Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. Yes, I knew it did not have water when I purchased it, but I wanted ice in the bottom freezer section more than water in the door. There was not a model that had both.

Just traded in our 21yr old whirlpool American side by side fridge freezer for this Samsung bespoke French one and even after only having this connected the size of fridge space is unreal! The freezer section is well big enough and love the two different sizes of ice cubes as they suit everyone. The water is really nice and cold for drinking and the fact the pitcher is inside the fridge makes a huge difference compared to a water dispenser. The lighting is lovely and bright , the doors are smooth to open and shut and the light into freezer is really nice and bright too. So far I’m loving and my new purchase and already looking at Samsung TVs as our LG is getting old and acting up. I’d highly recommend a Samsung French style fridge freezer especially this model if you want space , cold water , lots of ice and a beautiful appliance to add to your kitchen.

The Wi-Fi connectivity using smart things App makes the temperature adjustment easy. You get plenty of adjustable shelving, a vegetable drawer, gallon storage in the door, a decent sized freezer, LED lighting. The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

Malo, :( Lo compre en Liverpool, tiene su propia toma de agua de acuerdo a especificaciones, al mes y medio dejo de funcionar la máquina de hielo, han venido a checarla pero no ha quedado bien desde la instalación y ahora ya empezó a fallar el congelador, y ya no enfría el refri tampoco y se calienta la puerta, hice muy mala compra pero mi hermana compró el de 28 pies y le funciona de maravilla, todo este mes de mayo 2024 he batallado, si han venido los técnicos pero espero me lo cambien por uno que sí funcione o me regresen el dinero, lastima que Liverpool no responde como vi lo hizo Costco al regresar el producto, me costó caro porque esta financiado a 1 año :(, ojala y que no siga con la mala suerte, de haber averiguado antes, no lo compro, al menos no el de esta capacidad, no compre el que compro mi hermana de exhibición en Sam´s porque se agotaron :´(

Al igual que otras reseñas sobre este producto, mi refri dejo de enfriar por primera vez hace un mes. Vinieron hace 2 semanas por fuga de gas y ayer dejo de enfriar en su totalidad. Esperar 3 días hábiles a que MARQUE el técnico para ver que día viene se me hace ILÓGICO. Tengo carne y comida qué se está echando a perder. Gracias a este refri y otras malas experiencias de electrónicos samsung, no volveré a comprar.

On the right inside is temperature control panel. The ice bins make small and larger size ice cubes. One thing this fridge is missing is a water station. I wish it had that. The refrigerator pull out doors can be accessed with just opening one side. The interior light is super bright and makes the fridge more inviting. The fridge has an alarm that will beep if the doors are left open more than 2 minutes. If you are tech savvy, the temperature can be controlled using the SmartThings app. Overall I am happy with my refrigerator.

Compramos el producto el mes de abril de 2024 y hace 10 días dejó de enfriar, realizamos el "reset" que indican en servicio al cliente y no funcionó hasta el tercer intento. Aún así, el producto ha dejado de enfriar otras dos veces en los últimos 5 días, realizamos el reset y no funciona. Por lo que veo en los comentarios es un producto defectuoso ya que todas las reseñas refieren el mismo problema. En cuanto a la visita programada del técnico quedaron en enviarlo el pasado viernes 30 de agosto, no vino me dijo que vendrīa lunes o martes, tampoco llegó, ahora me dice que este viernes. PESIMO SERVICIO. Espero cumplan con la garantía estipulada para cambiar de producto.

It looks very spacious from inside, as it has bright LED light, which illuminates all the corner of the freeze. The Quick Freeze function is a steal, as you can quickly cool your drinks, especially when some of your friends are visiting, and want to chill a beer instantly! If you leave the door open more that 2 mins, it starts beeping, so you cannot leave the door accidently open, as this function is not available in older refrigerators. You can slide the front tray up, to store big items, is very handy feature. In my old freeze, my wife had to continuously keep the kids from touching the door, but with this freeze, you don't have to worry, as it has fingerprint resistant surface. You can also monitor and control the freeze from your very handy mobile app. Very quiet! Me and my family absolutely love it!!

We were worried the space would be small due to the stigma of most French door styles however we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space on the inside .Samsung really maximized the space inside . We now have a dedicated cheese drawer and the small shelves on the bottom Of the doors are perfect for snacks for our child . There is also a shelf that you can Move out of the way to accommodate taller items . We do wish there were a little more options to adjust the heights of shelves but it’s not a major detriment by any means . The handles make it really easy to pull open and it is a very gentle close with really little movement t no effort at all . If the door is left open to long an consistent alarm gos off which is very useful with little children in the household (and also with indecisive spouse ) the tempature controls are awesome they make a fun noise when adjusting and cool down the fridge super fast which in turn cools down everything inside fast . Great amount of lighting on the inside . It is WiFi enabled also which super useful . As far as the freezer it makes ice all the time but you can shut it off as needed . It has 2 compartments a smaller one on top that slides out of the way to get to the larger one underneath. Keeps everything in the freezer frozen without getting frostbite because it is sealed tight and also closes super easily . One downside is the storage part of the freezer is not particularly large if you buy a lot of frozen goods and also it is somewhat challenging to organize items in the freezer . The whole unit itself moves easier then most to do cleaning underneath and around . As far as a total recommendation we love it and would highly recommend it for purchase as it really does a fantastic job and also looks really great as well .

It's spacious and well designed. I really like the fact fact that the freezer is underneath the refrigerator, no more uncomfortable bending down. The 2-minute door alarm is wonderful if you accidentally leave the fridge open. The Smart Things app was a temperamental, I'll keep trying to get it to cooperate. The fridge was very spacious and could hold all of our groceries which could not fit in our old fridge. This allowed us to organize our groceries neatly while still keeping enough space. The freezer is very deep as well and keeps things cold, and the ice maker makes the perfect ice and always is consistent. It also is very accessible through the smartthings app which tells you if the doors are open and allows you to adjust the inside temperature.

No lo compren ! De la nada deja de enfriar, hablas a soporte y te hacen un reseteo y te dicen que esperes de 6-8 horas y les vale si se echan a perder tus alimentos y encima de eso te dicen que te van a mandar a un técnico si o si y que si es una falla por defecto de fabricación lo cubre la garantía, caso contrario tiene que pagarse la visita más lo que necesite el técnico. Muy mal producto ya no deberían venderlo ;(

The refrigerator part has two doors that open up to the inside and each door has three shelves. There are three shelves inside that provide plenty of room. there are two smaller wider drawers and one longer, wider drawer. I like the variety of space that is available. The freezer has a larger bottom space with a divider in the middle. There is a drawer on top and that too, has a divider in the middle. It holds a lot!! I am very happy with the amount of items that I can put in my freezer. This fridge not only has a large capacity, it also looks very nice with its stainless steel exterior.

Estoy muy feliz con mi nueva nevera, el servicio de entrega fue en el tiempo acordado, y la instalación también se hizo de forma correcta y oportuna. La única oportunidad de mejorar es que el dispensador de agua no tiene tanta potencia, pero, todo lo demás funciona bien, y el nevecón tiene bastante espacio y se ve muy bonito.

I really needed a spacious fridge that would allow me to organize all my food/groceries/drinks for my household. The large wide shelving units let me place large items inside (for example a large sheet cake) and I still have plenty of room left to add the rest of the items inside. The lighting is great as well! The shelves along the doors are awesome as I can put large drink containers such as milk jugs and juice bottles. The smaller shelves allow me to put a variety of jars and condiments etc. The freezer portion of the fridge is awesome! I love that it has 2 compartments and the fact that it makes 2 different sizes for ice is icing on the cake! It comes with a handy ice scoop as well! I am absolutely in LOVE with this Samsung fridge! It surpasses my expectations and needs in a fridge. I highly recommend!! This fridge does not disappoint! And it is absolutely beautiful as well! It matches my kitchen and appliances perfectly!!

me duro dos meses y medio. empezo a parpadear las luces de adentro. y a emitir un sonido. y despues dejo de enfriar. fallo el 1 de enero y lo reporte el 2. aqui en donde vivo no hay servicio tecnico. llevo 10 dias sin refriegador. hasta ahora... segun esta escalado a casos especiales..... pues segun me daran una solucion. no se sabe para cuando..... me arrepiento la neta esta muy chido el refri.. pero si tiene muchas malas reseñas al parecer es un defecto de fabrica... ya vi varios videos que les paso exactamente lo mismo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung refrigerator. My first one last more than 10 years. I was excited for this upgrade. One of the best features is being able to control the temperature using the SmartThings app. You can specify the type of item you are trying to stay cool, such as fruits, fish, meat, vegetables. This way the items are maintained at appropriate temperature. The app also has power freeze and power cool code. This makes the fridge way smarter than any of my previously owned devices. So awesome. Though this is counter-depth, its spacing allows you to fit so much. My wish is if this also had a water dispenser, but I understand that would take up space. The interior is super bright. The door drawers can fit gallon size beverages. The ice machine makes both small and medium size ice cubes. Another nice feature is the 2 min alarm but is great warning for those times I forget I have the fridge doors slightly opened. So far I find the temperature to be consistent. My produce are staying fresh longer.

Compre mi refrigerador en noviembre del 2023 empezó a fallar desde enero la fabrica de hielo no funcionaba bien se reporto y le cambiaron las fabricas de hielo, el problema continuó, y le cambiaron la tarjeta, funciono bien 2 meses y después dejo de hacer hielo y no enfriaba adecuadamente, le hicieron recarga de gas refrigerante y siguió sin funcionar adecuadamente, actualmente estoy en espera de cambio físico

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung refrigerator expecting the dual ice maker to be a great feature, but the large cube ice maker has been a constant headache. The small ice side keeps working, but the large cube side repeatedly stops making ice. At first it looked like it randomly quit. After troubleshooting multiple times, I found the water line appears to freeze or block, causing the large ice tray to stop filling. Then after thawing the freezer or waiting, it starts working again — only to fail again later, especially if the large ice bin stays full for several days. This means the ice maker is unreliable unless you constantly babysit it and use the large cubes fast enough to keep it cycling. That defeats the whole purpose of having a premium dual ice maker. I’ve had to run test cycles, empty bins, thaw the freezer, monitor temperatures, and troubleshoot a nearly new refrigerator just to keep one side making ice. No customer should have to do that on an expensive appliance. When it works, it’s great. But the recurring large ice maker freeze-up issue makes this fridge frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend if dependable ice production matters to you.

The freezer also is amazing I don't feel like things are going to fall out on me when I get in there. I am a fan of the bottom freezer concept. The doors seal well and they hold most of the jars and things that normally clog up your shelves in a normal fridge. It was a struggle to get it in the house because it is wider than normal and you have to take off the doors and pull the freezer drawers out. Though this was a good thing in hind sight because now we know how to do it when we need to do a thorough cleaning on it. I have nothing bad to say about this fridge.

La falla recurrente que tiene mi refrigerador es que la fabrica de hielo se descompone seguido, ya presento la falla con las válvulas en 2 ocasiones, la primera cuando vinieron directamente de SAMSUNG solo lo reseteo, le movió algo y se resolvió el problema, pero al poco tiempo se presento de nuevo la misma falla y tuvieron que solicitar cambio de pieza, pero ahora a través del servicio de SEARS, tengo 2 MESES ESPERANDO la dichosa válvula, quisiera saber si en verdad en muy difícil conseguir esta pieza para ver que hacer con este refrigerador.

Compré este refigerador el 7 de nov del 2025 y para el 3 de enero del 2026, resulta que ya no sirve! Vino un técnico y me indicaron que la falla es " Fuga en orlin" resulta que se necesitan cambiar el compresor, el drayer, la valvula de gas refrigerante y hacer un barrido con nitrogeno porque debido a la fuga, el sistema se contamino. Sr Samsung, este refrigerador tienen fallas de fabrica, solo funcionó cerca de dos meses!! si hubiera fallado la tarjeta hubiera aceptado reparación pero estan hablando de una repatación mayor!! ya tengo 19 días sin refrigerador, se me hecharon a perder mis cosas y su gente solo me indica q lo siente y que sus "politicas" no les permite solucinar con reemplazo o devolución y sigo esperando... porque además un tal Luis P... quien solo por wats se comunicó, me indico que si no acepto reparación dará por cerrado mi caso......De vredad NO COMPREN este producto, el refri esta bellísimo pero no sirve, no se arriesgen como yo lo hice, por confiar en que estaba comprando una marca de calidad y de confianza, vean! estoy impotente porque no hay un humano con quien puedas hablar y que entienda razónes, solo dan un copy paste del links de sus politica. que pena Samsung... siempre te había sido fiel hasta hoy.

I bought this refrigerator on January 15 of 25. Within six months the small icemaker quit working when I called they kept telling me to mash two buttons in the back which there was none. I called a service repair man and he told me they were giving me Advice on a model that was five years older after he came the icemaker worked for two weeks and quit and is still not working and I am fed up. The model number was RF30BB6200QLAA. I believe it’s a 30.1 ft.³ Please do not buy it. I just want to warn people.

And it produced both cubed and ice bites ice well. Temperature and Ice maker control can be easily set with physical buttons and Samsung Smart Things App. When doors were not fully closed, it will alert you. Shelves are fully adjustable. i had not been able to fill it up with this largest capacity refrigerator, which makes moving food around easy without needing to take everything out. Ice making happens more over night to reduce noise. The digital inverter compressor is quiet and efficient.

This one has better design as it has flat front so it does not stick out as much as our old one and yet has much more internal volume! I explicitly was looking for Samsung fridge without water dispenser as we don't use it anyway but it takes so much space. I really like icemaker in freezer, it makes 2 sizes of ice cubes and comes with little scooper. I'd like to see lighting on the sides of the fridge, not just top. Overall happy with fridge!

I noticed my Samsung RF 32CG not cooling the fridge while the freezer seemed ok. It wasn't until I removed the freezer door and the back panel that I noticed a small powered door that opens to the fridge to cool by way of a fan. It think this little door got stuck because after I pushed it open and tested it the fridge cools now. when the freezer door opens the fan stops and the access door to the fridge closes until you close the freezer door then the fan starts up again and the little door opens to blow cool air into the fridge. It looks like this little door can stick and not let cool air up to the fridge.

Hasta ahora es perfecto solo me gustaría que el filtro de la fábrica de hielo fuera igual que los demás refris de la marca y en este caso no es así, tienes que comprar el filtro aparte e instalarlo por fuera del refri. ESO SI NO OLVIDEN COMPRAR UN REGULADOR PARA SU REFRIGERADOR EN MÉXICO TENEMOS MUCHOS PICOS DE LUZ Y ESO DAÑA ESTOS REFRIS

We didn’t need bells and whistles, just a fridge large enough for a family of 7 with an ice maker. The only wish we have is that it had more configuration options. The sliding shelf is on the right side and it would work better on the left for us. It doesn’t feel stable enough to keep heavier items on. With the location of our fridge, the left door doesn’t fully swing open so we have to kind of reach around the door to place heavier objects on the more stable shelf. Just a mild and easily-overcome inconvenience. The dual sized ice cube maker is fantastic! Larger ice for cups/glasses, smaller ice for water bottles!

Absolutely horrible product. I bought this refrigerator in February 2024 and little over a year later it has stopped working on two separate occasions! Very frustrating as I live in The Bahamas and not able to receive any type of help from Samsung for my wasted money. I have followed the manual and tried the recommended troubleshooting options but a few months later it stopped working again!

Only drawback is sometimes the lefthand door doesn’t close all the way…has a center seal piece that doesn’t flip where it needs to be all the time. You have to be firmer with it than you would expect. Has 2 different size ice makere….small and regular. Would be nice to have the option to have a craft ice maker (extra large size) for mixed drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the refrigerator for a little over a year, the compressor had gone bad, the freezer stopped working and anytime I would ask friends and coworkers if they know anyone that can repair refrigerators because it stopped working, I had majority of them say "is it a Samsung?" and this was without me saying the brand of my refrigerator. When asking professionals about this issue they all said Samsung is a brand you want to stay away from when it comes to appliances. It makes me sad because I am huge Samsung fan with electronics. I have the tv, the phone, the watch, earbuds, and tablet.

The glass to the bottom shelf is SO difficult to remove. Using the user manual that came with the fridge did NOT provide us with any correct instructions to remove the glass. All of the Samsung help videos include basic clips which are used to hold the glass in place, for what ever reason this RF32CG5100SR HAD to be different. After SEVERAL google searches later we found a YouTube video NOT from Samsung that showed us how to get it out to clean. YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgBq8D9uHKs. This was NOT the safest option and could very likely lead to breaking the glass or the frame. But we did successfully get it out and cleaned. Putting the glass back in the frame was even more of a struggle.
