What to do when I cannot find the device in the phone’s Bluetooth connection settings?

Incase you find any issue while connecting your SmartTag to your bluetooth connection, or you find difficulties in finding your tag in the bluetooth connection setting, it can be because of several reasons.

Please check below steps for proper connection:

• Check if the device you want to connect to is in a searchable or connectable state.

• Check if there is a device you want to connect to your product within the maximum Bluetooth connection range (120 m).

• Try searching again after resetting the product.

If the problem is not yet resolved after trying all the above methods, please contact our call center or visit a purchased location.
