A. Yes, you can get a refund for the Galaxy Ring without returning the Sizing Kit. We will cancel the order automatically. Should you want to purchase a ring after the order was cancelled, please place a new order with your desired ring size.

A. No, you can only exchange your Ring for a different colour (applicable if the product is not shipped yet). If you need a different size, then you should return your Galaxy Ring for a refund (only applicable if the product is sealed and intact - see our Returns Policy) and purchase a new one. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend ordering a free sizing kit to avoid buying the wrong size

A. The performance of the Galaxy Ring is the same no matter which finger you wear it on. Put it on the finger you feel the most comfortable. However, Double Pinch gesture control has been optimised to work best when worn on your index finger.

A. Place the Galaxy Ring in the Charging Case and close it. When you open the Charging Case again, a pop-up will appear on the Samsung Galaxy smartphone, requesting connection. If the pop-up doesn't appear, press the Multi-purpose button for at least 3 seconds with the Galaxy Ring placed inside the Charging Case. You can also connect the Galaxy Ring to your Samsung Galaxy smartphone after downloading the Galaxy Wearable app and following the instructions onscreen. ※ Pop-up may not appear when the Charging Case or the Galaxy Ring is not sufficiently charged. ※ To pair Galaxy Ring to another brand Android smartphone, download the Galaxy Wearable app via the Google Play Store and follow the on-screen instructions.

A. Galaxy Ring is supported on Android smartphones from other brands over R OS version (Android 11.0). ※ However, some features, such as Double Pinch and Find My Ring does not work on Android smartphones of other brands.

A. A tattoo or mole may interfere with the Optical Bio-signal Sensor's tracking. This may prevent the Galaxy Ring from recognising that you're wearing it and may not work properly. So we recommend that you wear it on another non-tattooed or mole-free finger.

A. No, you don't have to return the Sizing Kit. No extra fee will be charged. Also, please note that only one Sizing Kit per order number will be provided free of charge, no matter how many rings you purchase.

A. All your health and wellness metrics monitored by Galaxy Ring are synced directly to the Samsung Health app on your smartphone. In Samsung Health you can see metrics such as your heart rate, step count, calories burnt, sleep data and more. You can download Samsung Health from the Google Play Store.

A. If disconnected from your smartphone, Galaxy Ring will sync any health data to Samsung Health when it is reconnected to your smartphone.

A. No, you should refrain from using ultrasonic cleaners as they may cause damage to your Galaxy Ring.

A. To maximize usage time of Ring, tracking is done by Watch (Ring enters PSM (power saving mode)) in most cases except when user goes to sleep . When user goes to sleep, Ring is prioritized and sleep data is tracked and integrated from both Watch & Ring. In case Watch is disconnected or out of battery, Ring wakes up and tracks instead. Both devices aid to improve accuracy & battery time of the other (synergy).

When i initially purchased the ring, it worked fine. However, after 3-4 months or so, the battery life dropped to 3 days which i thought Is yet acceptable and manageable, but now after 6 months the battery dies within 6 hours, which means the ring is simply unusable. Also, people who have experienced a similar situation, then the next problem is the battery could expand and hurt the finger, so now i am scared to even use the ring. I would suggest don't bother and waste time and money in buying the galaxy ring as many people are facing battery issues. I hope Samsung reaches out to me and resolves this problem for me on priority.

Bought it at launch. Two months later just completely stopped working ☹️. Fitness tracking is only very basic; running & walking only. Sleep tracking is accurate.

After 4 months the battery lasts only 1 day. I brought 2 times my ring to assistance and they told me "all fine". I bought this ring ONLY because in the specs is written that the battery would last up to 7 days, depending on the ring dimension and I have got the biggest one

Here Samsung have a few hundred pounds and give me a ring that will be e waste in two years. That's what is happening and happened to me. Yes I've done absolutely everything recommended to try and fix it to no avail. If reviews were done after a year or so then this product would not sell. The battery just won't last for a time period worthy of the price. Rant over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well this will be different a health ring instead of a phone let’s see how it goes as it’s early days the unboxing seems very premium but the ring does seem slightly plastic and then as I’m used to wearing rings it doesn’t seem as strong but all the time will tell it’s a good fit and we will be interesting to see how this pans out

Works well until the known disconnect issue happened @ 18 months. Ring will not stay connected when wearing, unit disconnects shortly after removal from charger and will not reconnect without bing placed in the craddle. All appropriate fault and fix proceedures followed. An expensive product if it does not last well...

The battery gets problematic like ASAP, starting to decrease until it lasts a few hours... The Ring support is a shame. Calling the support, they will ask to collect it. If it is not possible, they are going to send you to some Experience Store because Online Advisors don't know that Galaxy Ring cannot be repaired at the Store or cannot be received there; it must be sent for repair. Why don't they know about it? Good question. Regarding connectivity, it is a chaos, losing connection or missing tracks during the day's exercises or sleeping activities Tracking maybe due so.e problematic sensors... I have so many different Samsung Appliances like Fold 7, S25 Ultra, Flip 6, Freestyle 2, Tab S10, TV Neo, laptop... high tier on my Samsung account, but I can tell you 100%: Samsung should review it.

I bought this a year back and after 3 month its battery started draining superfast. But due to warranty i have sent it back tl them and i have received an full amont of xtra store but same ring is not available on xtra store offline and online

Würde den Ring nicht mehr direkt bei Samsung Kaufen. Lieber Bei Digitec. Akku nach 1 Jahr nicht mehr gut . Ring muss Morgen und Abends geladen werden. Garantie Abwicklung mit Samsung ist unmöglich.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
