It does seem to cool refrigerated items faster than our last and we can see, via the app, our energy efficiency. We enjoy the quick slide-back shelves for taller items. The only negative we have so far is the water dispenser is on the slow side, I feel like I stand there too long waiting to fill a 12 ounce glass. In the future, I think our family would prefer the four door with the easy access drawer between the refrigerator and freezer. Also, the beverage station would be a great feature next time, too.

The middle shelf can not be adjusted so to speak and is very flimsy so when you put heavy things on it it bows. And the retractable shelf thing is a cool idea but once you do that you loose all that space and can only fit like 1 gallon of milk comfortably. And the little shelves on the bottom of the door are useless cause if you put anything there you forget about it cause you can't even see what's there. But the one upside is the ice makers. They are awesome! Of and the water dispenser on the outside dribbles water onto the front of the fridge and onto the floor.

I've only had it a little over 24 hours, but we've been through a lot before we got this fridge. I started with a very large different manufacturer model and it was not good. Ice production was not good, at all, the fridge was dark and so huge on the outside it was impossible for me to reach the rear of the fridge without a stool. I sent it back. Then we went through 3 separate refrigerators from a different manufacturer. Great design, would not keep a safe temperature. They all went back and I ordered this. Within a couple of hours of being delivered it was cold. It's doing a great job. The outside is nowhere near as large as you would think it would be with this kind of capacity. Cons: the lighting situation is not great, it's dark. I wish there was a covered bin in the door to keep butter fresh. The bottom cubbies in both doors are just-this-side of useless they're so oddly positioned and very small. You can't adjust humidity levels in crispers. The water/ice dispenser is very small compared to other models and for its size. I wish I could set my Stanley down in there to refill it, I wish I could put a small pitcher down to fill. Pros: It's honestly huge without feeling unwieldy. Ice production is great though personally I'd rather skip the bite size. But honestly I'm pretty happy. It's nice and cold, something the three other fridges I had ordered from someone else could not manage. Hopefully Samsung has addressed their issues with ice makers. Plenty of room for groceries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

This is anything but a mega-capacity refrigerator, a turkey might be a difficult fit. Ice maker issues of years past were supposed to be fixed, they aren’t. It has 4 types of ice, they don’t work properly. Getting ice out of the door always has shavings making it messy whether choosing curved or crushed ice. The ice/water dispenser lever scratches easily. For the price paid, I am very very disappointed!! I do not recommend this product and will not purchase this brand again.

Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. Yes, I knew it did not have water when I purchased it, but I wanted ice in the bottom freezer section more than water in the door. There was not a model that had both.

For some reason someone felt it was necessary to leave advertising text on the water dispenser and on the inside. “All around cooling” and “Easy access dispenser “ ruins how beautiful this fridge is. My dispenser lever is plastic and got scratched first day. Nowhere, does it say to be careful using glass on the plastic dispenser. The shelves have a few ways to be adjusted in order to fit large things in it. You have to put two shelves together, which leaves a very small space to put only very small things in. This is somewhat of a design flaw.

One thing that I'm sad about is the lack of room for taller items. I'm not a fan of putting my milk in the door. My gallon of milk only fits in the door or if I pull the slider shelf back. Other than that all the ice makers are awesome and I love how I can control the temperature and ice makers from my phone. Another cool thing is the door open notification sent to my phone too.. with kids home for summer it's nice to be able to see what's happening from the office. Excited for all the space. Love how pretty it looks in my kitchen!

I love having the different shapes and sizes of ice plus the option of turning off any of the icemakers thru the app. The SmartThings app makes the refrigerator even better, setting the exact temperature on the refrigerator and the freezer. It let's me know that the door is open, even when I'm not home. The door alarm is perfect for those people who love to gawk hoping that food will jump into their hand. It sure made me jump. It has plenty of room, and the fingerprint resistant finish is extremely helpful in the middle of a renovation. I'm betting it will just keep getting better.

The flat front design helps add additional space in the kitchen. The stainless steel is beautiful and stays clean without having to wipe it down often. The cooling inside is controlled through my Samsung phone app which I can access the temperature even when I'm not home. The space inside is smaller then my previous fridge but I've learned with my new Samsung refrigerator, functionality is key. I can fit a huge watermelon and compartmental items and so much more. I love how the middle shelf can be adjusted to fit a tall bottle of juice or milk. We all absolutely love our new fridge.

Upon setup, the fridge went from an ambient 76° to 34° in the fridge and 8° in the freezer compartment in about 3 hours. We had our first batch of ice in a little under 12 hours. I really like the SmartThings interface, as it gives phone notifications if a door is left open, along with turning Power Cool and Power Chill on from you phone (which is handy to make ice production start quickly). Compressor runs very quiet and overall the look and layout of shelves is exactly what I wanted. Great first impressions overall indeed.

Great fridge. Lots of space, well lit inside. The ice dispenser and water dispenser work well. It’s nice to have cold filtered water! The ice maker seems loud but my old one didn’t work so maybe I’m just not used to it - the dogs bark every time it drops ice. Love the deli drawer. The shelving is great. I have found something for every shelf. It is consistently cool/cold. Don’t know anything about corrosion or frost, it is less than a week old.

Just traded in our 21yr old whirlpool American side by side fridge freezer for this Samsung bespoke French one and even after only having this connected the size of fridge space is unreal! The freezer section is well big enough and love the two different sizes of ice cubes as they suit everyone. The water is really nice and cold for drinking and the fact the pitcher is inside the fridge makes a huge difference compared to a water dispenser. The lighting is lovely and bright , the doors are smooth to open and shut and the light into freezer is really nice and bright too. So far I’m loving and my new purchase and already looking at Samsung TVs as our LG is getting old and acting up. I’d highly recommend a Samsung French style fridge freezer especially this model if you want space , cold water , lots of ice and a beautiful appliance to add to your kitchen.

I bought this fridge last summer. Wow what a awesome fridge. I just wish I have a water supply hose so that I can utilize the ice making feature too. I have zero issues with it. I love the fact that it has so much more storage space inside. And also having the ability to connect to my wifi network at home where I can remotely control the temperature through my phone and it also can help me save money on my hydro.

The Bespoke is big and spacious and the SmartThings app is a great feature. Once the refrigerator was setup and running, both the refrigerator and freezer quickly came down to optimal temperature much quicker than expected I loved the “all around cooling once I added food. I have not had any issues with the refrigerator nor freezer and I am very satisfied. I love the slide in shelf feature as I am able to store larger taller items on a shelf. The slide in shelf was a well thought out design. I am so very happy with my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, it was a great choice that I would recommend.

One thing I noticed is that the inside layout is a bit different from traditional fridges. The top shelf sits slightly higher. Some people might not like this, but I actually like it because it makes the middle shelf easier to reach for everyday items and bigger items. I also like how everything feels organized without being restrictive. There’s still plenty of space for taller bottles and larger containers in the doors!! which is a big plus. The fingerprint resistance is also pretty good for everyday use. Overall, it feels very practical while still looking stylish.

The Wi-Fi connectivity using smart things App makes the temperature adjustment easy. You get plenty of adjustable shelving, a vegetable drawer, gallon storage in the door, a decent sized freezer, LED lighting. The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

You can only move 1 of the shelves vs have the option to move the shelves as you please or at least diff spots. Even with a new filter, the water still taste bad. Freezer ain't bad so far. Malo, :( Lo compre en Liverpool, tiene su propia toma de agua de acuerdo a especificaciones, al mes y medio dejo de funcionar la máquina de hielo, han venido a checarla pero no ha quedado bien desde la instalación y ahora ya empezó a fallar el congelador, y ya no enfría el refri tampoco y se calienta la puerta, hice muy mala compra pero mi hermana compró el de 28 pies y le funciona de maravilla, todo este mes de mayo 2024 he batallado, si han venido los técnicos pero espero me lo cambien por uno que sí funcione o me regresen el dinero, lastima que Liverpool no responde como vi lo hizo Costco al regresar el producto, me costó caro porque esta financiado a 1 año :(, ojala y que no siga con la mala suerte, de haber averiguado antes, no lo compro, al menos no el de esta capacidad, no compre el que compro mi hermana de exhibición en Sam´s porque se agotaron :´(

Al igual que otras reseñas sobre este producto, mi refri dejo de enfriar por primera vez hace un mes. Vinieron hace 2 semanas por fuga de gas y ayer dejo de enfriar en su totalidad. Esperar 3 días hábiles a que MARQUE el técnico para ver que día viene se me hace ILÓGICO. Tengo carne y comida qué se está echando a perder. Gracias a este refri y otras malas experiencias de electrónicos samsung, no volveré a comprar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful clean lines, lots of storage, bright interior, smudge free stainless steel exterior is great for my grubby kids. We went from a side by side to a bottom freezer and I was concerned that there would be a loss of storage space but I am pleasantly surprised and happy with the ease at which the doors open and close. The don’t “suck” shut like my old fridge they have to be purposefully closed but I like that, and if left open a chime will sound. We went with water and ice in the door because we wanted crushed ice. If I could charge one thing, I would do chewy ice and crushed out of the door and cubes out of the freezer bin. Instead of 2 different types of cubes one in the door (along with crushed) and one in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super pleased with my new mega capacity Samsung refrigerator. We are a large family and every bit of space counts. The big drawers makes it a breeze to organize and keep things in there places without moving everything when I’m looking for one certain item. The external water and ice dispenser is large enough for my travel cups to fit under and that’s a huge win. The freezer is great it has multiple storage spots that slide and allow me to organize everything well. I was a bit confused with the ice trays but not an ice maker in the lower part of the freezer. Overall I’m thrilled with my net refrigerator and I believe it will make cooking easier.

Small enough to not take up much room but the layout inside makes it very spacious. The interior organization makes everything very accessible and easy to spot items. The compartments are also spacious and well organized. The exterior minimalist no handles protruding look is a true art piece. Love it. The water dispenser works as should with no dripping and not so many digital buttons. Fridge compartment and freezer are cold and to the right temperatures and maintain it. The ice wedges are good size and the ice compartment is a nice size and out of the way. Which I like a lot. Not noisy at all. The whole fridge itself and ice maker are mute. Open or closed. No condensation or leaking of the coldness so seals are golden. The leveling feature was as easy as it gets. Water line installation was also very easy. Filter access is very visible and easily replaceable. Also visible and easy to use temperature and lock features inside fridge. If all that is not great the extra features are a diamond ++ The door open for x amount of time alarm, the WiFi Bluetooth connectivity, the app which I got with all my Samsung appliances is great (don’t have to open fridge for controls, all done on app, very responsive) I also have appliances connected to to my Amazon echo show 11 and works flawlessly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the Samsung Bespoke AI 32 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator for a little while now, and the amount of space in this thing is incredible. It easily fits a full grocery haul with room left over, which has made keeping everything organized so much easier. The adjustable shelves are great for taller items, and the layout just makes sense for everyday use. I also really like the Auto Ice Maker and the smart features through the app. It’s convenient being able to monitor and manage the fridge from my phone. The stainless steel finish looks clean and modern in our kitchen, and overall it feels like a premium upgrade. If you need a refrigerator with a lot of storage and useful features, this one has been a great choice for our family.

The shelves are easy to adjust and very spacious. The door shelves are convenient and accommodate big containers. Freezer space is large and easy to access. Convenient water and ice on door help to avoid opening fridge. The variety of ice is also a big plus. No more finger prints. Loaded on Smart Things App and now I get notified if it is left open and have access to temp. A perfect addition to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A week ago I received my new Samsung Refrigerator. I am very pleased with it so far. The water machine works very well although at first I was having some problem with it leaking when it wasn't being used. I guess it had to adjust for a few days. It seems fine now. The pros are the water flow is good and there are two types of ice available -- crushed or cubed. If I had one con it would be that it doesn't come with a drip pan to catch any excess water. The inside of the refrigerator part is very roomy. It has many different size drawers that will be good to organize all your food. The freezer is large and has two sections that are very roomy. It functions very quietly. All in all this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

We brought this Samsung Mega Capacity 07/28/24. We like the overall size and multiple Ice types. The only complaint is the adjustable sliding shelf. I think it is a poor design creating a weak point. The shelf is not supported very well at the side walls and the front mid-point where the shelf halves meet can sag with even what should be considered normal weight. Being a technical person, I made a support post that looks pretty good, but still!!! Samsung, feel free to contact me and I am hoping there is a non-sliding option available to me.

The icemaket is tall enough to fill a water bottle and my tumbler. I love the spacious freezer on the bottom I empty the ice container in the freezer for my cooler for road trips. I love the shelves gives me more room to stock on groceries. Perfect size for summer bbq meats to be stored. The doors open wide enough to see everything in the refrigerator.. The size of this refrigerator is great for my grocery restocking.
