What if the Multi-tablet is not dissolving in the dishwasher?

If the Multi-tablet is not dissolving in the dishwasher, the tablet dispenser may be stuck.

This may happen due to left over detergent residue. To resolve this issue, please clean the dispenser box with a brush and wipe off any leftover sticky residue on the tablet dispenser.

Use fresh detergent. Do not allow detergent to sit for several hours in a wet dispenser. Clean dispenser when caked detergent is present.

Replace detergent if necessary. Use an automatic dishwasher detergent.

Check the position of the dishware. Rearrange the dishes so they do not interfere with the detergent dispenser’s cover operation.
Reminders:
■ Use dishwasher detergent only. Regular detergent produces too much foam, which may decrease the dishwasher’s performance or cause it to malfunction.
■ It is recommended to use powder or gel type dishwasher detergent.
