both. Also I am an Old Movie Buff. And even though they were never made in HD or 4K , you want believe the clarity of the picture. And lastly the price was a great value when you add up the features, quality and rating. No other Brand came close.

picture quality is ok. sound is mediocre, but at this price point, for sure you have a soundbar or a full blown home theater. with every new generation, samsung adds more and more bloatware, preloaded applications that definitely i dont want, and there is no way to remove them. so you are forced to have those apps taking away valuable space on the tv memory. tv out of the box with nearly 80% of the storage already used with applications impossible to removem that i dont have planned and i wont use ever.

I purchased a Panasonic 4k player so I can watch all my steel books and man let me tell you this is no regret. The amount of dimming zones this tv has compared to last years models is insane. I get a true black no blooming contrast is insane. Now when it comes to gaming the hdmi 2.1 comes in handy when playing the latest gen consoles. One hdmi 2.1 is all I need sony offers 2 lg offers 4 what's the point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our primary television. When we had a chance to install a larger model we stayed with Samsung, upgrading from an older Samsung UHD model. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to have been worth the price. Dark images are often too dark (even after much tinkering with the settings) and the sound often cuts out. We utilize an AppleTV for our primary viewing to avoid the ads (ads!!! like we're at a gas station) that Samsung places in its own system. Anyway, buy a cheaper model. This isn't worth it.

I absolutely love the built in apps that were easy to setup and the ease to which I can switch between the desired programming available. We had no issues learning the new remote and the clarity of the screen is amazing. I had never seen a remote control that has rechargeable batteries with a built in solar cell before ~ very cool Samsung!

Picture quality is so bright and beautiful in 4K that I am amused to watch movies / music and playing games in this TV. Picture quality is so real and sound quality is excellent. At first i was little bit worried about how to use smart tv's but within an hour I am able to learn and do everything with the remote. Remote is a bit tricky and the User guide can be added and need more descriptive so people like me can use the remote control more easily from the beginning. I love the quality of this tv so much. The TV is a bit heavy and also I am not using the wall mount so I think the TV stand can be more thick and heavy. Need some improvement for the tv stand. Apps are running so smooth and fast. This neo Qled tv exceeds my expectation.

The sound from the tv itself sounds clear, crisp and bassy. Pair it with a Samsung soundbar like i did and it sounds out of this world. Seriously... this tv is a gift... to be able to watch all your fave media streaming apps on the tv so quick and flawlessly, without needing any connected devices, is just mind-blowing and equally comforting...or simply watching content from your tv in a shared split-screen, with your mobile phone, is just a heavenly move... especially whilst gaming and needing some assist from a video walkthrough on the tv screen at the same time! Pure gold this thing is. Such great value and quality. Highly...VERY highly recommended. :)

i wish i wouldn't have upgraded from my 2019 q80r. don't get me wrong, the tv has some strengths like the new game mode, but for movies i feel an insane amount of buyers remorse. i'm a cinematographer and colorist that has exclusively backed samsung for the last decade. the 2019 set has a far superior image to the 2021. the shadows on the 2021 are better, but the skin tone highlights introduce appalling false color and contrast shortcomings. the skin tone highlights have a strange blue/orange shift. the contrast in these highlights fall short of the hdr capabilities of the television and look horrendous. i'm watching films i've shot on apple movies, and amazon prime apps. the tv gets it wrong. period. the sound passthrough also pops consistently. i don't recommend this set. it sucks.

Very bright for our living room area that has a lot of natural light coming in and is accompanied by a Samsung soundbar so the sound from both systems work in harmony (Q-Symphony) Easy and fast UI and love that I can easily connect 2 Bluetooth headphones to use it when the kids are sleeping. Simple remote control and like that there's an easy digital remote control on my Samsung phone so I don't actually need the remote all the time.

Tons of possibilities to play games and stuff but seriously, that interface is so overloaded and messy that it gets sometimes frustrating to JUST get the proper input on the screen. I don't use and don't care about the Samsung TV app. We cut cable in the past because we didn't cared about it but still.. For those who likes tv shows and basic cable, that's one great alternative. Cons: That TV ain't giving motion plus 120hz in 4K... not with my ps5.

You can even see the pores on the actors. The sound is good but I bought a sound bar,(non Samsung), for a movie theater feel. Tv is loaded with many applications and it has ports to add fire, apple or roku tv. I find this tv had brought me and my family to modern times with all the amenities desired for a fantastic viewing experience. Totally recommend.
