Bad product that doesn't fit snug and looks bad. I had my frame for a couple years before I bought the bezel. I actually purchased a TCL NXTVISION TV, which is their frame style TV, and it came with a free bezel. It was so easy to install and looked nice so it encouraged me to buy this bezel. What a waste of money. It actually looks worse than the TV because it's warped and doesn't fit snug on the corners. I'm an hour into trying to return this jumping through their online hoops and they still want me to pay a restocking fee for a terrible product. Do yourself a favor in the kids a different bezel. Or, better yet, if you haven't already bought the TV by a TCL instead. Much better product

WalleyeGuy, Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation: 1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them. 2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides. 3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place. 4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces. This is our 2nd frame and we couldn't be more than happy with this purchase. When we get visitors they always have compliments on how esthetically pleasing it is and also the image quality. Some didn't even notice that this was actually a TV.

Já está na hora da reposição da moldura né? NENHUMA cor disponível. Absurdo já venderem a TV cara sem uma moldura junto, pior ainda querer comprar e não ter. Qual a funcionalidade da tv então? Um diferencial para complementar o estilo da The Frame. Optei pelo modelo branco, que combinou muito bem com a minha sala e painel. Sobre a disponibilidade das molduras, é só ficar de olho aqui no site. Quando comprei a TV, as molduras estavam esgotadas, mas uns 3 dias depois, consegui comprar. Para colocar a moldura, é muito simples, bastando encaixar na tv, assim como é muito fácil para retirar.

Depois de quase 1 ano tentando comprar, pois sempre está indisponível, consegui fazer a compra e a entrega foi relativamente rápida. Mas não vale de perto o preço que se pede pelo produto, material bem simples de plástico, não vale nunca mais de 350 reais, fora que nunca tem disponível para compra. Resumindo, muito caro pela qualidade do produto, apesar da proposta ser legal e quando se instala ficar algo diferente, além da demora de ter em estoque no site.

it's advertised as a stylish wood (or very close to wood) bezel. unfortunately, it has a cheap plastic feel to it. exorbitant price for what it is. i ordered teak hoping it will be as shown in the picture. in reality it's darker than what the pictures show. kind of looks like a dirty beige color. fits well though and hence a few stars.

if you ordered the modern teak bezel expecting the color to be similar to what was called beige (2020) you’re going to be disappointed as this cheek color frame is much darker and has a green/ gray hue to it. if hanging on a wall with other art that is natural or light wood frame including earlier samsung the frames in beige this teak frame doesnt blend in nor does it pop in a good way. also finding that some art doesnt look as good as it could b/c of the darker gray/green tone. bring back beige please. guess for now white is the only other option.

Teak looks nice, it is cheap plastic, but is still OK from a distance. The corner fasteners supplied will not stay in place - they just fall out. Giving up on them (but they don't seem totally necessary). Don't understand what the holes are for underneath, you have to put little plastic plugs in the holes, and the plugs are black! Why not make them the same colour as the frame - or not have holes at all? They are recessed, so you don't see them (unless your TV is up high).

I bought the Frame TV and absolutely love it as watch a lot of sport EPL but the Art side is next level it is believable but the Bevel frame just completes the illusion of it being a picture frame! Highly recommend. Used it on rotation wall mount did not use clips just clipped on and used magnets rotates and works like a charm. Love it simple but looks stunning.

cheap flimsy plastic attached with equally flimsy fasteners. making the corners look solid needs a lot of nudging and patience. to avoid fracturing the plastic, you'll need to remove it before moving the tv. from a distance it passes as wood, but this is not the samsung quality we've grown accustomed-to. worth maybe 25% of what they're charging.

Is it the single item that elevates this tv from an ordinary black, dead space on your wall into the finest art that blends seamlessly with your decor??? ALSO YES Assuming yours does not come broken, this is a MUST HAVE accessory for the frame tv (otherwise there are much better pure TVs out there)

The quality of the picture is great. What is not disclosed is te frame purchased for the TV covers the eye control so the rotating pictures, when not in use shuts down. If the frame is removed, when not in use, the rotating pictures will continue to rotate every so many minutes. Defeats the purpose of a framed TV.

took around two months to receive. the 2021 teak bezel is a much darker color in-person, sort of a mid brown color. it was super easy to apply - snaps right on via magnets. the bezel also fit the tv perfectly. no issues there. samsung - please bring back the 2020 light beige color for the 2021 version!

Very disappointed in the “The Frame” for the TV. Ot does not look like a frame. Just a white version of what comes around the TV bit in white. I saw your framed TV at a friends and it looked like a picture frame. The one sent does not and that was the main reason why I bought it.

Outrageously overpriced for what it is It's not well made. It's just cheap plastic. The production quality is not great either. The corners do not line up properly. So you see a gap at each corner. It looks like just a cheap plastic picture frame.

The bezel fits well and looks nice. However the corner plastic clips that are meant to bring the corners tightly together don't fit. Got two on, but the others will not click into place. For the cost of the bezel a poor design.

The corner clips that connect the bezel onto the TB broke during installation. The product is made from thin, plastic. Don’t waste your money, and if it is included for free during the order, don’t expect a nice product.

the corners didn't come together tightly so there was a visible gap at the seams. when using the cheap plastic corner piece to put together, the plastic snapped upon squeezing. looks nice, but not a sturdy "frame."

Marko, Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation: 1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them. 2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides. 3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place. 4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces.
