El control remoto tiene pocos botones, lo que al principio pensé que iba a ser una complicación, pero resultó ser lo contrario: hace más sencillo aún el uso. La tengo en el living a 2metros de mi sillon, el tamaño de 50" es ideal y la calidad de imagen es excelente, se disfruta muchísimo para ver películas, series y contenido en general. La uso bastante y hasta ahora la experiencia viene siendo muy buena. El sonido cumple bien para el uso cotidiano, aunque algunas aplicaciones, como Flow, funcionan un poco menos fluidas y tienen algún que otro momento de carga. Fuera de eso, el sistema y la TV en general funcionan muy bien. En relación calidad, tamaño y precio, estoy muy conforme con la compra. Es una TV que disfruto mucho usar y volvería a elegirla.

The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

On some shows, the picture is so crisp and clear it looks as if we are actually on the set while the shows were filming. The smart TV aspect is great as well, we don’t need to use any additional devices in order to stream our shows. The set-up was pretty simple. We just had to create a Samsung account to be able to get the apps we wanted. We have never used a Samsung smart TV before, so learning their platform has taken some time to adapt to. Overall, we love the high-quality picture and the sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Different mounting from last Samsung, had to get new hardware to mount. More difficult to set up with my satellite dish service than the last one. Start up is inconsistent, sometimes normal, sometimes have to use inputs to get satellite pic instead of Samsung pic - even though satellite audio is on, and I only use this tv for satellite input. Sometimes the picture blinks on and off while audio is constant; have to unplug for a minute and plug back in to get it to stop. Last Samsung stopped powering on after a routine power failure, I was hoping for simple mounting by sticking with same brand. Probably won't buy a Samsung product again.

Had an electrical transformer explode at the street and the surge blew out my old tv even with a surge protector. So, I researched and found this one on sale. What an excellent tv. Was a bit of a learning curve to understand and use all the features/menus. The paper manual is in tiny print, so I went to the Samsung website and downloaded all the manuals: tv user manual, user setup, remote control and quick start up, etc. I was then able to enlarge and read them om my computer screen. Took me a couple of hours to fully explore, understand, and set all the features, but once done it became very easy and intuitive to use. For the $, tv is featured packed, excellent sound and picture. All menus and functions are smooth and relatively fast in responding and populating. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Very pleased with this purchase.

Its menus are user-friendly, a.k.a. easy to navigate. The picture quality is great (bright and sharp). There is one area on the upper right edge where there is a sort of white halo, though we tend to just ignore it, and it is likely a damage issue rather than a typical happening with this TV (since we got it as an “open box” situation). The sound quality is good, though we will likely purchase and add a sound bar because we know it gives a more authentic sound experience. Overall, the TV is operating well and we are simply satisfied with all that it offers.

Set up is easy, sound is great but am disappointed with the colour. Looking face on to the screen the colours are fine but step 1 metre to the right or left the colours fade. Move further away the colours really fade- reds become pink and other dark colours become pale.

Después de un par de meses de haber instalado la Samsung Crystal UHD U8000F de 85 pulgadas en la sala, les comparto mi experiencia desde un punto de vista técnico pero aplicado al día a día con mi familia. Estábamos buscando dar el salto a un formato gigante sin gastar lo que cuesta una OLED, y este modelo cumplió bastante bien. Lo primero que te vuela la cabeza es el tamaño de la pantalla. Ver películas animadas con los niños en este panel es otra cosa; los colores se ven supervivos y llamativos gracias a su tecnología PurColor. El mérito técnico se lo lleva el Procesador Crystal 4K, ya que muchas de las series viejas que vemos o los videos de YouTube que ponen mis hijos no están en la mejor calidad, y la televisión hace un gran trabajo de escalado (upscaling) para que las texturas no se vean borrosas en un tamaño tan enorme. El diseño AirSlim es un acierto total. Al ser tan delgada, la colgamos en la pared de la sala y no estorba nada, además de que el marco casi invisible hace que toda la atención se quede en la imagen. Para los domingos de fútbol o cuando nos sentamos juntos a ver series en plataformas de streaming, el sistema Tizen OS es una maravilla por su fluidez: es rápido, intuitivo y no se traba cuando pasamos de Netflix a Disney+. ¿El único detalle técnico a considerar? El contraste en habitaciones completamente oscuras. Como es un panel de gama media, los negros profundos a veces se tornan un poco grisáceos en escenas muy oscuras. Sin embargo, para verla con las luces de la sala atenuadas o durante el día, su brillo es más que suficiente. En cuanto al audio, la función Q-Symphony nos salvó la vida. Le conectamos una barra de sonido Samsung y, en lugar de anular los altavoces de la televisión, ahora ambos sistemas suenan al mismo tiempo, logrando que las películas de acción se escuchen potentes y envolventes en toda la estancia.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting Started: The TV was incredibly easy to setup; I was able to physically remove the unit from the box solo. Logging into streaming platforms was easy and intuitive as well, especially if you already have a Samsung account which saves all your app logins from one Samsung TV to the next. Design and Build: As an affordable model, this TV impressed me greatly. The bezel is small and accentuates the excellent picture quality. It’s not ultra thin, but I think this is a plus as it feels less fragile when moving. The legs mounts were easy to install and despite their small form factor, feel sturdy and reliable. The remote control is small and bare bones, but functional albeit a tad unresponsive at certain angles. Picture & Sound: This TV features beautiful video quality and HDR functionality, with vibrant colors and excellent contrast. Sound is good, but would certainly be enhanced with a sound bar or speaker system. Smart TV Features: There’s lots to love here. As a gamer, the Motion Xcelerator system helps enhance the refresh rate to create a smooth gaming experience. The TV also features a game mode which improves the responsiveness even more. The built in voice assistant (tested Bixby) is reliable and works well paired with a Samsung branded phone. The inclusion of Samsung Knox security is a nice addition too, and assists with protection from unauthorized apps and/or security threats which most of us don’t even think about in regards to a TV, so a definite nice touch there. Taken together with the ease of logging into apps, both bluetooth and wifi capabilities, it truly is a versatile device and could easily be used as a living room TV or even a computer monitor. Overall Experience: This TV rocks! The look, feel, and setup are top tier at this price point with noticeably good gaming performance and an excellent overall value. The weak spot is definitely the remote control, but it’s not a deal-breaker whatsoever. I highly recommend this TV.

For non-senior TV viewers I am sure this is all standard functionality easily managed but in the world we live in where you flip between cable and streaming I wish there was a simple single button (that he could see) available. Although the TV is fine, i am frustrated to find him regularly watching with no sound or a partially blacked out screen because he was 'changing channels'.

Good picture and sound. Easy to set up. Now the annoying bits. Have to download "smart things" app and connect to work with Alexa! Has built in voice recognition "but Bixby" but unable to use because smart remote sent with set has no microphone! Cheapskates. Also had real pain connecting my pc. It reset my display to multiple monitors which stopped apps opening. Took days to track down problem and fix. Apps on screen ok but take a while to get used to. Overall good replacement for my last TV that died.

Setting up the TV is proving to be quite frustrating, even though I've been part of the Samsung ecosystem for almost 2 decades. I don't like the remote either; call me old fashioned, but I love remotes that still have numbers on them. Shipping was also confusing; thankfully got items on time, but shipping details did not match what was on Samsung website or app. I did appreciate that the TV was able to connect to my phone quickly; the Smart things aspect seems to be responsive as well.

Hi. We just bought this TV about three weeks ago and so far are quite happy with it. Picture is great and there's a lot of options that go along with it. My only complaint is the remote control . It is too small and it does not light up in the dark. That's a hassle and I will probably have to replace it with a generic one . Aside from that, we are very happy with the TV so far.

Una excelente televisión por su precio. Tiene un diseño delgado y elegante, con colores nítidos y una muy buena calidad de imagen. Aunque no es un modelo premium, ofrece un rendimiento que supera las expectativas dentro de su rango de precio, respaldado además por la calidad y trayectoria de Samsung. Antes de comprarla tenía dudas por algunas reseñas sobre equipos que llegaban dañados, pero en mi caso llegó en perfectas condiciones. Considero que eso depende más del manejo de la paquetería que del producto en sí. El sonido es potente y claro, los materiales se sienten de buena calidad y la función de canales abiertos es un extra bastante útil. Además, incluye Xbox Cloud Gaming, una característica que añade mucho valor para quienes disfrutan de los videojuegos. Como único punto a mejorar, el sistema operativo puede presentar algo de lag en ciertas ocasiones. Fuera de eso, estoy muy satisfecho con la compra y la recomiendo ampliamente por su relación calidad-precio.

The smart tv apps come up quickly and easy to select. The sound is less than good and I need to run the volume at 80% to hear it.

The responsiveness is negatively affected by a remote control which is too small with limited capability. Volume control is so sensitive that it switches to ‘mute’ every time you try to adjust the level. Really stressful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 2 years ago, since then I have had constant issues with bluetooth, ethernet and wifi connections. Samsung suggested that the issues were with my ISP, however I have replaced my modem, wifi router and network cabling I have also switched between 5G and NBN. Currently I have a 500mbps FTTP NBN connection and the network issues persist. Every other device in my home has no issues with bluetooth, ethernet or wifi; only this TV. Frequently, the TV insists that the maximum network speed is 50mbps, other devices will report over 550mbps on the same network. If I connect my laptop to the wall point for my TV, it will consistently report over 550mbps.

El producto es excelente, liviano para poder colocar en la pared compre el de 75 pulgadas, buena imagen, sin duda en espacios con mucha luz hay que configurar a modo dinamico para optimizar el brillo, tiene muy buen sistema operativo, es agil y amigable, el unico aspecto a mejorar es el control remoto que se siente muy simple al tacto; otro punto a considerar para esta gama deberían considerar para futuros modelos incluir la entrada para el cable optico sin embargo se soluciona si conectas los parlantes con bluetooth, de resto muy buena opción para un smart de entrada, si no te alcanza para un qled esta tecnologia uhd crystal es muy buena opcion
