Really easy to set up, took about 15mins for me to unpack and attach the stand correctly and a further 15mins to go through the setup process on screen. It was really straightforward to do, and the on screen instructions were easy to follow. Took a couple of attempts to connect to my WIFI but that isn't an issue. Has all the main apps already installed and the remote control has quick link buttons to the commons ones (netflix, amazon prime etc.) The picture is amazing, very crisp and great colours. Considering that I bought this teevee to go in the bedroom and it really is a great purchase. Not expensive for FHD either.

Bought this as a replacement to a 4 year old version that was uneconomical to repair and have the exact same model in the kitchen that's 2 years old, this updated version is slow, I sent the first one back as that was terrible, the replacement isn't much better. Maybe it is the 1410 firmware at the kitchen one has a 13xx firmware with no update pending. Anyway disappoint with it. We also have the 32in smart monitor which is superb and wish I'd bought a second one of. Considering the usual quality of Samsung products this is a complete let down, even at the bargain price.

I bought this a few weeks ago now from my local independent supplier and it was them who installed it and set it up for me to use. I like this set very much but I'd really prefer to have more direct action buttons to press rather than have to dive into the on-screen menu to change settings. So fat it has been great but I would have like better quality sound output from it as standard and more sturdy feet on which it stands. The 32" suits my lounge well but I would have bought a slightly larger model if one had been available , but the next size up, 40" would not fit the space I have. I hope it proves to be as reliable and long lived as my previous TV, which lasted 16 years, only having to change it because ITV Hub couldn't be updated.

Its a 'smart tv' but with so many unremovable apps built in there's barely enough room to add any new apps (not that the app library has much to choose from). There is no screensaver options. Picture quality is good except there is some kind of dynamic brightness feature which is very jarring on certain shows and seems impossible to disable. The DLNA interface to our media library feels crippled - painfully slow to use, no options to change view or file order. Not even a shuffle mode for playing music. There's no apparent way to select files to create a playlist. And the fact that it feels like Sasmung have intentionally removed or limited any 'smart' features makes me feel like Samsung have no repect for their customers. Sound sucked too - had to buy a soundbar (TV didn't recognise recognise our home stereo amp)

Bought this April 2021.: sound not good but was pleased overall. Then 2 weeks ago tv would not switch on, red light flashing on and off. Guarantee was only 12 months. Took to tv engineer who diagnosed a new back panel would be required. . He said it was an expensive replacement having only bought set just over 12 months ago. ISo not going ahead. Shame as I got on well with this model.. Think this is an issue with this particular model

Decent performance from a well known brand. With no surprises or major slip-ups, this edition lives up to the task with enough aplum to keep the doubters at bay! Sound could be both louder and of a better quality but hey, if it were any better I'd have little excuse to treat myself to the after-sales treat of a samsung soundboard which will surely keep the fence-sitters out of site for a while! Overall: no standards dropped here!

If you want to turn the TV on and get instant channels and TV guide, then it's not the TV for us. Maybe we are old fashioned, but we do notvwant yo have to go to apps and wait for the process of a programme starting up. TV is for secondary use in the kitchen. Thankfully it isn't our main TV, which happens to be a Samsung (like all our techno products) and was an easy straightforward set up and functional.

Really frustrating experience! As a long standing buyer of Samsung products this purchase with additional HW-T400 has been very disappointing. The unit does not have blue tooth connection which I wrongly assumed it did. Please read the small print details. I have now to buy an optical cable to combine both together. I really did not want to use a cable.

I have had no problems with this TV at all, great colour/ picture, great sound. Only small thing i would change is a slightly bigger remote control (not big finger friendly) and would have a block tv stand in middle of tv for extra stability, but i am very very happy with the tv, so much so we bought a 2nd slighter bigger one for the other room.
I recommended this product.

Bought this tv for our bedroom to replace our old one. Clear full HD picture and clear crisp sound. It’s a smart tv so has everything built in (apps ect). The most horribly ridiculous Remote I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Useless! It's not the TV that's the problem, just the remote "AND" the poor back up "Manual-wise". Even tried on PC, but to download is a #%^&*(#!@ nightmare. Would never buy another with a remote like this. Back to the reliable LG's for me

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Picture and sound good. But have to crawl on the floor to switch off as no "off" switch. Can't believe that in this day and age that it's designed to be on energy-wasteful standby. Also each time I switch on I have to reconnect the network. Had I known all this, I would not have bought it.

TV is brilliant so far. No issues at all. Set up was easy, connection to the internet was seamless and the connection has never dropped! Picture and volume are great and have already got used to the new features and the confusion of using a smart TV for the first time! Would definitely recommend!

Brought this TV as something to have in the kitchen and keep the Grandkids occupied and not throwing their dinner around the lounge! Turns out it’s got everything and more on it, and as got the Samsung TV, well knock yourself out, it’s massive!!! Certainly recommend this little beauty!!

WiFi, freeview tuning is superb, Samsung TV plus was unexpected and works a treat on a canal narrowboat. Sound quality is great, picture quality is stunning even on std definition tv, move to a hd channel or hdmi and it’s incredibly impressive. My viewing distance from seat to tv is approximately 2 metres from one side of the boat to the other and just cannot believe the overall quality. Samsung TV Plus offer’s loads of channels beyond freeview via WiFi and only need a reasonable signal to make the magic happen. Don’t have high speed broadband on the boat but a SIM card router with mimo external antenna and external tv antenna gives me all I need. I live onboard in very rural areas and the Samsung tv outperforms several other modern televisions I have used, I’d love to experience the sound bar have the whole experience but pennies say I’ll have to wait a while. There are loads of tvs out there but price point and features are beyond belief on this piece of electronic magic. Well done designer’s

The tv is very light and ideal for fixing to the wall. The picture is excellent and the sound is acceptable as a second tv. It is also very good value. Connects nicely with Google home so we can tell Google to turn on and off. Works well with our Sky mini box. Overall very pleased.

Perfect for watching sport with a good sound system . The right size for a room 3 x 4 m without overpowering the place. The initial setup is easy and you are guided through this - some time taken is required to insert passwords for sites such as BT or NOW.

Within 1st week HDMI port 1 stopped working, had to do a factory reset & go through whole set up process again. WiFi connection stopped working after 3 weeks & wouldn't reconnect another factory reset required. Sound and picture quality good for the price.

Usual Samsung quality picture, quality sound, not tinny with decent clear speech. Bought to replace a 6/7 year old Curved 32" Samsung for kitchen use which is the maximum size to fit on worktop and below wall units. I usually thoroughly research purchases but I could kick myself for expecting this new Samsung to have at least the same features as the one I was replacing. I am thoroughly disappointed that this television does not include time shift function, which I used every day to pause live TV and record to hard disc. Samsung have a limited 32" range of televisions and the next model (The Frame) was considerably dearer, which if it has time shift/record I would have purchased instead of this one. My 5 Year old large Curved screen in the lounge is still working perfectly and also has time shift and hard disc recording. Only replaced old 32" as intermittently not responding to remote handset, might consider getting it repaired unless Samsung can upgrade software to include time shift option. I would have given 5 Stars if it had time shift.

Very happy with this TV. Dealing with the provider was the most difficult part and soon got used to and appreciated the one remote. Also able to play my tapes and C/D video player but not record programs. Great to have Freeview built in.

Great smart tv with all the features. However if you are fitting it to a wall bracket then you will need some 4mm screws/bolts. Most brackets come with various 5 or 6mm bolts for bigger tv's which do not fit.

I've been looking at TVs for a while and this one sounded great, but could find no mention of Freeview. After reading many (very positive) reviews I did finally find one where they said it does indeed come with Freeview via and aerial, so I bought it straight away. As is the current trend with TV stands, the feet are wide apart, so a problem for me as it would be sitting on top my HiFi stand, but no problem as there are plenty of after market solutions, albeit annoying to have to spend out more money. Back to the TV. I have a Samsung account and it uses this (if you have one) to set everything up via you phone, but this can be done manually. Didn't take long to be up and running and the picture is lush with very acceptable sound (for a 32" TV at bedroom volume levels). I previously had a 32" Panasonic which was 11 years old but had a horrible buzz on bright pictures, but this TV is completely quiet, result! Overall I'm very happy. The bezel in reality is a little wider than all the promotional photos but not a problem. It comes with all the apps you might want and extra channels too so you're spoilt for choice. My first Samsung TV after many years as a Sony fanboy.
