[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this TV but there are some things that really frustrate me. the compatibility of this TV with remotes for cable and console devices is very inconsistent. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and there's no Rhyme or Reason as to why it won't work at a specific time and will work other times. also the TV is capable of showing custom and personal photos but the screen saver application doesn't let you use those photos as the screen saver. so when you walk by your TV when it's not on it's just some generic piece of junk wallpaper and not something that truly reflects aesthetic the room that the TV is in. Samsung should truly consider updates that accommodate changes so their customers can maximize use of their products

If its not the quality and service, understand the Tizen Samsung spam in the TV is nonstop. Do yourself a favor, dont buy a Samsung TV. While the initial brightness and upscaling look ok, the TV will fail shortly after and you will wonder why. The soundstage and contrast are poor. Don't do it, Samsung doesnt care, so you have to!

The picture quality is outstanding. The smoothness of the picture is great. I use it with PS5 and does great for me. Even old movies/TV series look great. I use a Bose soundbar and it integrates nicely with my system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best TV I've ever owned. Aside from it being the largest I've owned, the brightness, color, and all around picture are excellent. Alexa built in was also a cool bonus, and Samsung TV with lots of free channels and movies was also something I was pleasantly surprised with. Add a Samsung Center channel theater speaker and a couple surround speakers, and the TV speaker work along side everything for an amazing sound for movies, or just regular TV. Voices are crisp, and the music or background noise do not drown out their voices during cinematic sequences. Great TV all around - wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Probably should point out that I'm not an audiophile or 5k fanatic. Just your average movie watcher that wanted a gigantic screen that was crystal clear up close, far away and at pretty much any angle.

The remote is a little complicated but I think that that is more the fact that I have to get used to it as it is quite different to my old remote.

Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop. De televisie heeft een groot en mooi scherm dat perfect in mijn woonkamer past. Het beeld is heel scherp en helder, waardoor films, series en sportwedstrijden er prachtig uitzien. De kleuren zijn levendig en natuurlijk, en ook donkere scènes blijven goed zichtbaar. Het geluid is duidelijk en krachtig genoeg voor dagelijks gebruik. Daarnaast werkt het smart-tv-menu snel en is het eenvoudig om apps zoals Netflix en YouTube te gebruiken. Ook het ontwerp van de televisie is erg modern en stijlvol. Hij ziet er luxe uit en neemt weinig ruimte in beslag door het slanke design. Wat ik daarnaast erg waardeer, is de snelle en vriendelijke klantenservice. Vragen werden snel beantwoord en de ondersteuning was professioneel. Al met al ben ik erg blij met deze televisie en zou ik hem zeker aanraden aan anderen.

The black levels are always perfect and the TV is so bright I use it on standard most of the time except uncertain Sports. Absolutely love the TV. It supports all the apps that I need and has bold enough sound I don't even need my home theater system. Definitely would recommend to anybody.
