We're very sorry to read that you are experiencing an issue with your Tab A8 and we are keen to get this resolved as quickly as possible. First, please ensure you are using an official Samsung charger only, this will protect the battery. Then, please perform a Soft Reset of the tablet. To do this Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds, until the tablet restarts. If these do not improve the issue, we would then like you to clear the cache partition of your Tab A8. To do this start by turning off your tablet. Then once it's off, hold the Volume Up and the Bower buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Keep holding the buttons until you see a Samsung Logo. Once that step is complete, options will appear on the display, using the Volume Down button, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and press the Power button to select and perform this action.
