1. In the Screen Repair service, only the display screen of the mobile phone is replaced, making it more economical.

1. In the Screen Replacement service, the whole metal frame along with the display screen is replaced, which makes it a bit costly.

2. Models included: Galaxy S Series (S20-S23), Note10, Note10+, Note20, Note20 Ultra, Fold and Flip (3-5).

2. All models are eligible for the Screen Replacement service.

3. The Screen Repair service is available across the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait.

3. The Screen Replacement service can be easily requested through the door-to-door repair link from the comfort of your home.

Important notes:

  • The disclaimer at checkout must be acknowledged since it’s an indication of the Screen Repair program. If it’s not applicable for your device, then the original cost from the authorised service centre will be charged. The service charges will be recalculated if there is a difference between the initially mentioned damage and damage upon inspection.
  • You are required to make a payment for the service charges to the advised authorised partner prior to the service & delivery, either online through the SMS link sent by Samsung Authorised Service Centre or by Cash on Delivery.
  • In case of any other damage done by the end-user to the device, it can be dealt with as out-of-warranty even if the device falls under warranty period.
    (Final inspection by our technician is required to determine the condition).
  • Our technicians will inspect your device once it is received and report their assessment for your approval on any price change or other requirements.
  • For locations that are out of the city reach & over 60 Kilometers – a delivery fee will be applicable for repair collection & delivery back to the customer: single ride up to (30 AED, 30 QAR, 2.5 KWD, 3.15 OMR, 3 BHD) for courier services.
  • Cancellation fees are applicable for units that were collected in case the customer decides to cancel the service request along with the courier charges.
