The original frame arrived snapped in two. The packaging was abysmal and Dpd Samsung's 'chosen' delivery partner are notoriously negligent and unreliable. They insisted that I return the broken frame so their 'scientists' could examine it before they would authorise a replacement. It then took more than two months, and more than twenty emails for the replacement to arrive. Throughout it has been impossible to get any accurate information - far less any action from their 'customer services'. The 'white' bezel is anything but - it is more of a dingy off white - like a shirt washed so often that is starting to look grey. All in all a dreadful experience and a product that is as shoddy as it is exorbitantly expensive. AVOID!

I couldn't buy in NZ, tried with every outlet including Samsung with no opportunity to pre-order or purchase anywhere. I ended up getting a frame from the UK and it is not compatible with my 55" and keeps falling off as I tried to velcroe it on. This is really terrible service. Lift your game guys.

you will need to have the tv on ground level to install the rivets. and forget about ever removing them after install due to how hard it is to push them into the frame.
