The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

On some shows, the picture is so crisp and clear it looks as if we are actually on the set while the shows were filming. The smart TV aspect is great as well, we don’t need to use any additional devices in order to stream our shows. The set-up was pretty simple. We just had to create a Samsung account to be able to get the apps we wanted. We have never used a Samsung smart TV before, so learning their platform has taken some time to adapt to. Had an electrical transformer explode at the street and the surge blew out my old tv even with a surge protector. So, I researched and found this one on sale. What an excellent tv. Was a bit of a learning curve to understand and use all the features/menus. The paper manual is in tiny print, so I went to the Samsung website and downloaded all the manuals: tv user manual, user setup, remote control and quick start up, etc. I was then able to enlarge and read them om my computer screen. Took me a couple of hours to fully explore, understand, and set all the features, but once done it became very easy and intuitive to use. For the $, tv is featured packed, excellent sound and picture. All menus and functions are smooth and relatively fast in responding and populating. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Very pleased with this purchase.

Its menus are user-friendly, a.k.a. easy to navigate. The picture quality is great (bright and sharp). There is one area on the upper right edge where there is a sort of white halo, though we tend to just ignore it, and it is likely a damage issue rather than a typical happening with this TV (since we got it as an “open box” situation). The sound quality is good, though we will likely purchase and add a sound bar because we know it gives a more authentic sound experience. Overall, the TV is operating well and we are simply satisfied with all that it offers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Different mounting from last Samsung, had to get new hardware to mount. More difficult to set up with my satellite dish service than the last one. Start up is inconsistent, sometimes normal, sometimes have to use inputs to get satellite pic instead of Samsung pic - even though satellite audio is on, and I only use this tv for satellite input. Sometimes the picture blinks on and off while audio is constant; have to unplug for a minute and plug back in to get it to stop. Last Samsung stopped powering on after a routine power failure, I was hoping for simple mounting by sticking with same brand. Probably won't buy a Samsung product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting Started: The TV was incredibly easy to setup; I was able to physically remove the unit from the box solo. Logging into streaming platforms was easy and intuitive as well, especially if you already have a Samsung account which saves all your app logins from one Samsung TV to the next. Design and Build: As an affordable model, this TV impressed me greatly. The bezel is small and accentuates the excellent picture quality. It’s not ultra thin, but I think this is a plus as it feels less fragile when moving. The legs mounts were easy to install and despite their small form factor, feel sturdy and reliable. The remote control is small and bare bones, but functional albeit a tad unresponsive at certain angles. Picture & Sound: This TV features beautiful video quality and HDR functionality, with vibrant colors and excellent contrast. Sound is good, but would certainly be enhanced with a sound bar or speaker system. Smart TV Features: There’s lots to love here. As a gamer, the Motion Xcelerator system helps enhance the refresh rate to create a smooth gaming experience. The TV also features a game mode which improves the responsiveness even more. The built in voice assistant (tested Bixby) is reliable and works well paired with a Samsung branded phone. The inclusion of Samsung Knox security is a nice addition too, and assists with protection from unauthorized apps and/or security threats which most of us don’t even think about in regards to a TV, so a definite nice touch there. Taken together with the ease of logging into apps, both bluetooth and wifi capabilities, it truly is a versatile device and could easily be used as a living room TV or even a computer monitor. Overall Experience: This TV rocks! The look, feel, and setup are top tier at this price point with noticeably good gaming performance and an excellent overall value. The weak spot is definitely the remote control, but it’s not a deal-breaker whatsoever. I highly recommend this TV.

For non-senior TV viewers I am sure this is all standard functionality easily managed but in the world we live in where you flip between cable and streaming I wish there was a simple single button (that he could see) available. Although the TV is fine, i am frustrated to find him regularly watching with no sound or a partially blacked out screen because he was 'changing channels'.

Setting up the TV is proving to be quite frustrating, even though I've been part of the Samsung ecosystem for almost 2 decades. I don't like the remote either; call me old fashioned, but I love remotes that still have numbers on them. Shipping was also confusing; thankfully got items on time, but shipping details did not match what was on Samsung website or app. I did appreciate that the TV was able to connect to my phone quickly; the Smart things aspect seems to be responsive as well.

The screen is so clear nd full of vibrant colors also the sound is really good better then other tv. I have a Bluetooth speaker and it connected fairly easy but the tv speakers has good sound. I enjoy the free shows and movies it comes with overall very satisfied with this tv.

Hi. We just bought this TV about three weeks ago and so far are quite happy with it. Picture is great and there's a lot of options that go along with it. My only complaint is the remote control . It is too small and it does not light up in the dark. That's a hassle and I will probably have to replace it with a generic one . Aside from that, we are very happy with the TV so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 2 years ago, since then I have had constant issues with bluetooth, ethernet and wifi connections. Samsung suggested that the issues were with my ISP, however I have replaced my modem, wifi router and network cabling I have also switched between 5G and NBN. Currently I have a 500mbps FTTP NBN connection and the network issues persist. Every other device in my home has no issues with bluetooth, ethernet or wifi; only this TV. Frequently, the TV insists that the maximum network speed is 50mbps, other devices will report over 550mbps on the same network. If I connect my laptop to the wall point for my TV, it will consistently report over 550mbps.

Samsung TV's have been good products with our family so this was an incentive to stay with the same brand again this time around. I'm just not used to the remote and miss the voice command option. It took me several minutes to figure out how to turn up the volume. I'm currently searching for a Samsung remote with voice. A local WM did not have the Samsung remote with voice/microphone key. Otherwise very happy with the 2026 34" Samsung Smart Tv Purchase.

The sound quality is horrific I have tried all the recommendations I saw online. No matter what setting or modification I make there are certain times while watching movies tv shows the sound sounds like they’re talking into a fan. The sound vibrates and rattles sounds terrible and is super annoying. But after I already installed the tv and mounted it I’m stuck with it. A 50 inch that sounds terrible. I will be having to buy a seperate sound system just so watching tv is bearable.

I am SO happy with our choice. This tv has a great picture- we did mess with the brightness and saturation a little to get what we liked based on lighting in the room and that was easy to do. The navigation among streaming services and adding apps for services is super easy. The sound quality is also really good. Our previous tv needed a sound bar but it didn’t attach to this tv. We assumed we’d need to buy a new sound bar but we’ve been watching it a week now and the sound has been great with sports and movies. I highly recommend this tv. The price point makes it an easy choice and it’s definitely worth it!

We were initially looking at a TLC with Roku because we've liked those in the past, but are really happy we went with a Samsung. The image is bright and clear and everything looks great, even older stuff. The remote is super responsive and the user interface is awesome. I love that I can use my Samsung Galaxy phone as an additional remote, which makes for a very convenient and comfortable experience. Plus, being a able to connect an Xbox controller to the TV via Bluetooth and play games without a dedicated console is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to others.

I’ve always found Samsung products to be very reliable, and most of the Samsung products I’ve owned have lasted well over 10 years, so I decided to stick with Samsung. I’m really happy with this TV. The picture quality is excellent, and I love having the Smart TV features. It also comes with a variety of Samsung channels with different programs to watch, which is a nice bonus. It was easy to set up and has been working great. I’m very happy with my purchase and, based on my past experience with Samsung, I’m hoping this TV will give me many years of use too!

I don't really like it when it makes my TV shows look fake, which they are, but sometimes it makes the shows look bad due to feeling like you're on the actual set. Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven’t watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

I absolutely love having access to Samsung TV Plus for free live channels right out of the box, and I use the TV to play Pandora a lot, which sounds and works wonderfully. Highly recommend this TV!

The picture quality is clear, sharp, and the colors look really nice, especially when watching movies and shows. The sound quality is also surprisingly good for a TV this size—clear and loud enough for everyday watching. I also love the built-in streaming features. It’s easy to access apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime Video right from the TV, so I don’t need an extra streaming device. Everything loads quickly and the smart TV interface is easy to navigate. Setup was simple, and overall I think it’s a great TV for the price. Very happy with my purchase!

Samsung says that, to take advantage of certain features, I must purchase Alexa or a (Bixby?) phone. Purchased Alex, followed Samsung instructions, and Alexa says it also cannot perform functions to enable to capabilities of the TV. Samsung ignores my requests for a remedy. I wish I had never purchased the TV.

Make sure your Alexa device and TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 3. It almost looks 3-D especially with nature shows or any programs with landscapes. Sound quality is clear and steady. I wish the controller that came with it was bigger for my old eyes and that the guide button was separate from from the channel button. I accidentally hit the guide a lot when I'm trying to change the channel. The same thing happens with the volume buttons. I accidentally hit the mute button when I'm trying to lower or raise the volume. But I can just get a differnt controller. Overall, my wife and eye are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this tv for my husband, his tv went out and he knew he wanted a Samsung. We already have a larger Samsung tv that we love. This Tv has very easy set up, he had this going within 10 minutes. The remote has a Netflix and Prime button. We are not very tech savvy but you don’t need to be with this. There are only two things with this tv; it does not come with the place to connect headphones, so I had to buy him wireless ones and pair them. The other thing is since it’s in another room and facing opposite wall (open concept) when I turn up or turn off one tv, sometimes it does the same to the other. It’s still an overall great tv and I’m happy he’s enjoying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Samsung TV for us and honestly the worst. While the picture is great and we like the features we have experienced off and on issues with sluggishness when using the remote and moving between options. We have Also had some issues with buffering in the app we use (YouTube TV, Prime,Paramount and Pluto). We also have a Roku device connected to the HDMI port with the same apps installed and have ZERO buffering issues when using the Roku device which leads me to believe it is related to either the TV memory or apps? Knowing this we will most likely not be automatically choosing Samsung for our next TV.

My wife insisted we buy the SamsungTV’s, even though they were a little more. I gave in and we did get the 50” & 55” smart TV’s. Wow. The sharpness, contrast and sound are so much better, now that they’re home and I can see and hear the difference. They are great, amazing, etc. My only regret is that is should have gotten a 65” TV for the family room. Otherwise, I’m thrilled with my purchase.

Have had this exact model for a month now. First impression was not good. The programing software was slow and clunky .. it repeatedly dropped my input signal and to be found at every start. Just sluggish software. Updates and extra app eliminations helped. Picture is very nice for the price but at a cost. I kept it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] to start I use it it's very responsive very smooth very clean it gives great output the sound it sounds beautiful I can even hook up a surround sound speaker to it and it just it's perfect but when we go back to the basic speakers from the self sounds good it's nice crisp and clear brightness on the TV is absolutely perfect to go in and sometimes I'll mess with the settings and I've always thought that it's super clear and nice on just normal settings so I'd say the brightness is very good upscaling is very great not much to complain about there it's nice you know it fits just fine there's not much I can say about contrast I I've had no issues and I've had no complaints.

It is not like a conventional remote because there are hardly any controls to do anything. I am considering purchasing a third-party, aftermarket remote, because the remote that comes with it is that bad.
