How to delete all information saved in Samsung Pass

You can use the Samsung Pass app to view, edit, or delete all saved information. When you delete your data, all biometric details, sign-in information, and app usage history stored on the device will be permanently removed. However, your Samsung account, agreement to the terms and conditions, and any data synchronised with Samsung Cloud will remain.

How to delete data

Follow the steps below to remove all information saved in Samsung Pass from your device. Once deleted, the data cannot be restored, so make sure to proceed only if you no longer need the stored information.

Step 1. Tap the Samsung Pass app.

  • Menu names and paths may vary depending on the device model and software version.
  • Before you start, make sure your device is connected to the internet and that you are signed in to your Samsung account.
