Compramos la nevera gris clara el 7 de julio y llegó defectuosa el 13 de julio. Desde entonces, hemos estado suplicando por un cambio, que supuestamente está autorizado, pero seguimos esperando sin nevera. El producto es de pésima calidad; se sobrecalentó, poniéndonos en riesgo, y dejó una marca. Nunca funcionó correctamente desde que se conectó por primera vez, a pesar de que fue instalada por un técnico de la marca. Ya hemos realizado todas las reclamaciones pertinentes y, hasta la fecha, seguimos esperando el cambio. Evite un dolor de cabeza y no lo compre. Lastima que no vi por esta pagina las malas recomendaciones.

For some reason someone felt it was necessary to leave advertising text on the water dispenser and on the inside. “All around cooling” and “Easy access dispenser “ ruins how beautiful this fridge is. My dispenser lever is plastic and got scratched first day. Nowhere, does it say to be careful using glass on the plastic dispenser. The shelves have a few ways to be adjusted in order to fit large things in it. You have to put two shelves together, which leaves a very small space to put only very small things in. This is somewhat of a design flaw.

Smart 3-Door French Door Refrigerator, in beautiful brushed stainless has arrived in the Lester Family home with twice the space of its older predecessor; I'm not sure I can wrap my head around the reality that it seems to be larger on the inside (something akin to Dr. Who's TARTIS), but the engineers at Samsung deserve some kudos for this one! From the beautiful flat door featuring an ergonomic and clean line design to the Samsung SmartThings smartphone app. to the external filtered water dispenser and automatic ice maker; we fell in love with this refrigerator from day one.

Small enough to not take up much room but the layout inside makes it very spacious. The interior organization makes everything very accessible and easy to spot items. The compartments are also spacious and well organized. The exterior minimalist no handles protruding look is a true art piece. Love it. The water dispenser works as should with no dripping and not so many digital buttons. Fridge compartment and freezer are cold and to the right temperatures and maintain it. The ice wedges are good size and the ice compartment is a nice size and out of the way. Which I like a lot. Not noisy at all. The whole fridge itself and ice maker are mute. Open or closed. No condensation or leaking of the coldness so seals are golden. The leveling feature was as easy as it gets. Water line installation was also very easy. Filter access is very visible and easily replaceable. Also visible and easy to use temperature and lock features inside fridge. If all that is not great the extra features are a diamond ++ The door open for x amount of time alarm, the WiFi Bluetooth connectivity, the app which I got with all my Samsung appliances is great (don’t have to open fridge for controls, all done on app, very responsive) I also have appliances connected to to my Amazon echo show 11 and works flawlessly.

Before 2024 I could only find 1 fridge that fits in and that was the one I already have I kept searching and found this Samsung fridge on sale! I'm so happy, it fits and work great! I like the water dispenser on the door and that it does not take much space off the door. After having side by side fridge with very narrow freezer for years, I m so happy with those freezer drawers!! You can't imagine the struggle I had with that narrow freezer for years! I have to wipe down the doors more often now as I have brand new shiny fridge with no handles. The only thing that could've be better is handles. I would deeply regret if the model with handles exist and I just didn't notice it.

Compré este producto con su respectiva instalación en la cual solo conectaron el ducto del agua, no se niveló el producto y no se realizaron más validaciones. El producto en este momento no puedo usarlo ya que genera una alerta aproximadamente cada minuto y al revisar los controles la parte del refrigerador parece no estar trabajando correctamente, al igual cuando abro la nevera no se encienden las luces. Muy desafortunada la compra y a la espera de la respuesta que Samsung me dé con un producto que no he podido ni usar

We replaced a 2 door refrigerator with this one, and so far, it has been great. Installation was super easy and has a little wheels that really helps to move your fridge. Lighting is wonderful, nice white color and super bright, you can see everything inside. Absolutely love the wifi features with the app you can control the temperature of the fridge, the freezer and turn on and off the ice maker. Super easy to download the app and connect to it. Perfect size of the water dispenser it can fit a water bottle and dispense cold water. Huge interior. Very quiet. The freezer holds a lot too. The drawers allow us to keep everything organized in both the fridge and freezer. Perfect ice size and quick to make it. We are very happy with our fridge and totally recommend it.

But thus fridge has wifi tge only problem I was having to connect to the app was not working and still not working that you can control the temperature but you can also do it manually that is why Im giving 4 star but overall work great Im in love with my fridge has to many compartments that you can used for different item and easy to find no moore mess in the fridge or not having space. Im so happy make it this decision to buy it.. everyone love the fridge now we do noy have no moorw spoiled food or milk my old one having that problem will not keep every cold sometimes my old fridge keep my eggs frozen inside the fridge or the top was warm my milk was spoiled... Im so happy with my new samsung fridge this was the best investment I did...

Bueno resulta que tiene problemas la unidad que recibí con el desnivel de las puertas las medidas externas e internas no son simétricas, y la fábrica responde que esa es la calidad de ellos, esta es la tercera vez que solicito servicio al cliente por puertas desniveladas, sumado al desnivel cuando uno abre la puerta tráquea vamos haber que sucede. Pero sumado a lo que responden es muy mal fabricado con unos estándares de calidad malos. No compren eso.

The refrigerator keeps everything and just the right temperature and I love using the app so I can check on what the temperature is set for it makes ice easily and it has such a sleek look to it. The refrigerator is deep so I can store a lot of stuff.. I like the soda can or snack draw. I also really like the lower freezer. I wish the water dispenser had a cup shelf and ice dispenser. I like the large vegetable draws and large door shelves. The freezer draws are nice and deep.

The clean edges and flat surfaces (no protruding handles) fits well with the ongoing kitchen update project. The interior space is used well, with plenty adjustable shelves inside and on the doors as well as several drawers with humidity controls. The freezer drawer is great as it seems to hold more then our previous fridge and isn’t taking up that prime eye-level real estate. The ice maker and water dispenser is a big plus as well. Overall, we’re very satisfied with this purchase and the Moro enemy to our kitchen.

No hice caso a los comentarios y cometí un gran error, de verdad no compren ésa nevera, hace 2 días llegó, la dejé en reposo 1 día y al conectar, encender y probar el dispensador de agua no funcionó, ni el de hielo, los de soporte técnico no sé de dónde los contratan porque terminé explicándole cómo era el funcionamiento del panel, esto no es Samsung si no Zamzon, cómo juegan con el dinero de los demás, en una reseña leí que la nevera viene sin bomba de agua, no lo sé, el asesor me estaba asignando una visita técnica y no me respondió más porque si hora de trabajo finalizó y quedé en las mismas.

We only had space for a 30” wide refrigerator and let me tell you there are not a lot of the out there that are as good looking as this one. I’m amazed at the capacity, like it goes so far back!! And the water on the door is great because it doesn’t take away interior door storage. The ice cubes are half moons with smooth sides and the amount of ice it makes is fantastic. We chose it because it looked good and it was a Samsung, but we love it because it is literally a great looking refrigerator at a reasonable price compared to other brands. Would highly recommend!

Silent Compressor compared to other Brands I have owned over years and still have them GE Profile, Kitchen Aid, Thermador, Frigidaire. I have another Samsung Refrigerator in my Second Home 26 C F Twin Colling Plus since August 2016. So despite negative reviews stayed with Samsung with experience I had since 2016. One thing I learnt about Refrigerators regardless of a brand, but do not buy any Refrigerator where Ice Maker is located outside its natural habitat of a Freezer 0 Degree! It is popular now for convenience it is stationed at Refrigerator Section at 37 Degree.

i've seen a lot of reviews complaining about the water dispenser. i got a great deal so purchased without research. we set it up and made sure it was level. the only issue was it was leaking at first. read through support where it said to give it 24 hours and it should stop. i don't think it even took 12. i use the water dispenser daily a few times a day. the four stars is because the shelves in the refrigerator don't allow for tall items anywhere. i could move one shelf up or down, but then would have a shelf only for very short items. tall items do fit in the doors. i am not used to the big drawer freezer and have mixed feelings about it.

Water dispenser takes a bit of getting used to but the outside dispenser is a wonderful convenience. I would have given a 5 star except for two things, I would have preferred cantilever shelves that would allow for more shelf configurations and secondly, it is very easy to leave the freezer door slightly open, but that is part if the learning curve. It seems if the top bin of the freezer is pulled too far forward it prevents the door from automatically closing fully and you need to give it a good nudge to make sure it is closed. Regardless, love the fridge!

I love its size and capacity. It has ample space for all of my goodies in both the fridge and freezer. The only caveat would be that large items such as juice have to be stored on the doors. It is more energy efficient than the old model we replaced. I really like the ice tray in the bottom freezer compartment. our old Samsung fridge had thru the door ice and it always made a mess and it was almost impossible to get ice by hand. This model lets me turn the ice maker on/off from the app on my phone which is a nice extra!! I can even adjust the temperature with the app on my phone, the power cooling feature for both the fridge and the freezer is especially handy when we get home from grocery shopping.

This fridge Won’t maintain anything below 40° on its own. The inside thermostat said 34° but everything felt warmer to the touch, So I bought a thermometer, and sure enough it was almost 50°. When I force it to power cool, It does cool down and maintains for maybe a half-day at 34 to 38° maybe a 1/2 day, and then it’s right back up to 40°. Seriously, disappointed. I really do love Samsung products until this. I will be contacting Samsung ASAP

Ice tastes pure. Happy with the layout and size of this refrigerator and freezer. Love being able to check and change the settings from the smart things app even when I'm not home. I have a Samsung washer and dryer and, really love them. This model is very cool it has very deep depth which is good for me because I have some extra wiggle room out just not across. It's middle drawer is way deeper than it appears. The ice maker works great. The only reason for the 4 vs 5 is the external water dispenser. It drips after dispensing water. I'm still investigating but I believe I'll have to request service. Moisture control in the veggie/fruit drawers seem to be good. Overall I'm happy with all three Samsung appliances.

My previous one was only 19.7 cubic feet and as a gardener who loves veggies, I thought I’d always struggle with not enough room. This Samsung is 22 cubic feet and I’m amazed and how much more room both the fridge and freezer have! It’s a bit larger depth wise, but I have room! It’s quiet, bright inside, freezer has a light, it has smart technology so I can control temp & ice maker from the app. The technology and quality are just outstanding!!!

I told Samsung about it in the first year and they said I’d have to pay someone to come look at it even though it was in warranty. The fridge otherwise works well. I’m not a fan of how the ice tray sits in the bottom. Ice seems to build up under it causing it not to sit correctly. Also the ice maker dumps the ice behind the drawers when they are pulled out and it’s a pain to take the drawers out to remove the ice.

It’s easy to control the level of cooling, the door open reminders help us know the door has been open too long or left slightly ajar. It fits in the small space we have available, but it holds plenty of groceries and perishables! It’s a basic model, but it’s reliable and easy to use. Not too many crazy buttons, but it still has great features. I love being able to use the Smart Things app to monitor its energy usage and keep up with the water filter. Our only issue is the ice maker, we often end up with crushed ice that blocks up in its tray and that isn’t usable.

Refrigerator was bought in 2020 and I’ve had issues ever since then. Shelving on the right side inside the fridge broke after 2 years. Handle broke within the last year. I’ve machine stopped working in 2022 and apparently the issue is a well known issue that Samsung refuse to fix (there was a class action lawsuit). Do not recommend, the touchscreen is cool but i can go without.

The fridge looks great and high class. So far the cooling and the freezer is working as expected. Icetray is in the freezer area, so feel cold wind popping out every time I open and close but that is the design I know when I bought. The fridge is roomy and goes deep compared to my previous one. This was the only one I could find with the features I wanted and the size I needed. Surprisingly I really like this refrigerator. Its deep enough that I don't miss the width. Large containers fit on the doors. Shelves would have been nice if they split in the middle for different adjustments, but not really a problem as tall items fit on the doors. Over all I'm satisfied. Ice maker works great. Size of freezer not important to me as I have an upright separate freezer in the garage. Can't say I have heard any noise, seems pretty quiet. Haven't noticed any condensation. There are hand indentations on top and bottom of the doors making it easy for both short and tall people to open, since there aren't handles on the front of the doors. Another reason I bought this model. The temperature is consistant. All in all great refrigerator if you don't have alot of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now the nice things about the Samsung, quiet running and not overly noisy ice cube maker (like the half moon ice), like the great adjustments capable on the doors, even though the freezer separator on the bottom is not moveable, there is more than adequate room and the top shelf in the freezer is easy to use and access, the water filter is extremely easy to access and out of the way, maintains the temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer. So far like it a lot, easily installed, and works well so far. Had only a week, and will report more after a couple of months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it has sensors, I tend to leave my fridge open for long period of time and then walk out of the kitchen but in this case, the fridge sensors beeps and my little 17 month old runs back into the kitchen and closes the doors. It's so weet that I can rely on the sensors. The cooling system is awesome. I put drinks in the beverage compartment and in minutes it starts cooling. The freezer is the best. It seems small until you start loading and packing all sort of Freezer items then you realize it's huge. This 22 cu ft. Is not aa small as you think. It's perfect for my little family of 3. My husband said I made a great choice by getting it directly from Samsung because they never let us down. Kudos to Samsung!

I can completely understand your disappointment; you expect reliable, long-term performance from a premium French Door refrigerator like your RF22A4221SR/AA, and having the ice maker stop working after three years is highly inconvenient. Before looking into a full replacement, we highly recommend trying a quick manual reset to clear any temporary system freezes: Remove the Ice Bucket: Open your left refrigerator door, lift the front of the bucket flap, and slide the bucket straight out. Locate the Reset Button: Look on the right side of the exposed ice maker assembly for a small, rectangular button. Trigger the Test: Press and hold this button down for 3 to 5 seconds. Listen for the Chime: Release it when you hear a clear chime ('ding-dong'). Reinsert the bucket immediately so the test cycle can safely complete. Wait 24 Hours: Allow a full day to see if ice production resumes. Also, ensure your freezer is set to 0°F (-18°C) or colder.
