Is A DLP TV Made For The North American Market Convertible To The PAL System?

No Samsung TVs made for the North American market can be converted to or used with the PAL system. The video standard used in the United States  - NTSC  - is incompatible with PAL.

Note: Samsung does make TVs that are compatible with the PAL system, but they are only available in countries in which PAL is the video standard.
