Eco Repair

You can choose to reduce e-waste by only replacing broken parts.

● We’re providing a component level repairs because through this service, you can replace only the defect part of your product instead of replacing assembly modules.

● Why is this related to the environmental care? Since it only requires minimum service parts production, we can reduce carbon emission from factories. Also electronic waste can be reduced if we only replace defect part from an assembly module and save other components.

● Available for specific models and defect types of smartphone and TV. Please contact customer support channel for more information

Eco Paper-free

When getting a repair service, request our service center to send you information via electronic document.

● We’re trying to make a “Paper-free” environment in our service centers. Our service centers will give you an option to get service information through email, SMS, or SNS messengers.

● Why is this related to the environmental care? By replacing paper documents to electronic documents, we can save trees from being cut down to make paper.

● We’ve opened this solution to our service centers but some of them that use its own system may not provide you this option.

Eco Package

Customers will receive their repaired products in eco-friendly packages.

● Instead of using a fancy good-looking package for a repaired product, we’ll use packages that are made environmentally conscious way.

● If you find our “Eco Service” logo from a package, it means the package is made of materials such as recycled paper, or recyclable plastic.

Eco Box

Drop-off your old mobile devices to our collection points. We will take care of them for recycling.

● At our main service locations, we have placed e-waste collection boxes. Any customer who wants to dispose broken or used mobile products can simply drop them off to collection boxes.

● We will deliver them to recycling companies so that we can take care of the last step of product lifecycle in a proper way for our environment.

● Subject for this program: Small products such as mobile phone or wearable devices.

Eco Packing

We’re making efforts to use better packing materials of service parts for our environment.

● Our factories that produce service parts continuously seek better ways for our environment to pack & deliver service parts to global subsidiaries.

Eco Delivery

In some crowded central cities, we pickup and deliver your products for a service in a sustainable way.

● Depending on the situation, we collaborate with bicycle courier companies to deliver repaired products from service centers to customers. Or delivery could be on foot by case.

● In this way, we not only can deliver products efficiently in congested area but also can participate in reducing greenhouse gas emission generated from automobile deliveries.
