How to perform hardware tests through Samsung Members?

Last Update date : 2023-05-08

Check the performance of your device with Samsung Members. Is a specific feature of your device not functioning properly? Do you want to know what the current state of your battery is? Before visiting a service center, try using self-diagnostic tools to check the performance of your device. The Diagnostics feature of the Samsung Members app allows you to self-diagnose and analyze over 24 different features and functions of your phone, such as the battery, NFC, SIM card, Mobile network, Sensor, Speaker, Camera, Touch screen, Wired headphones, Face Recognition, Bluetooth, and so on.

Use the Samsung Members app Diagnostic tool to check the status of your device. You have the option of diagnosing individual categories or running a full diagnostic check. When the diagnostic is finished, you can view the results and status of your device by selecting the corresponding icon. To begin your diagnostic check, follow the steps below.

1 Open Samsung Members
2 Select Support on the lower half of the screen.
3 Tap View tests located under Diagnostics.
4 If you would like to run through all of the Diagnostics checks, tap Test all.

Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

5 If preferred, you may check specific Diagnostics and tap them directly to begin.

For individual diagnostic checks, you can view your results after the check is complete
