Nice design, looks lovely and it was at a good price. But. Ridiculous set programs, no one will ever use, really complicated. The convection oven is extremely weak (no where near 200c, miles away). The grill is very weak (+25 mins to grill some bacon). The microwave function stopped working on day 3, so it was returned to John Lewis, who were great. Maybe if you have no proper oven and loads of time to kill you might buy this? I say save your cash, buy a regular microwave and leave oven cooking to a dedicated unit that can actually do it properly. As for the failing microwave, maybe i just got a bad one, as i rate Samsung usually

So on paper a good product with a range of options that made us purchased the combi oven. Why is it that designer do not put themselves in the Users shoes? The setting of the coking time is quite substandard. On Microwave mode there is a quick 30 seconds facility. However under Oven mode the only way to set the cooking time is by pressing the 10 seconds increment button. So to set the cooking time to 20 minutes one have to press the 10 seconds key pad 6 times for every minutes X 20 = 120 press. Should you make a mistake you need to cancel and start again. Quite a let down.

I went into the showroom in Kathmandu Nepal, and asked specifically for a model with Slim-Fry. She pointed to the top row of 3 ovens and said all 3 had. So I picked the least expensive of the group (which even had a Slim-fry placard on it) and got it home only to find out this model does not have that feature. So I sent my wife over to find out what was up, and they told her that we were out of luck... no exchanges - we are stuck with this model. So while this oven have does not seem all that bad, I can't recommend this product. Having a knowledgeable sales staff is the # 1 metric for me, and in this case, considering all the different Samsung MWO models has to choose from, I am one dissatisfied customer at the moment.

Previous Panasonic microwave stopped so looked around for alternatives. Was weary at first but the programmes are better on the Samsung and just as easy to operate. Excellent on healthy cooking. Panasonic was always difficult to keep clean initial use the Samsung looks a better bet and already shown it’s better . Panasonic oven slightly wider and allows more weight with additional styling but already I am preferring this model. I use all the modes on the combination microwave and this does it all

I’ve had this for several years now, having bought it for its convection facility to use as a small oven. Unfortunately, the maximum heat it attains is 100°F – not the 200 which can be set. In addition, I have never been able to sort out the microwave – setting it seems very complex. I am able to cook items, but have yet to figure out how to select cooking times in minutes and can find no help in the manual or online. Three specs make it seem very appealing but the performance is disappointing.

Bought this in haste because combi oven that had lasted for years broke down and I urgently needed a replacement. Unlike previous oven, it cannot replace a conventional oven because max convection time is 60 minutes and no baking tray is provided. Controls are unnecessarily complicated. Oven is too light and is apt to move about when door is opened and closed. A mistaken buy that I shall have to replace. I have found other Samsung products excellent, so this is a bitter disappointment.

I always buy samsung products as they have always been excellent and easy to operate. However, with this combi I am confused. If I use the preheat for the convection as per manual, it says heat for 3 or 4 minutes then counts itself down from 10 minutes apparently cooking and I cannot change the 10 minutes to anything else. Is this normal, does it take 10 minutes to pre heat to 200 degrees?

We’ve had this one exactly 3 years. Use it daily and regularly use the oven function. It just suddenly stopped working & tripped the electricity in the kitchen. When the electricity was switched back one the microwave is just dead. Its a pity because you would expected this standard microwave to last longer. Not sure I will buy samsung again ☹️

I'm sure I'd feel better about my combination microwave if the cooking and instruction guide was better. It's very brief, lacks detail and clarity. I've used this sort of microwave before and loved it but I understood exactly how to get the most out of it. Setting the cooking time is a nuisance and not easy.

Everything is very easy to do with this Microwave Oven, from the setting up to cooking and even the cleaning with its enamel interior and deodorisation feature. The grill feature is amazing, just take out the turntable and pop in the stand to grill to your hearts content. Simply amazing!

Newly purchased, great looker, getting to grips with functions. Replaced old microwave which was pre programmed for jacket pots, defrosting etc. Was so easy to use. This one more complex and not sure how to Cook crispy jacket potato? Not mentioned in cooking manual.

Only purchased two days ago, but is performing well so far. The many programme features are fine if you wish to cook or reheat the specified weight but you need to adjust heating times by 'trial and error' if you are cooking/re-heating/defrosting different amounts.

My new combi microwave is amazing. I cook literally everything in it. Microwaving, using as oven and grilling or using combination programs. Defrost is really good. I also use defrost program for melting chocolate. Love design and enamel is so easy to clean.

I have tried different potatoes, different oils but followed your cooking and preperation instructions. Chips just toast on the top and don't cook properly. The home made healthy chips was one of the main reasons we purchased this type of oven

Only had it for a month and it is now steaming up between the 2 pieces of glass on the door so you cannot see how the cook is coming along. Any adice would be great. Ps...hard to score correctly....otherwise it has great features.

I have had 2 of these ovens and when used on Convector it will not pre-heat or cook anything they both cut out after 2 minutes Bought it to replace an ageing Sharp. Tried also in Microwave mode ran for 3 mins then reset its self.

this product is good for nothing. auto cook menu is just a waste.. nothing cooks in this microwave and the things get burnt and uncooked most of the time. i will never recommend this product to anybody.

Just purchased this product today, so not used it properly yet. Nice features, a lot quieter than my previous one (not a Samsung) which has broken, so, hopefully it will cook well too.

Timer went faulty after 12months. Replacement timer dosent operate any of the functions. Still trying to get someone at Samsung to arrange another repair.

Good for meals and veg, but how are you supposed to roast a chicken with no metal turntable like other manufacturers supply so hence low star rating

Thanks for the feedback, Alex! Depending on the model you have purchased, you are supplied with the following, a Roller Ring, Turntable and High Rack, Low Rack. In this convection, you can roast 1000-1100g of Chicken at 450W + 200 °C, this is in the User Manual. Cookware for cooking with microwaves + convection should be ovenproof (like glass, pottery or china without metal trims). ^HA at Samsung Support
