The Downside of the TV is that it doesn’t Support discovery+ and also BBC iPlayer the only way you can get these at Present is through an external source such as a Amazon Firestick which was a bit disappointing as it stated on the Site we went on to Buy the TV that it did. The Brightness, Contrast, and Upscaling leave a bit to be desired when viewing non-4K content. Very happy with brightness of pictures and like responsiveness. DO NOT like that we cannot receive bbc iplayer, this is a channel we used a lot. Are you able to install this? Would consider changing the television for a different make if you are not installing it. Do you have a time when you think it might be installed or is the answer never?

I admit I do not have any streaming services, but can’t seem to get much of anything on this YV. I recently signed up for one streaming platform, and the only way I can watch it is to use my browser and then login. It doesn’t make for much television viewing. The Samsung Smart TV has great options you can use via your remote. I actually cancelled my local cable tv channels as this TV offers TONS of free ones and subscription offers. The picture quality is fantastic! Sound is clear. This 50" UHD TV is a perfect size, just right. So glad I bought it! You will never regret it!

The picture is very clear and colors are bright. Very disappointed that there is no port for a soundbar. We can't use the sound bar that we used on the Samsung we're replacing and must purchase a new wireless soundbar that costs more than the tv if we want to hear the tv and as well as watch it.

Nice slim design. The color and clarity of the picture are stunning. It almost looks 3-D especially with nature shows or any programs with landscapes. Sound quality is clear and steady. I wish the controller that came with it was bigger for my old eyes and that the guide button was separate from from the channel button. I accidentally hit the guide a lot when I'm trying to change the channel. The same thing happens with the volume buttons. I accidentally hit the mute button when I'm trying to lower or raise the volume. But I can just get a differnt controller. Overall, my wife and eye are very happy with the purchase.

I’m a pretty tech savvy person but in general find the Samsung a bit confusing. For lack of time I have given up and use my fire stick 4k. I love using AirPlay to show my phone photos on the screen. The TV itself is excellent for the price, but the remote control's volume adjustment design is extremely frustrating. I understand that there is an app available that allows you to use your phone as a remote, but I would prefer to use the actual remote for this basic function. I've only had the TV for about a week, and the app keeps disconnecting or going offline, which makes relying on it even more frustrating.

The complaint I have is that when switching screens and turning on the screen doesn’t light up at once. The top 25% stays darker for a few seconds longer than the bottom. It did this from the beginning. I’ve only had the TV for 4 months.
