Samsung follows up to assure all is going well. 4 star review is because of the sound. I need to turn the volume almost all the way up to hear a regular show. My other Samsung tv’s do not have this issue, I have 3 other tvs, just purchased a Samsung refrigerator (also highly recommended), plus a convection/airfry stove and microwave. Have always had wonderful performance from Samsung - just this one tv has exceptionally poor sound. Still would recommend.

It is the largest screen I can comfortably use in the sunroom without blocking the view from our pool and all the flowers. It has an excellent picture and there is nothing more I would like to have that this does not have. I have been using Samsung TV for years, and this one is the reason why. Highly recommend getting a Samsung. (I wanted to provide an image of my TV but the form would not allow me to input it).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main complaint about this tv is that I can see my lamp, when it’s on, reflected in the screen. I read a lot of reviews but never saw this mentioned. I thought those days were over. I also don’t care for the volume control adjuster on the remote. Rather than having buttons, it’s a small raised bar that has to be pushed/ pulled up or down & trying to lower the volume is not always easy for me. Quite often I accidentally push the bar in & that mutes the sound. I’d rather have 3 buttons than one for all 3 functions. When watching a show on a Samsung Plus station I have trouble with it buffering an abnormal amount. I don’t have this problem on any of the apps I use though. The tv is a good size and I can read the screen well. It has a good picture & sound, which are my main criteria as an average everyday viewer.

But made it home safe and sound. It was easy to set up, felt super easy to customize, and now I can stream my favorite shows and play on my video games on the big screen. The color is amazing, and picks up the wifi extremely well so the video is always crisp and fast loading. It couldn't compare to some TVs i had in the past. Samsung had much stronger colors and a much better contrast compared to others. Much better sounds and with my Samsung phone being an extra controller made the set up easier, much easier than when I had my other smart tvs. I definitely feel like I have an upgrade getting the Crystal UHD 4K TV. It was definitely worth purchasing it.

This new TV replaced another Samsung that I had for about 15 years that I just loved. My only reason for not giving it five stars is the sound quality. If that could be improved I would give it a five. This TV is in my bedroom so it doesn’t need to be blasting loud and I sleep with the TV on (yes, including the one that lasted 15 years). Otherwise this is a great TV. I can’t totally figure out how to just stream without a cable box connection but that’s me not the TV.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Samsung televisions. Native apps work great and eliminate the need for exterior devices.

The responsiveness is negatively affected by a remote control which is too small with limited capability. Volume control is so sensitive that it switches to ‘mute’ every time you try to adjust the level. Really stressful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is superior I’m not happy with the remote control, it was not designed right when finger barely touches it, it turns off the tv or it changes the to another server. I can’t get any live stream without having a tv provider which I got rid of because the expense and going with a Samsung I was told that is the way to go, obviously not the way to go without a provider or having to buy extra antennas and more equipment.
