360 Audio Recording and how can I use it in S23 Series

With microphones attached to both of the Galaxy Buds2 Pro's earbuds, you can record realistic 3D sounds (binaural sound) without cumbersome microphones and bulky cameras. You may capture vividly priceless memories at any time, anyplace.

On the most recent firmware upgrade of the phone, 360 audio recording is functional while starting a video recording in the Samsung Camera app.

You may follow the below steps to enable 360 Audio Recording:

1. Navigate to Home Screen > Tap on Camera App

2. Tap on Camera Settings.

3. Tap on Advanced Video Options.

4. Turn on 360 audio recording.

Note:  

  • Supported models: Galaxy Z Fold4/ Flip4 with the latest version of One UI 5.0 update, Galaxy S23 and later launching models
  • Supported wearable models: Galaxy Buds2 pro with the latest firmware version and launching later models. 

360 audio recording requires wearing both earbuds on to record vivid on-site sound as if listening with your ears in person. 

The ANC (Active Noise Canceling) function is temporarily deactivated during recording so that you can easily recognize the surrounding situation while using 360 audio recording. It will automatically return to ANC mode after recording is finished.
