My Galaxy S10 occasionally disconnects from the BMW car kit. How do I fix this issue?

Samsung is aware of this issue which affects all Samsung devices and this problem is caused by the BMW car
kit. To resolve the problem, users need to upgrade the BMW car kit to the latest software version.


Please refer to the following step by step guide:


1.  Delete Galaxy S10 device in connected history list of BMW car kit

2.  Delete BMW vehicle in connected history list of Galaxy S10

3.  Update the BMW car kit software to latest version

4.  Try again Bluetooth connection
